Front and Palmer is so much more than a pretty space. This is industrial locale with a soft side is seriously amazing! From the first inquiry email to picking up our belongings after the wedding, Lini Skiba and her team at Feast your Eyes blew us away. When we first met with Lini to check out the space, I was smitten. The building has great history and wonderful charm. They provided everything we needed including tables, linens, food, and alcohol. I had very few requirements for my reception, the most important of which was wedding pie (instead of cake) and Lini immediately said it was not problem. As the wedding got closer and we communicated more, Lini responded to all my emails quickly and courteously. The whole process was simple and pain-free considering I had no clue what I was doing. Front & Palmer is an absolute dream! The space is an revamped warehouse in the trendy Fishtown neighborhood. The space is complete with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, original wood floors, and amazing light installations. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Front & Palmer is the venue for Feast Your Eyes catering which I found to be the most amazing caterers I spoke with throughout my search. Our catering planner, Grace was fantastic! She was patient, responsive, and a lot of fun to work with! She made sure every detail was set and that our wedding day was stress free. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend this venue !! My son and daughter-in-law were married there and the wedding was perfect! Everything went so smoothly, thanks to Lini, and it was exactly what they had wanted. Lini showed me how seamless and easy planning a wedding can be like when you have an experienced and talented event planner like her on your team. She thought of every detail, coordinated all of our visits, drop offs/pick ups, vendors, and more. And the food..... How can i even describe how amazing the food was? I just had my weeding at Front & Palmer on November 4, 2016 and I couldn't imagine having it anywhere else. Lini was fabulous from start to finish. She was professional, organized, honest, and patient. On the day of my wedding I was not stressed at all because I knew Lini was there to help manage it all...what else could a bride ask for!? The staff was amazing -- they were very efficient in serving dinner and they were always checking on me to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated as I couldn't make my way to the bar without being stopped to chat :) The food was delicious. We had the best day ever at our wedding this past Saturday at Front and Palmer. Lynn, Amelia and their amazing team provided us with top notch customer-centric service throughout this entire process. Front and Palmer was our first and last stop in our search for the perfect wedding venue. My husband and I knew what we didn’t want: your typical ballroom/country club wedding. We were getting married in the beginning of April, so we were looking for a non-traditional indoor space. Front and Palmer, with its rustic-industrial feel (high ceilings, metal beams, hardwood floors, cool chandeliers), was better than we could have imagined. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the space was. The food is incredibly high quality. Unlike many weddings, the food at Front and Palmer is not an after-thought, it’s the main event. My husband and I got married at Front and Palmer on Valentines Day 2016. We had both our ceremony and reception there. To sum it up, after it was over we felt like there was a hole in our heart where Lini had been for the months leading up to our big day. We probably emailed her 200 times and she never got sick of us. She made sure that EVERYTHING was perfect. She is a kind yet take care of business human being and we felt beyond taken care of on our wedding day. Now to the food - IT WAS AMAZING! Our friends and family are still commenting on how yummy the passed hors devours were. The dinner was great too! Basically, this place rocks and we are so happy we chose F & P for our winter wedding.

This place was outstanding - we got so many compliments on this venue. We had a romantic candlelight/earthy greens vibe and this venue really lended itself to the overall feel. The wooden floors, exposed brick walls and high ceilings with industrial beams were gorgeous (not a disgusting carpet in sight!!). Lini was 100% absolutely fabulous to work with - super on top of her game (organized, helpful, quick to respond w/issues, etc). She even helped with some hiccups during our big day (i.e. scrambling to accommodate an uninvited guest, issues with the photo booth vendor, etc). We had both the ceremony and reception there with 170 people and there was no issues w/space what-so-ever. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the city!

Our daughter was married here on Thanksgiving weekend. It was fantastic! From the initial planning to the end of the wedding, Lini was professional and helpful and the staff at F&P were so accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious as well as lovely presentation, hot and perfectly cooked. This is such a unique venue with its chandeliers made from recycled items, it's hardwood floors, and it's open floor plan where rooms just flow into each other. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

We held our wedding + reception one year ago at F&P and wanted to share our experience. Overall it was a wonderful and beautiful day that we remember fondly. We live in Fishtown and loved being able to get married locally. The venue is very fitting for the neighborhood with its chic industrial look, exposed brick and is full of character. I highly recommend visiting when it’s decorated for an event and when it’s barebones to understand what you’ll need to decorate the venue for your event. It’s hard to gauge from photos what was added to create their scene. We added lighting by Synergetic (up lighting, wall wash and lights behind the ceremony). We felt it was a necessity and it added quite a bit to our budget and worth it. Your guest count will dictate your seating arrangements, round versus long tables, assuming you use the venues tables. We had a mix of round and long tables (guest count ~135). We thought the long tables would look best with multiple floral arrangements. B... The venue does not provide table number holders and oddly they are annoying expensive to buyer rent. We decided to use painted wine bottles and F&P happened to have some left over from a recent wedding. Make sure to communicate with your coordinator and see if they have anything you’d be using but it’s not the normal for them to hold into leftover items. Just takes up too much space. A big perk to F&P is colored linens are included and there are a lot of colors to choose from. We thought the tables need to pop a bit more and added table runners and a special linen for the head table, adding more to our budget and worth it. The coordinators clarified how different colors and shades look in them rooms and were helpful with those decisions. We attended their tasting event to decide on our menu and cake options a few months after booking. Be aware that some menu items featured at the tasting are an additional charge from their standard package. The event goes very quickly so be sure to come hungry, be on time, try everything, write quick notes and/or use a ranking system to help you make your menu decisions. The food was overall pretty good. We were underwhelmed by the cakes and particularly the frostings. Shortly after you’ll meet with your coordinator to decide your options and your notes are very helpful to make your decisions. During this meeting we had inquired if we could use their chocolate Grenache filling (it’s thick and delicious) as our frosting for our chocolate on chocolate cake. Our coordinator (Lini) advised she would check with the baker once she returned from maternity leave. We also expressed we did not want fondant on our cake. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication to the baker and. A mistake made on the decor color of our cake and we received a cake we were unhappy with. We received a chocolate with white frosting that was covered in fondant and had gold instead of silver decor. Our cake silver topper looked absurd on top of a gold decorated cake. The cake looked and tasted terrible. Lini was very defensive to me on our wedding day when I told her it was not the cake we ordered. The venue reimbursed us $300 for our trouble and offered to make a use new cake so we could have something to save. We declined, it was going to a be a bitter memory we didn’t want today when we would have been enjoying. You will need to submit a recipe for your signatures cocktails that are served during cocktail hour. The venue cannot accommodate a request to taste their version of the cocktail. I hope someday they will offer that as our cocktails did not at all taste as they should have. If you have any special ingredients that must be available through the PLCB. The venue had a failed to check the ordering requirements for our special Ingredient with enough time to have it for our wedding. I was very annoyed to be called 2 days before our wedding with this news and a bit baffled when they asked if we had any at home. I recommended they call the bar where the recipe came from or google it. Lini did visit multiple liquor stores in NJ but it is not available except through PLCB or closer to NYC. At rehearsal I was told they found a solution but that resulted in a cocktail that did not taste as intended. I would recommend having very simple cocktails for your signature drinks. Clarify if they will be available during your reception or just during cocktail hour if that’s important to you. Outside of the cake and drinks the food and service was great. They are extremely efficient with serving meals which gives you more time to enjoy the party. The staff kept everyone very well fed during cocktail hour. The appetizers always seemed to be around. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and then line never seemed long from the few times I paid attention to that detail. It’s a challenge to feed such a large volume of people but they make it look easy. Everyone enjoyed their food and it came out hot. The size of the venue was perfect for our final guest count (~125). We went from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and didn’t feel rushed or crowded and the large space still felt intimate. They did a great job of flipping the space and setting it up perfectly for an amazing party. Our guests loved our wedding and our hard work certainly showed and paid off. The staff did an excellent job sharing their experience to help us plan our day. We returned the day after our wedding to pick up our stuff and inquired to Lini what happened with the cake. We then had a meeting with the baker, her staff and Lini. It quickly became a stressful meeting for everyone involved. We were heartbroken to not have a wedding cake that we loved. The baker apologized whole heartily and was very upset she didn’t make the cake we asked for. It was an unfortunate situation that could have been prevented with proper communication from our coordinator Lini. At the meeting we tried to explain to Lini that despite this we had a wonderful wedding, but she ran away from us hysterically crying. We would recommend F&P future couples? Maybe, and we would suggest taking our experience into consideration.

When we got engaged, we already had this venue in mind! Front and Palmer is NOT your typical country club / ballroom, and that's exactly what we wanted. The space is beautiful - industrial and rustic but with a lot of artistic charm. The lighting is dim and romantic - definitely sets the tone for a wedding. We worked with Lini, who was very knowledgable and helpful in making sure that things ran smoothly. We picked everything out with her at a "big meeting" a couple of months before the event. She was really accommodating for how you wanted to make the space - you could bring in pictures and personal touches. She was very unyielding about certain things, however - like how to run our shuttles and what was available from the bar. It is difficult to write this review as our wedding as absolutely beautiful and I wouldn’t have wanted it anywhere else. Pros: F&P has a beautiful space with much and character and many unique elements. (Just look at the light fixtures)! It is laid out very well so that reception area is separate from the cocktail hour area, which remains open all night and has very nice lounge furniture. Almost everything you need is included in the standard package, which leads to few budget surprises. Food and beverage are well above average for your standard wedding fare. They have tons of options, many of which are very unique and certainly not traditional. The event coordinator, Lini, treats each event with much care, shares her ideas and brings cool ideas. Everything in our wedding was purple and silver and the cake looked very blue. I gasped when I saw it. I may sound like a “Bridezilla,” but it looked so out of place, especially on the purple sequin. Also, we chose our meals the day after attending a tasting and chose a steak dish from the tasting, but it was not the steak they served at the wedding. I’m not sure whether they altered the dish between the tasting and wedding or just got the order wrong, but my husband and I immediately said, “this is the wrong steak.” I feel that F&P over-promised on logistics and speed of service. The event was smooth but not flawless. We lost 30 minutes of dance time, and I’m not sure why. I chose Front and Palmer because the warm lighting was very romantic. It was a gorgeous venue and I'm so happy we chose it. We had 205 and it was a little tight during cocktail hour. The venue recommends that you stay under 220 for a wedding there and I think it would be very tight. It's the HQ for Feast Your Eyes and their food is excellent. If you're looking for something a little different than the typical ballroom wedding, this is the place for you!
