  • I honestly did not even want to write this review because I did not want to relive the stress they put me through. They are so so so disorganized. I cannot imagine how they are still in business with how disorganized they were. They called me every single day for weeks asking for information they already had, or telling me incorrect information. They then failed to tell me that one of the groomsmen’s suit had to be reordered because the wrong size was ordered (I still do not know whose fault this was), and up until two days before my wedding, one groomsman did not have a suit. They never told the groomsman he had to come back in to get the suit altered, and they told him it was all set. He and I both took that as they were going to alter it to his measurements because he lived far away, so that he did not have to come back in.     Brittany, we take our customers satisfaction very seriously, and we are very concerned that you feel you had an unpleasant experience. I have taken some time over the last day to review your wedding notes and in addition I have worked with my General Manager to get a better understanding. My manager explained to me that at the moment of signing our contract it seemed you were combative and vocal about your pre-determined distaste for us. He mentioned that you heard bad things about us, but you came in anyway. He also made note that we should have severed the relationship right away. However, we did not and we are now responding to an unfounded complaint. In regards to the complaint, all of your suits were complete 1-2 weeks prior to wedding date except one. Your groomsman, Enrique, was difficult to reach and he did not return until the last minute. We made him completely aware of his need to return and only got in touch with him, because my GM reached out to one of the other groomsmen to get in touch. We did not lie about this matter at all. In regards to the pocket squares, I have found emails between you and Becky that show her explaining that the ties come with the package and you could upgrade socks. I understand that early in the wedding you were being called a little more often than we normally would. We were training new staff on follow up and admit that we over did the outreach, but in each case we explained that we wanted to confirm everything with you, because you were so vocal about not trusting us on the first day. I know it was only a small gesture, but we did not charge for the sock upgrade out of courtesy due to the "miscommunication". I do not profess that we are perfect, but we are a small business that does a great job. My team always has the best intentions. It is our conclusion, that you simply did not understand our process and that you were combative all the way through which made it difficult for all involved. We are confident that in the end your groomsmen looked amazing and that the end goal was met. We have even gained one of your groomsmen as a lifetime customer, and he has made mention of how difficult it is to do deal with you. We sincerely, regret the minor challenges that we may have created, but we cannot let you get away with delivering a bad review on a situation that you and one of your groomsman created. I hope anyone reading this can see that their are holes in your version, and can recognize that even after 4 months a business can grow and improve. Normally, we would reach out for additional insight, but in your case we will not. Also, please take note we have documented communication from your wedding.

  • As a repeat customer to Franklin Rogers, I had no other place in mind for my wedding. I had a big group of guys to be suited up, thirteen in total, and Franklin Rogers hit it out of the park. They not only helped us fit all of the guy with a 3 piece suit but also provided shirts, ties and pocket squares for an amazing price (no chain store in the area could come close on price or quality). The employees and managers I dealt with made sure that every request we had was met with a smile on their face. Even when we had a minor hiccup related to their supplier’s mistake, they were on top of it and had new suits for those guys who needed them within days. I would encourage anyone looking for a suit for that special event or just for a night out to stop by their store in Providence. It’s hard to find this level of care in a retail business these days and I want to say thank you to everyone at Franklin Rogers for making all the guys feel good and look good at my wedding

  • The quality of suits at Franklin Rogers was great & the price was right! I feel that FR may have over-advertised their wedding special and things got a bit hectic at times (especially while visiting the store). Also, customer service was just okay & there was unprofessionalism at times. There seemed to be a lot of turnover with the staff. Overall, I would use FR again due to quality and price.

  • We used Franklin Rogers for our wedding and the outcome was great. The men all looked amazing in their suits and they loved that they were purchased and not rented. I would definitely recommend!
