  • First Class Limo provided the 1960 Rolls-Royce for the grand exit from our wedding. They were professional and courteous in all pre-wedding encounters and were punctual and friendly on our big day. The car was exactly as pictured—clean and timeless—and was the perfect vehicle for our ride to happily ever after. We were pleased with their service and are confident you will be too!   • We hired First Class Limo for our daughter's wedding and from the first phone call with Henry, I knew we would be pleased. We hired 2 of the shuttle vans, the Tesla Model S, and the 1960 Rolls Royce. Henry provided thorough information and guidance (which I desperately needed) and was unfailingly kind and patient throughout the numerous communications that I needed to sort out the logistics of the day. The drivers were punctual, professional, and pleasant. I would hire First Class Limo again and recommend them highly.

  • Henry, I cannot thank you enough to you and your team in making our day so special from start to finish! When we Sat in the Bentley at CCV at the Mock Reception i knew we had to have it! Keeping it a surprise from my husband hardest and only then after he tried to book it sneakily months later i had to fess up! :) Your whole team made us feel so special and riding in the Bentley to the Church with my dad from getting ready made me feel like a princess. People were waving at us the whole day! Also, it was so nice to have it with just my recently married husband to take a breather from the chaos of the day. The send off and the pictures we have of us in the fancy car will forever be cherished truly make our black tie wedding even more special! We cannot wait to have more events, parties and even outings just so we can use you and your team for transportation! Truly magical! Thank you so very much!

  • First Class Limo was professional, easy to communicate with, and organized. I would highly recommend them for any transportation needs. We booked an SUV to take us from our venue to our hotel at the end of the night - about a 30 minute trip. They coordinated everything with our wedding coordinator, and everything ran really smoothly. So glad we worked with them!

  • First Class Limo provided two classic cars for our wedding - the Bentley transported us from the ceremony to the reception and the Rolls Royce transported us away from the reception at the end of the night. Both of the cars are beautiful, and if you have an appreciation for automobiles, you will love both of these. Both were extremely clean and still had that awesome classic vibe. Both of our drivers the night of our wedding were extremely welcoming, professional and on time. Henry with First Class Limo was very easy to work with when reserving the cars.

  • First Class Limo is fantastic! My fiancé and I were planning our wedding long distance and the majority of our guests were traveling in from out of town. We wanted to provide a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and First Class was a clear choice. They were super fast to respond when we sent out an inquiry and their prices are very reasonable. Their entire team was so courteous and professional. Leading up to the event, they kept us posted with all pertinent details and our driver on the big day was so personable and FUN! We opted for the Mercedes Benz Sprinter van and it was SO plush. Both we and our guests traveled like royalty. We highly recommend First Class!!!

We were lucky enough to have their vintage Bentley as transportation from the wedding reception and everything about the experience was top notch. The team is responsive and dedicated to providing the best experience for your event. I highly recommend First Class Limo for your wedding and other events.

  • The service of First Class Limo was phenomenal. They arrived right on time and the cars were beautiful. We rented a limo for the wedding party and the Bentley for the newly weds. They were thrilled when it pulled up and the drivers were so courteous and professional. Thanks First Class Limo!

  • First Class is LITERALLY first class. Henry and his team (we worked with Curtis) are: 1. Professional 2. Responsive 3. Prompt 4. Deliver what they promise 5. Friendly and courteous 6. Wonderful to work with We loved the pre-work with Henry and found it so easy to make plans and change them....and change them again...with his guidance. Curtis was our driver - he could not have been nicer or more gracious to our guests the whole evening. Highly recommend!!!

  • Henry and his staff at First Class Limo were fantastic. We had to change our contract 2 months before our wedding and he was very accommodating. The limos were clean and on time. The drivers were professional, friendly, and seemed to enjoy their time with our bridal party. We even forgot paperwork in the limo and it was promptly mailed to us. Highly recommend.

  • We talked with Shelley and asked to reserve 2 vehicles for our son and future daughter in laws wedding. We tried for days to get our deposit to this company. Days later Henry told us that they had rented the car to someone else. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They will let you down and will not do what they say they are going to do.

  • We had a great experience with First Class Limo. We hired FCL to transport our immediate family and wedding party to and from our wedding venue. They offered a wide range of vehicles that accommodated our group and were on time, professional and safe when driving our guests. First Class also has a great selection of classic cars and I was able to surprise my fiance with a Rolls Royce for our getaway car! We felt so cool riding through town in such a beautiful car and it was the perfect way to end our wedding day. We would definitely recommend First Class Limo to others.

  • Extremely disappointed. The limo I had for my 8/19 event was raggedy, visually unattractive and a mechanical disaster. The air conditioner did not work properly, blew warm air, and by the time my bridal party and I got to the church, our hair and makeup was ruined from sweating. Then, when we got to the church we were forced to get out of the limo while guests were arriving because the limo ran hot and had to be completely shut off. The worst experience ever. The only good thing is that the vendor sent two suvs to take us to reception location, but by then the damage was done. I was only offered $100 refund of the $480 I paid, absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend to anyone and if I could give a negative rating I would.

  • AWFUL! They ruined the last 30 minutes of our wedding! I had to book a 3 hour minimum so I had them arrive early. After us being 5 minutes late than the time we were supposed to leave, the driver started throwing a temper tantrum. Mind you, I had a broken ankle at my wedding so moving fast wasnt something I could do. They charged us $120 for leaving 15 minutes late! So my 20 minute drive home from our venue cost over $500!!!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The car also smelled like smoke. DO NOT use their services.

    Congratulations again on your marriage. We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your limousine experience. With respect to the charge, we spoke with your husband at length via telephone phone prior to the posting of your review and went over your concerns. We agreed to significantly reduce the charge to bring the total to still under what an hourly booking would have been. In addition, we checked our records and at no point was your total at or over $500.00. It was our understanding that this issue was resolved. However, we would like to address your other concerns by first clarifying that yours was not an hourly booking. We made an exception to our hourly minimum and allowed a Grand Departure point-to-point reservation for a significantly reduced rate, which was noted in our communications. As detailed in our Service Terms, which is included with all of our confirmation emails, a point-to-point reservation is a pick-up and drop-off. As is industry standard, we provide a complementary grace period of 15 minutes from the requested Grand Departure time to allow for unforeseen delays. However, departure did not occur until 45 minutes after the requested Grand Departure time, which had been changed to an earlier time after we accommodated a request to move the Grand Departure time up. Fortunately, the vehicle did not have a conflicting reservation that evening and our chauffeur was willing to remain on-site until you and your husband were ready to depart, as is our policy and as our dispatcher explained to the wedding coordinator. Thank you for your feedback regarding our chauffeur and the state of the limousine itself. Smoking has never been permitted in any of our luxury vehicles and we have never received a similar complaint, but we take all such concerns seriously. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions or concerns you might have. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.
