  • Although I did not purchase my dress from Fiori, I had the absolute best experience with them. They listened to me, didn't push me, and helped me find the style that best fit me. The women there really care about finding the right dress for the bride, and were not pushy.

  • Dress shopping was maybe the most fun part of wedding planning for me. (I mean seriously!?, trying on beautiful dresses that everyone ooh's and ahh's over!) and Fiori definitely contributed to that! My mom, sister, cousin, Mother-In-Law, and Sister-In-Law all came up from New York especially to help, so I almost felt a little pressured to find it that day and honestly a little worried I wouldn't. We stopped at our first dress shop which was a little more chain like and did not get great service at all and although I liked some of the dresses I tried on there didn't get a great feeling about any of them. We grabbed lunch and then walked into Fiori and I knew right then I would find MY dress! We were greeted immediately by the consultant (and forgive me I forgot her name) who stayed with us the whole way. She explained to us how the shop was set up and prices.   • I love Fiori!! When I was younger I would always admire the dresses in the window when driving past this shop in its various locations. The day I got engaged my mom booked me an appointment and it felt like a dream come true - I was finally going to buy one of the dresses that I have always loved from a distance. They made me feel beautiful and had great advice for gowns. The highlight of the wedding process was coming to Fiori!!

  • Fiori is really the only place to go for your wedding dress in Chittenden County Vermont. They are so accommodating, and the dressing area for trying on gowns is lovely. I brought 4 family members and received attention and assistance with selecting and trying on gowns for 90 minutes. The women assisting me helped me make my final choice (over the objections of my friends and family), and they were so right! Experience matters. I also received my gown months ahead of schedule and got great advice on how to wear it and accessorize it. They have a fantastic selection of high-quality, designer gowns in all price ranges.

  • I absolutely love Erin and her mom. I got my dream dress and they were thoughtful and provided great advice. It is clear they have been through this process in many ways with many people and know their stuff. Well worth the extra money to go to a small shop. I had a mishap with my tailoring and when I called them they somehow already knew everything and rushed me in and saved the day! I wish I was getting married every year so that I could go back again and again. Highly recommended!

  • Fiori Bridall SAVED ME from a wedding DISASTER! Long story short, 5 days before my Wedding, my seamstress basically RUINED my wedding dress!!! Talk about stressful. The dress was returned to Fiori Bridal (where I bought it) and Jerry stepped in and saved the day. She brought in a new seamstress to alter it (for free!) and when we realized it was basically beyond repair, Jerry traded it for the same one off the rack (which just HAPPENED to fit me!) So basically she traded my dress (which at this point could only be used for parts) with her sample with no additional cost. TRULY TRULY going above and beyond for brides- I mean, can you get better customer service than that?!?! Beyond my crazy experience, I had wanted to go into Fiori Bridal since I was a little girl, and the store was everything I hoped for.   • I had the most wonderful experience at Fiori's Bridal Boutique. Not only was the shop beautiful with an incredible selection of gowns, Geri (the owner) worked with me personally to find the perfect gown. She was patient, had amazing recommendations, and was a lot of fun! She took what I anticipated being a stressful experience (I don't like shopping) and make it a bit of a fairy tale. I could haven't asked for a better experience and the Justin Alexander dress that I chose is truly stunning. I can't recommend Fiori's enough!

  • I had the best experience here after fearing I would never find the perfect dress. I walked into the shop and knew I had come to the right place. I found my gorgeous dress and they were always so friendly when I came in. I purchased my shoes and jewelry here as well and even when they discontinued some earrings I purchased for my bridesmaids they were so accommodating in finding me new ones.

  • This was the second bridal boutique I have visited in my quest for the dress, and by far the best! Geri was amazing, and the whole time she made me feel comfortable and important. I never felt pressured to buy anything right away, and she was so helpful in suggestions and choosing dresses. She was the one who picked the dress I liked the best! You can tell Geri loves her job, and it rubs off onto you while you are there. Would highly recommend!

  • I found my dream dress at Fiori and the selections were fabulous but unfortunately my customer service experience was not pleasant after I had purchased my dress. Before I had purchased my dress Carly was amazing and lovely but after that I worked with another individual that was rude and unprofessional with me. I also struggled to find a place to put my dress after I got a voicemail one afternoon saying that I had to take my dress out of the store immediately because of a change in insurance. I felt like no one wanted to assist me after I had made my purchase.

As for the insurance issue regarding the dresses, we gave everyone at least 30 days or more to try to figure out what they could do with their gown. I am sure that it felt like we didn't want to work with you anymore, but I had over 100 dresses that weren't going to be covered by insurance and I wanted to make sure that all our bride's gowns were safe.   • My mother and I enjoyed our initial shopping experience at Fiori Bridal Boutique. Our consultant, Ashley, was very friendly, patient and helpful. The salon itself was beautifully decorated and maintained. One of the major selling points of the salon was the ability to store the gown at the salon until the wedding date. Unfortunately, I received a call one day that I needed to pick up my gown because the bridal salon had changed their insurance policy. This was a major inconvenience as I had limited space in my condominium and was counting on storing my gown at Fiori. I believe that the store should have “grandfathered” in brides that were informed that they would be able to keep their gowns on-stie. When I arrived at the store for my first fitting, it was discovered that the designer had made an error in stitching the bodice to the skirt of the dress. The owner of Fiori did compensate me for the cost of the alterations needed to fix the dress, only after I had asked her... Read more

We did try to give everyone plenty of notice so that they would be able to find the best place to store their gown until the wedding. We were the only local bridal shop that was providing that service and I quickly found out why other shops were not doing that. I do apologize for the inconvenience that it caused you. I know that you feel that you had to ask me to pay for the alteration to the skirt, but I had planned on talking to the seamstress after you left to let her know that I would pay for that.   • Fiori had a larger selection of wedding gowns than I anticipated and I loved that I was able to go through the racks and pick and choose dresses on my own. I appreciated that Fiori let me have my friend in the dressing room with me to help me try on gowns if I wanted, instead of the consultant.

  • Although I did not find my dress at Fiori, it was a great place to start. They offer that one-on-one bridal experience. My consultant was helpful and really went out of her way to try to find me something. However, the second woman who came to help (associated with alterations?) was rather rude, hence the 3 stars for professionalism.
