  • Flowers arrived looking as expected and on time. I say as expected because I think the website warned to get one type a day early so it could have time to open properly and that's what happened. They even called us to suggest we get the different flowers shipped on different days. As far as their flowers go, it worked out pretty well. No complaints, pretty flowers, good communication for a website and good value. But really, I'd say get a real florist (even if your friend used to be a florist and says she'll take care of everything). Our friend ditched us until crunch time and we wound up doing way too much work on flowers.

  • I ordered calla lilies & roses from fiftyflowers.com for my wedding in Savannah, Georgia about 3 weeks prior to the wedding. They were delivered on time and in wonderful condition. There's work involved (putting the flowers in buckets overnight, cutting & trimming leaves & stems, arranging), but if you're willing to put some time & have a few pairs of helping hands, I would highly recommend taking this route for wedding flowers. They were extremely affordable (I got the vases from a wholesale store in NY) and with the artistic eye of my sister, had beautiful arrangements & bouquets for the wedding. Definitely a great alternative for those looking to stretch a dollar & not scrimp on looks.

  • When my flowers arrived for my wedding the roses were THE WRONG COLORS!!! The company didn't believe me! I had to prove it to them by sending them pictures of the flowers! Then we had to go around with them because they were lying saying the internet was down and they were not getting my pictures. When they finally said they have gotten them they said they had no idea what to do for me. And had to have company meetings to discuss it. Also my carnations came and 2 dozens were the wrong color and 1 dozen was broken! It was the day before my wedding and my bridesmaids and I had to run the roads all night to grocery stores and 24 hr. walmarts trying to find enough flowers for my wedding and for my reception. My wedding had almost 400 guests. Thanks to Martins grocery store i was able to find all the flowers I needed to make my wedding beautiful. Fifty flowers did eventually refund $100. But that wasn't nearly enough to make up for what they did to me.

We ask for pictures so that we can see the problem as the customer sees it. Due to the fact that we are an online company, and do not have a shop located in town, simply snapping a picture is the quickest and most effective way for us to view the product. In the same sense that a store requires you to bring the product into the store and show them the problem, we simply ask for a picture. Once we receive pictures, we work in a timely manner to offer solutions because we understand the importance of the bride’s big day. Please call us prior to placing the order to ask any questions you may have.

  • I ordered all of my wedding flowers from fiftyflowers.com and was extremely pleased with the results. The flowers were gorgeous and everything arrived and was in the condition and the colors we had hoped for. I believe we got a great value for what we got (we did a wedding package: 200 roses, filler, and 6000 petals) and I would definitely use them again. Absolutely awesome!

  • I, of course, was a little nervous when I decided to order all of my wedding flowers online, but FiftyFlowers.com was superb! Our flowers were beautiful and arrived in perfect condition, not to mention how affordable they were! My husband and I got married in October, right when half of California decided to catch on fire, so I was very worried when only half of my order showed up - however, as soon as I called FiftyFlowers.com to see what was going on, my concerns were addressed quickly and my nerves were calmed when I was told the rest of my flowers would arrive later that day. FiftyFlowers.com made our special day beautiful!

  • I did my boquets myself and just bought wholesale flowers. The flowers showed up in bud form 3 days before the wedding, so we blasted them with as much heat and sun as we could. I had lilies and they were absolutely gorgeous. making the boquet was easy, just get some wire and ribbon from a craft store and you're set. they also make centerpieces (I didnt use them for the centerpieces though)

  • Although the flowers that came in were beautiful, the ones that came in late were a huge problem on my wedding day! They would not issue me a refund for the flowers that came in ON MY WEDDING DAY that were WRONG because I didn't take a picture of them. They can't expect a bride to take pictures of dead flowers on her wedding day especially when they were 3 days late with the order. I would recommend this vendor for events that aren't as important as a wedding day. I would also have a back up in case of disaster.

    FiftyFlowers.com caters to the do-it-yourself bride. We supply flowers to hundreds of brides each weekend, and our customer service team understands the unique challenges of doing your own wedding flowers. If a problem arises, the bride must communicate her problem within 24 hours after delivery, mainly so we are given enough time to assist her and fix the problem. Unfortunately this bride called us 10 days after the flowers were delivered to discuss the color and quality of the flowers. Since flowers are a perishable product, which naturally would have begun to die within 10 days, we were no longer able to examine the quality of the flowers as she originally received them. Even though the bride did not follow our policies and refused to send pictures, we empathized with her and assisted her with a refund.

Not only was the price right, but when the Baby's Breath was going to be delayed -- due to a UPS plane parts issue delaying things in Miami, a REAL HUMAN called me on my cell and left a message to ask whether I'd rather substitute it out with something else free of charge OR wait for it's arrival (still in time for the wedding) at no cost. When I called back, she ANSWERED the number that she'd left for me, too! Seriously, do they still make real people?! Apparently they work at Fifty Flowers. I very much appreciate the help that they gave me, and the human touches that I've not gotten from any other online retailer / wholesaler. The value for cost was amazing, and the service... I can't say enough good things.

  • The flowers weren't the same color as seen online and they were kind of wilted by the time I recieved them...granted, it was in the heat of the summer.
