  • I purchased most of my flowers from another vendor (PetalDriven -- highly recommended!) because their prices, variety, and minimum quantities were better for my design purposes than what FiftyFlowers had to offer. I did receive confirmations of my orders from their customer service team, and always received prompt updates when my orders shipped -- as well as when they were unfortunately delayed. While the gold-sprayed thistle arrived on time, looked perfect, and held up beautifully well beyond the wedding, the chocolate cosmos I ordered -- my favorite flower! -- got delayed a full 24 hours, and most were unusable as they lost all of their petals. FiftyFlowers tried to compensate by shipping an extra order of cosmos but I was unable to use those either because they arrived too late. So -- FiftyFlowers is a great bet for sturdy products and those that will arrive at least 3 days before your wedding, but anything delicate that arrives only 2 days in advance might not be worth the heartbre...   • We decided to make our centerpieces ourselves so we ordered from FiftyFlowers after comparing lots of other wholesale flower sellers. FiftyFlowers had some of the best pricing we saw and I really liked their customer service. Before ordering I was able to do a phone consultation with a FF rep who helped me select the flowers and quantities based on the look we wanted to achieve, the needs of our wedding and the time of year. While it requires more work to do the flowers yourself - cutting them, putting them in water, transporting them - we enjoyed putting our centerpieces together and thought they came out beautifully. One hiccup we did have was some of the flowers were coming from abroad and for whatever reason were held up in customs and were going to arrive a day late. That was a stressful moment because we had coordinated a bunch of other things around getting the flowers on time.   • For any diy bride research is important and I did just that after a recommendation from a friend I went with fifty flowers to do my own flowers and they arrived to my house on time, packed neatly, and with all the care information needed. Such a money saver. Their YouTube videos were extremely helpful as well so if your like me and need to save some money somewhere but want quality and quantity use this flower company they were great!

Probably one of the best experiences with customer service ever. I ordered flowers for my bouquets as well as corsages, boutonnieres, the cake, a stunning flower crown, a flower headband for my flower girl, and extra greenery for tables. We didn't end up using a lot of the greenery, but that was mostly on us. I was on a crazy tight schedule as I planned from out of the country and had a lot to catch up on.   • I can't believe how many flowers we got for less than 200! We made bouquets for five people, boutonnieres for six, and seven other accent bouquets. We had flowers to spare, also! Plus, they shipped right to the front step. The only downside, the baby's breath on the bottom of the package had started to rot, but we only lost about five stems! Super great deal!

  • We decided to DIY our flowers and it was definitely worth the cost. FiftyFlowers have blog posts up where they give you tips for bouquets/flower care/etc. The eucalyptus bundles were way larger than we expected, and our wedding ended up looking so beautiful with all the greenery we chose. FYI - the Feather eucalyptus we ordered ended up wilting before our wedding (they came in 3 days before), so unless you're really confident in your green thumb, I would recommend getting the hardier eucalyptus (the silver dollar held up really well). Thankfully, we definitely overcompensated on other greenery so it was fine that we didn't use our Feather Eucalyptus!

  • I ordered a large amount of greenery and flowers for my wedding several months ago. 8 days before my wedding I receive a phone call. They cannot fulfill my order because there is a shortage from their growers. Naturally, I panic but Dani, the woman who called me, was incredibly apologetic and helpful in finding a substitution for the greenery I was no longer able to get. She immediately sent all of the best possible substitutions for what I originally ordered. Ultimately I ended up canceling that portion of my order altogether and was able to get them from a local florist so everything worked out fine. The customer service was as good as I'd expect in a scenario like this one so I appreciate that. I've also heard nightmare stories of brides flowers being canceled 2 and 3 days before the wedding. Definitely a wrench in my plans but I'm still giving them a good review because I appreciate them calling me when they did and also for doing it with such care.

  • We ordered wholesale florals from both Bouqs and FiftyFlowers. Our 5' garland, 100 cream carnations, and 24 roses were from FiftyFlowers. All the FiftyFlowers items came on time. I will say that customer service when I was ordering wasn't great. The representative was a bit rude. Also, their policies on what happens if your flowers are delayed leave a lot to be desired, as the representative explained that they just refund, while other companies overnight you new flowers if needed. Another drawback with FiftyFlowers is the large quantities the flowers come in, versus Bouqs which has small minimums. Thankfully, we didn't need to worry about shipping because things came on time! The flowers lasted beautifully for the most part, though the garland was getting a bit dried out by the wedding, even though we had been spraying it with water and floral spray regularly since we received it. Overall, I'm pleased and I would recommend them!

  • So, I was concerned with the cost of flowers. My friend recommended this website, so I had an idea on which flowers I wanted and search pinterest, etc. I was a little concerned that I would be able to make bouquets in time. So I ordered my bouquets from a florist and ordered the centerpiece flowers from here. Two were delayed until the next day, but I wasn't too concerned because I was notified right away. Three of my flowers were packed perfectly. The other set (Delphiniums) looked like the box was open and the flowers dropped out at some point during delivery. So I was a little concerned. Also, only one box came with flower food and instructions, which was weird. Overall, they weren't that bad for cost. I am glad I didnt make my bouquets because I would have caught a heart attack trying to get them all set with the delay

  • DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered flowers a month in advance for my baby shower and they sent me wrong color a few days before event! There are multiple other reviews that people have experienced the same thing! (Saw after purchasing) Do research and you will see the complaints! They didn't have anything similar in color they could ship on time and when I explained that I would now have to change the whole centerpiece because they couldn't replace the color I needed they told me they would not refund me. Or send me replacements in colors I needed. So I had to scramble 2 days before my baby shower to find flowers from local florist and pay much more for flowers in addition to losing 200.00 I paid for flowers with them. They also force you to get flowers earlier than you need and ship days before they arrive. So your flowers are cut 7+ days before your event!
