  • Like many other couples, our wedding got pushed back a year due to Covid. It was a bit unsettling at first having paid in full to a company whose food we hadn't even tried for an event now more than a year in the future, but their killer instagram and all the rave reviews we heard from industry professionals all over the central coast were reassuring. It was worth every penny and we're so happy they worked with our new date. We finally tasted with Alex a month before our wedding and as soon as I sat down I knew we had made the right decision. Best salmon I've ever tasted (I never order salmon eating out), even though we were both stuffed from all the amazing apps. They easily made some last minute adjustments to our menu and provide great communication both during and after the pandemic.   • Field To Table was the first vendor we booked after finalizing our venue and date. I'd had their food at weddings before, and it was always exceptional, especially for wedding meals, which aren't always great because of the production on a large scale. But time and time again, I enjoyed some of the tastiest dishes I'd ever enjoyed ANYWHERE at weddings where Field To Table was the caterer! So we booked them as soon as possible for our own celebration. At our menu tasting a few months before the big day, I knew I'd be happy with the choices, but my now-husband, dad, and wedding planner were also raving about each course coming out of the kitchen.   • Field to Table created the most amazing culinary experience that I could have imagined for my wedding day. First, they worked with my fiance and me to create a personalized menu that was both inventive and fit into our budget perfectly. Then, Alex continued communication with us consistently approaching the wedding day. Once, the day arrived, I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the food was. We had a family-style dinner that included sea bass, New York strip, seasonal veggies, risotto, two salads, and four unique hor d'oeuvres. All the food came out hot and in perfect timing. Many of the guests were shocked that it just kept coming! Plates full of steak and veggies covered the tables! It was seriously one of my favorite moments of the wedding day to see everyone light up at all this amazing food being set in front of them. Many people said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Cannot recommend F2T enough!

  • The menu F2T created was absolutely incredible. Locally sourced, family style dishes that our guests could not stop talking about. Food can be often overlooked, overpriced, and usually quickly forgotten after weddings. However, with F2T it was the absolute opposite. They brought a simple sophistication to our Wedding that really shined through in every dish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and so delicious because of their attention to detail and quality of ingredients. If you want to be confident that your event’s food will be remembered in the best way possible, there is nothing better than F2T. We could not recommended them more for any special occasion. We only wish they would open a restaurant near us so we could eat this food more often! Thanks guys!

  • Alex and his team at FTT were nothing short of amazing for us. Our original venue had cancelled on us and we were left scrambling to hire all new vendors for our event. I reached out to FTT and they made the entire process super easy and painless. They helped us figure out a menu and also all of the rentals that were needed that day. We got tons of compliments on our food and we were told that it was some of the best food people have ever had at a wedding. I'd recommend FTT to anyone looking for a caterer in the Central Coast area.

  • If dining is a priority on your wedding day, Field to Table is truly bar none. From the customized menu that included my groom and I's favorite ingredients, to the responsiveness in coordination, to the impeccable service on the day of our wedding, everything was just perfect. Chef Tracy, Alex, Sierra, Jill... we cannot say enough about their hard work and professionalism. The chefs and service team are top notch, and the quality of the ingredients and presentation are beautiful. We served tray passed appetizers for cocktail hour, a multi-course family style meal for dinner and plated dessert. Salads were crisp, roasted veggies piping hot, the lobster buttery, pork chops perfectly grilled, and even the condiments (whipped thyme butter for bread, and citrus whipped cream for strawberry shortcake) were perfection. Multiple people said it was some of the best food they've had at a wedding. The whole team was amazing to work with and so very accommodating with our requests. I highly recommend FTT! :)

  • The food was one of our most important considerations for our wedding and that is why we picked Field to Table for our caterer and could not have been more impressed and grateful for food they provided. Alex and Tracy worked with us to create the most personalized menu and dinner service that we could have asked for. One of the most special things about Field to Table is this personalization – they don’t provide a list of X hors d'oeuvres selections or Y main courses, instead they asked us for what would be our ideal foods, cuisines, and restaurants, and developed a customized menu off of that. The whole planning process was more like a conversation of what our perfect wedding meal would be and they executed. No detail was spared from our pre-wedding tasting, to the presentation of each course, to the service during the day of.   • Field to table was high end, and full service. Our original caterer got bought out during COVID, so we ended up with Field to Table. They took care of the table set up, and even placed our thank you/menu cards out on the plates for guests to see. Alex was quick to respond to all emails, and provided an amazing tasting experience. They were able to work with our menu requests, and accommodated GF guests with little placards. They helped set up the dessert table as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

  • Every single one of our guests is STILL raving about the food that was served by Field to Table at our wedding one month ago. Everyone was stunned by the meal. My mom was floored when they showed up in the morning to start cooking, with bags of fresh produce from the local farmer's market. As someone else mentioned, this team created their exquisite menu by asking my husband and I personal questions about the food we like - and they came up with a menu that could not have been more ideal for how we wanted to serve our guests. As I am a vegan, they even tested out new vegan recipes for tamales without me even asking, which turned out to be incredible. Our photographer said it was the best wedding meal he has ever had, and he has attended over 400 weddings. Beyond the spectacular food, every staff member that I interacted with was pleasant and professional. This is truly an exceptional catering team.   • We all struggle with how much a wedding costs but when think about the opportunity to take everyone you love most in this world and buying them dinner, your caterer becomes one of your most important vendors. If you are foodies like Laura and myself, it is even that much more important. Field to Table did nothing short of exceeding all of our expectations. We reached out to more than a dozen caterers and shared with them culinary vibe that we wanted to offer our guest (a multi-station display that represented our variety of favorites flavors.)   • Wow. I am still on cloud 9 from our wedding two weeks ago. Field to Table absolutely killed every aspect of both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding food. As someone else mentioned, they are beyond a 5 star food experience. Not only that, the entire team (Tracy, Alex, Jill, and Sierra) have been amazing to work with. Tracy and team accommodated our crazy requests (Halal, gluten free, cooked in avacado oil, organic, locally sourced, sustainable etc etc etc) without even the slightest bit of hesitation and gave us and our guests a Michelin star experience. Food is ingrained in every part of our relationship, and my husband and I wanted to reflect that with what we presented to our guests, and Field to Table helped us make that vision come alive.   • We fell in love with Field to Table right from the start. They were so fun to work with in creating a menu for our wedding day. Amazing experience from the tasting to the actual day of the wedding. They even helped us create wedding favors in the form of sliders and cheesy tots!

  • The food this catering company created for our wedding was like something from a 5 Star restaurant. They worked with us for months dialing in the most eloquent and perfect menu that beyond impressed our guests and was served beautifully in family-style. Our guests mentioned several times how amazing the food was, and we could not agree more. They are the best of the best on the Central Coast, hands down and so professional. Highly recommend!

  • The food at our wedding was great!! Tracy is so creative with his menus and he really listened to us in what kind of food we wanted. From the initial consultation to the food tasting, to the day of the wedding the whole process was seamless. Great communication, and great help especially the day of.
