We worked with Festivities for chairs, linens, and other decor for our August 15th, 2020 wedding. I was extremely impressed with Festivities timeliness to respond to questions, fair pricing, and that they never pressured us to upgrade. Instead, they listened to our vision and found the decor needed to make it come to life! When a positive covid case forced us to reduce our guest count by 5 people last minute, they were very understanding and did not hesitate to adjust our pricing accordingly. If you choose to go with festivities, I highly recommend using their sheer drapes with string lights for ceiling decor. It transformed our venue into a beautifully romantic setting. I highly recommend Festivities for anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced and professional event decor company.

The consultation was so helpful. I don't know the names of any flowers, but I had a specific vision for what I wanted. Audra helped by getting my comments on different pictures of flowers, and they totally nailed what I wanted in the end.

Very quick email responses, worked with me planning an out of state wedding at home and the few times that I was able to fly back here to have meetings, etc. and let us change things around as needed up until a couple weeks before. They set up everything up, and it was 100% correct, so no worries on site the day of. It is expensive, but I suppose all these event rental places are. (pics posted show set up night before, so no plates, etc.- just chair covers, twinkle lights/tuling in ceiling, head table backdrop from Festivities; ceremony arbor not pictured here)

I truly believe that without the assistance of Caitlin from festivities, our wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was. She held my hand through the entire process and always made me feel like I was a priority; even during the Minneapolis Superbowl when she was undoubtedly extremely busy. Not only did she help me pick out table, chairs, linens, cups, ect., but she also helped me with the floor plans, adding and subtracting tents, and last minute adding side walls to the tents due to the weather. With getting married in a park, there were a lot of details I did not plan for, but Caitlin did. She 100% took care of setting up the fire inspection, making sure everything was up to "code" and cutting a check to the fire department for the inspection. Caitlin put up with a lot from myself and my father, and she was always professional, caring, and communicated with me through the entire process. This vendor was a homerun! We worked with Audra who was EXCEPTIONAL to work with! She was prompt with her responses, very creative with her ideas, but also made sure to stick to any budgets, likes or dislikes, etc. that we had. We used Festivities for floral and decor and it was the best decision we made having those two items come from the same vendor. I highly recommend it!

I am so happy we chose Festivities as our linen/décor rental company! All the staff were so accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. On top of that, they turned our (kind-of-ugly) reception venue into a BEAUTIFUL room. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw how lovely of a job they did!! I would highly recommend Festivities to any bride looking for amazing décor and rental services!!

Had them for a wedding this past weekend. Flowers were beautiful. They hit the delivery setup window but by minutes and thus were rushed which caused the breakage of a few items and one item that was forgotten. Responsiveness in email was always good. Caitlin was easy to work with. Ultimately...better supervision during setup could have helped. I was promptly contacted by Festivities after the review was posted to discuss my concerns. I appreciate the follow up

What is great is they are a one stop shop and your good to go which with everything is so nice. They did a great job setting up and making sure everything was in the place we had asked for. The florist they worked with did a fantastic job very fresh and well placed floral. Plus having someone take care of set up and tear down is something I couldn't have done without and they delivered.

I rented tablecloths, chair covers, and sashes from Festivities for my wedding reception. The initial consultation with Rachel was great - she gave design suggestions and set up a sample table so we could envision how the rental pieces would come together. I was really excited to work with Festivities after that first meeting. But from there it went downhill. I requested that the flowers and centerpiece rentals be removed from the first draft of the contract (we decided to use a separate vendor for those), and from then on I had a hard time getting responses when I wanted to sign the contract, make my final payment, and make small adjustments to what we had reserved (including making additions to the rentals). I had to contact Festivities' main email a couple of times because I wasn't getting responses from Rachel. The contract got held up by us trying to set a delivery time with the reception venue, and during that time period (about 2 weeks), some of the linens I had wanted were r... Festivities had been clear with me that this might happen, but I wish they would have given me the option of signing the contract right away and filling in that detail later. It was frustrating to be told that the items I wanted were no longer available. Out of all of the vendors I worked with, Festivities gave me the most anxiety. In the end I was pleased with how the linens turned out, but if you are considering working with them, I would suggest having a consultation with at least one other vendor to be sure.

We used Festivities to do the decorations for our wedding as well as be our florist. It was so fun to look through the different options of flowers, chairs, arches, etc. with Debbie. She was very knowledgable and had great ideas on how to cut costs where possible without cutting style. I wasn't even sure what flowers to use, but I was able to give her the idea I was going for and they put together the exact look and feel of what I had in my mind. They also worked with our baker to put real flowers on our cake. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them!!

I wish I had a better experience with festivities. Our centerpieces were extremely underwhelming and honestly, I was embarrassed. For the amount of money we spent, they should have been way more impressive.

One of my favorite vendors we worked with! I was just in awe of the beautiful flowers and how they made my vision come true. We had Festivites do our flowers, rented chargers, and votives. They were beyond helpful and easy to work with. We had originally met with Katie and she was amazing. I didn't find out until two weeks before the wedding she was no longer with Festivities and I had a hard time getting a hold of someone just to confirm everything for the day-of because I hadn't any other contact besides her and the emails I was sending to her were going unanswered. The flowers I received were absolutely beautiful but there were some specifics I had talked to Katie about my bouquet that was missed. I still give them 5 stars because those were just small things in the whole picture. I'm also so glad we rented the chargers, they made a huge difference and were cheaper than any other place we price checked AND they were easy to return.
