Rich and her team were such a delight to work with! She was so understanding and helpful even though we had to postpone our wedding multiple times due to my husband's deployment since he is military and surprise baby after his deployment. She always made us feel that our family (us and baby) comes first and everything else will fall into place no matter what challenges came our way. From cake vendors to disappearing with our money to price changes from our wedding venue, she had our back through everything and I couldn't think of a better suited team for us than Fervent Designs. Richandra was my Fairy Planner Mother when it came to the wedding. She made sure my wedding day was flawless and stress free! This was the best choice we made for celebrating our Church Wedding/10-year Anniversary Vow Renewal! Richandra (and team) totally catered and customized her event planning skills to fit our unique event, held in our church and then our very own backyard. At first I didn't plan to hire a wedding coordinator for our May10th wedding. But hiring Fervent Designs was the best decision. Our wedding was beautiful and most of all stress free. Whenever I did feel overwhelmed or my nerves were on 10, Rich was available to ease my nerves and help me think clearly and rationally LOL. We were referred to Richandra through a close friend. At first we were skeptical about having a wedding planner, because we are military and currently reside in Virginia. But we were both from the Houston area and had to have our wedding in Houston. When i tell you, this team was 10/10 on everything. From decor, to food, to having everything on a strict schedule, our wedding and reception was PERFECT!!!! We only made 1 trip to Houston to pick out the reception venue about 10 months before our wedding date. Everything else was handled by Richandra and her amazing team. We had monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly skype meetings to go over plans all the way up until the wedding day. All i have to say is if it wasn't for Fervent Designs, i have no clue how we would have accomplished half the things they made happen for us. Thank You so much!!!!
