  • I absolutely love my wedding photos. Corey did a fantastic job. I was sweating as it was very hot and that made me so nervous. Corey guided me on poses and help organize everything and it truly shows! My family photos are so beautiful. Thanks again! I highly recommend Corey & Faymus Media!

  • Let me begin by stating that Corey is simply THE BEST!!!! I have to admit I had a fairly rough wedding day with some of my vendors and Corey was my saving grace. Without him I may have gone bonkers. Here is what to expect from the brilliant Corey. When you chat with Corey he will let you know that he will be a fly on the wall at your event, capturing every moment but indiscreetly without you as the client even noticing. This is not a con, it’s a major major PRO. When it’s your wedding day you will notice that many people will be in your face, bothering you, harassing you and just plain annoying you for every little thing and trust me knowing that a professional is at your event doing exactly what you asked for without bothering you will be something you immensely appreciate on the day of.   • I hired Corey to take care of my wedding in May 2018. The booking process was very easy and Corey was friendly and he explained everything to us. The photos he took were absolutely amazing! My wife absolutely and I both love them! I highly recommend Corey and Faymus Media if you're getting married. His team is very thoughtful, and easy to work with on the day of. They were so much fun.   • Corey photographed my wedding. He did such an amazing job! From prep right until the end of reception he made us feel comfortable. I read a few reviews on here that spoke negatively of Corey and I can assure you that he is professional and easy to work with. I had a lot of fun on my wedding day and he was able to help me relax when I was nervous. My dad really liked Corey and of course his amazing work! I can definitely recommend him, amazing!

  • It has been over a year since our wedding and we have yet to receive our video. He promised an Instagram short clip after the wedding that we never received. Luckily i was able to get our raw footage at least. Dont waste your money with this vendor. He rarely replies to emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!

  • What can I say about our experience with Corey and Faymus Media? Faymus for fast-talking and talking over his customer to make the sale. Faymus for not paying attention to details. Faymus for being late to bridal suite so we have limited photos that were taken by the Videographer (who is nice guy, he gets 5 stars). Faymus for faulty gear that made him miss shooting our cocktail hour, not 1 photo. He had to go home LOL! Faymus for no creativity and this guy needs a handler if you what specific shots of the most important day of your life. Faymus for disappearing and leaving his camera on the bar for extended periods of time. Faymus for not giving us what we paid for like a full-length video, highlight video and album, but he did give us 900 images - most of which were not very good.   • The one thing MY ENTIRE FAMILY regrets about my wedding was deciding to go with Corey for our wedding pictures and videos. He rarely replied to emails. Literally had to bombard him or call him day after day. He was MIA for the important moments, and multiple people had to go looking for where he was all the time. Work was super amateur. I’m Indian and we have Indian dances and he recorded the brides ENTIRE DANCE FROM A BACK VIEW. We had multiple events that he recorded - 3 to be exact totaling probably 11-14 hours all together, but the raw footage he sent us is ONLY 5 hours. His work blatantly is horrible. He didn’t even have guidance or ideas for good pictures. I was picking the scenery/ poses instead of the photographer/ owner of the company himself Corey!   • I hired Corey for my wedding 5/19/18 and I STILL haven’t received my wedding videos. Corey has become completely unresponsive and we’re in the process of a lawsuit. Red flags before I hired him: -He talked a good game and claimed he had done a shoot at my wedding location before but when I asked him to show me photos he fumbled for an excuse about how he won’t be able to find them. -I saw a few extremely horrible reviews on Thumbtack (the 3rd party website where I found Corey’s profile) and I should have listened to them instead of the many generic good reviews. Services not delivered: -Corey excused himself after the couple’s portraits and was nowhere to be found for the family portraits. Our family is still so upset that Corey didn’t take family portraits.   • We ended up not booking Faymus Media's videography services due to unresponsiveness. Similar to another review written below, I had a difficult time reaching the company about two months before our 9 October wedding date. We sent an email on 6 August, a text on 16 August, and finally a phone call, leaving a voicemail. It wasn't until I sent a cancellation of services email on 27 August that I heard from Faymus Media on 28 August inquiring about the cancellation. After explaining it was due to our inability to reach him, Corey apologized and offered to chat about it, hoping to smooth things over. We were too disappointed and frustrated and declined. We lost trust and could not move forward with Faymus Media's services. If regular communication is important to you (responding within 48 hours), I recommend stating that up front to this company.   • I originally didn't want to write a review so my experience could just be in the past, but I, as a bride, would have appreciated hearing about an experience like mine. Corey lacked professionalism and was hard to get a hold of. On 2 or 3 occasions, I had to send back-to-back emails and a text follow-up in order to get a response from him. We weren't thrilled with our engagement shoot, as he arrived an hour late and we didn't love the photos. We actually ended up having another engagement shoot done with a fantastic photographer we found on craigslist, and we used those images for invitations. We kept Corey as a video/photo person because the package price was unbeatable and we thought he would just be doing videography on the wedding day, along with a different photographer.     This is not how I conduct business with my clients. Its unfortunate that you wanted to leave me a negative review when YOU cancelled with me only one week prior to your wedding and asked for a refund for the deposit. I had explained that I lost the day, and that I cant as it was agreed upon. So you left a long drawn out review that negatively reflects my professionalism based upon whatever reason you chose to cancel. I also noticed you put 6 weeks before the wedding, that clearly shows you waited until the last minute to notify me that you cancelled yet you hired someone else for whatever reason 6 weeks earlier, thats very unprofessional and not very respectful of myself and teams time and commitment to you. You were notified about me being your photographer 2 months prior to the wedding. I mean most customers WANT me to be there phtoographer. I am the owner and lead photographer of the company with the most experience. So that makes no sense, sorry. As far as me terminating my photographer yes I did, I admit I let go of a photographer who was unreliable, not showing up on time in order to protect my clients special day! Yes I am guilty of keeping my team reliable, professional, and courteous. So I have zero idea why that was even written here. I have high standards and my customers come first. With everything written above. I hope that in the future you treat companies that you hire to work for you a little bit better. I am 100% committed to customer service, yet this happens.
