  • Expo limos provided us with 5 limos for our wedding. We could have not asked for a better group of men to handle our special day. We did not have to worry about pick ups of drop offs, the team was prepared and always ahead of schedule. They made our bridal party feel comfortable and especially made me the bride feel relaxed before taking a long walk down the aisle with refreshments and much needed pep talks ( special thanks to Dan!). Expo limos you are amazing and the next time we need a limo get ready because we are coming for you!

  • I don't know why this place has 2 different names but they seem to be the same thing. We had a great experience, they were on time and willing to make several trips between the hotel and venue. We had a non-traditional timeline and they were more than willing to work with us. Even when we added an extra trip the day of our wedding (Dad forgot his pants and needed to make a late trip to the mall!) they were professional and added the extra trip with no problem. Communication was great leading up to the event, they were always flexible and professional. Highly recommended!

  • Expo Limo was fantastic for our April 9, 2011 wedding! Nice selection of cars and great prices and they even upgraded us for free when an even better limo was still available for our wedding. The drivers were fun and Dan at the office was great! A great choice for any event!

  • Expo Limousine went above and beyond for my sister's wedding. They helped her with her dress, help organize for photos and made sure all my guests arrived on time by providing shuttle service to and from the Peabody Marriott to the Danversport Yacht Club. Changing and Adding vehicles was no problem, they catered to us specifically. Awesome service.

  • Exceptional service! We booked the Porsche limo and loved it! Dan was a fantastic driver and even helped the bridal party out at the church letting us know the best place to stand so guests wouldn't see my dad and me before the bridal entrance.

  • We were looking high and low for a Porsche Cayenne limousine for the wedding. Daniel at Expo/Rollo was very responsive and made arrangements for us to take a look at the limo before booking. For the wedding day, the car was there on time in beautiful condition. The driver was a little rough around the edges and smoked when we were driving. When we asked him to put it out, he quickly did so and though a bit rough, was very friendly. It was the car we wanted for the priced we wanted - we couldn't ask for much more than that! They have a lovely fleet of cars - good folks to do business with!

  • Expo limo was very reasonable. They upgraded our limo the day before our wedding from a 14 passenger to a 20 passenger hummer. Although I wasn't aware of this the day of, I found out that the limo was 15 minutes late picking up the groom and groomsmen to bring them to the church. Luckily, the girls and I made it to the church on time and I was never even aware their was an issue. Other than that, I was happy with expo.

    I appreciate the feedback and would like to discuss this issue further. I have personally driven that vehicle for every wedding this year except for 1 and have not had any issues with the A/C. Please call me at your convenience and would love to find out why you were disappointed and hopefully make some alterations in the vehicle to improve the circulation of the A/C.   • Rented both rolls royce and limo from them. Before ceremony limo was to make two trips, one to take groomsmen from hotel to church and then take the rest of bridal party. They didn't make it back in time to take the bridesmaids. They had to find a bus to get there. This wouldn't have been a problem, except after event I found out that they charged me overtime without my knowledge. Then, I decided to note that they did not complete full service on their end and they lied to me about it being our fault. I even told them I had proof we were not late as I had photographers time stamps showing our party was ready and they are claiming that we doctored pictures. Horrible customer service and lies to get more money.

    Groomsmen were over 35 minutes late getting into limo causing the Hummer limo to not be able to make it back in time to get bridesmaids. The Bride wasn't even in the Rolls until after 1:45pm which was her ceremony time, 45 minutes after I was contracted to be there(1pm). Bride moved ceremony up 15 minutes without notifying us. Bridesmaids went in shuttle bus, that the bride contracted for her guests. Groomsmen caused everything to be late and she was charged for an additional hour for both cars since they went overtime. I tried to reason with her numerous times. We have GPS tracking on our limousines to ensure exact arrival times and she does not want to acknowledge that the cars went over her allotted time. I would have offered a gift certificate if the first words on her e-mail weren't "I have friends who are lawyers and I'm going to sue for the entire cost of both vehicles." We try our best to provide the best customer service to our clients. She was provided 2 limousines that were on time, with excellent chauffeurs who catered to her and her guests.

  • We got the jag & escalade for our wedding. The jag on the site says it's a 10 passenger, we had 8 adults (no one really big) and the flower girl and it was a really tight squeeze. My wedding was in July so it was pretty hot that day and the AC in the jag was either not working and wasn't working very well it was a brutal 30 min trip to the church. We thought the heat issue was because the car was full but my husband and I took the jag to the reception and it was just as hot with just the 2 of us. We also had a CD that we wante to play on the way to the church but for some reason we couldn't get it to work, the driver wasn't too concerned with it not working and never tried to help. The escalade was a different story the AC was blaring no heat issues there. I did hear from my bridal party who took the escalade to the reception that they were having an issue with the CD player and the driver actually pulled over to resolve the issue so everyone was very pleased there.   • Initially booked a 10passenger limo but two weeks before wedding was able to upgrade to Hummer limo at discounted rate. Very responsive to emails/phone calls and advised us to allow for more time since we wanted to make a couple rounds between venues. Very punctual and professional. Limo was very clean. Service included champagne for the wedding party and helping bride into and out of the limo. Main complaint was the heat in the limo although this could be due to the fact that it was 100 degrees in Boston, but air conditioning did not really seem to be working and we were all sweating in there and my hair style went from curly to messy/straight.

    Hi Betty. I appreciate the feedback and the positive review. The driver did tell me the air conditioning wasn't doing much that day. It was blowing cold but not making much difference in the comfort inside the vehicle.
