The music was mostly good - mostly what we wanted. Several of our middle aged guests, including my parents who were hosting, were disappointed when they were essentially told "no" or ignored when requesting that the DJ play any slow song so they could join in the dancing. Our DJ mentioned over the mic multiple times "make sure to tip your bartenders", which was... fine... but excessive, but several people were really turned off when she said "and don't forget you can tip your DJ, too!" This came across as tacky, and I'm thankful that my mother didn't hear it, or the DJ's tip would have gotten smaller. Before the wedding, I had difficulty contacting the company - I don't think I ever got an email response back (multiple attempts made), and we did only ok via Facebook. My coordinator had better success via phone and ironically via email. I'm told that this is typical, but I had much better luck with contact from my other wedding vendors.
