  • Melody was great! I felt safe the whole time, especially during the wedding day. If I had questions, she'd answer them right away. She also came up with great ideas for the wedding. The vendors that she recommend were also very professional and attentive. She made sure that we enjoyed our day and had time to soak it up. She was also very professional and flexible. If I wanted something, she would find a way to get it done. Nothing seemed to worry her. She was always warm and motherly. She also saved the day when I forgot my garter. She had a back up in her car. haha Love her so much!

  • Melody was absolutely fantastic. Unlike some other event planning companies, when you sign on with her, she is the person who is working with you directly to plan your wedding. She is personable, sweet, and responsive through both email and text. She's been planning weddings for a long time in Southern California and has great relationships with a number of the vendors in the area. She is very patient and positive and worked her absolute hardest to make sure that our wedding was as we wanted it, not as she or others may have wanted it. She also was great at negotiating contracts with vendors and helping lower some of our costs with them which helped a bunch. We loved working with Melody and hope that you'll seriously consider her for your wedding.

  • My daughter had a Amazing wedding thanks to Melody. All your suggestions, ideas, planning are so helpful, even when I was stressed out, you make me feel like we are on track for the event. All the people that you recommend are fantastic, you all know each other so it make it very easy to coordinate everything. I couldn’t ask for any other group of assistant, they are the best, including YOU  Thanks Melody!

  • Melody was our coordinator we hired to help us plan our wedding. We hired her very early on, as she came so highly recommended by a friend who used her services. My friend Sarah, could not sing her praises high enough... so we knew from early on that we were in good hands! And boy were we right! From our first meeting nearly a year before our wedding to the day, Melody was right there with us every step of the way! She always went the extra step to make sure we had everything we needed! Throughout the planning process she would always respond to our emails and phone calls within a timely manner, and boy is that so helpful when you're planning a wedding! On the day of our wedding, she came to my hotel where the bridal party was getting ready just to simply check on us and make sure we had everything we needed and were doing ok.   • This review is overdue. Melody was amazing to work with. I know my side of the family was a handful and my finance's family was more complicated since there's quite a few blended families on his side. She handled everything with grace on our wedding day so my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about a thing! She made sure all the details I passed on to her were taken care of and executed. She's very motherly and warm, but runs a tight ship which was a perfect fit for me.

Melody's friendly, sincere demeanor immediately put my daughter and I at ease and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, her calm assurance and confidence were so important. She was more than my day of but more like a second ear to help guide me through that last round of decisions and really helped pull off a flawless evening! Everyone told me to expect something to go wrong and yet Melody must have done her job so well that I never knew if anything even went wrong. She handled everything with grace and took the stress off me (the bride) whenever she could. She introduced me to a few extra vendors and I think that I introduced her to some as well. She has a great presence and her professionalism is outstanding. My day wouldn't have been complete without her assistance:)

  • Melody Walker is a MUST if you are having a wedding. We were planning our wedding event for a year and a half and Melody was there from start to finish. She really opened our eyes to new ideas, and made sure we were on top of everything to avoid procrastination. She completely understood our personality and theme we were aiming for, and with her experience she showed us things that she thought we would like best. Most importantly, she was always there for moral support, especially when we felt stressed as time got closer to the wedding. On the actual wedding day, we had 300 guests at the Richard Nixon library (she is one of the trusted wedding coordinators there), and she made everything run flawlessly.   • Melody is simply the only choice! We hired Melody for our Day of Wedding Coordination however she was much more than that to me by my wedding date. She made the organization leading up to the wedding so much less stressful than it otherwise would have been. She made sure everything went according to plan on the day of and she took care of me, my groom, and our family and friends till the very end of the night. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.   • Melody Walker is the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. Other vendors, whether they had a long partnership with her or had just met her for the first time, even told me how great she was to work with and how lucky I was to find her! She has decades of experience in OC and it shows- she knows who to work with and how logistics work at different venues. She is professional, but very friendly. She also was willing to work with my budget because she's such a generous person. Many day-of coordinators are only involved on the day of the wedding, just as their job description says. Sometimes you meet beforehand to plan the wedding day, but their involvement is at a minimum. That's all I asked of Melody, but she gave me so much more. Everything I could have dreamed of and more. Once I talked to Melody I went from being stressed to being excited about my wedding planning.   • My wedding was one of the best days of my and my husband's life; it would have not been the same without Melody Walker. While we were planning our wedding from abroad, Melody helped my mom plan our perfect day. I would receive email updates asking for my advice and input and every time I had a specific request, it was taken care of immediately and with great attention to detail. When I finally met Meloday, it was like meeting a new member of the family. She is so pleasant, warm, funny and caring. Up to the last minute details before the wedding, Melody made sure that I did not feel the stresses or pressure at all, and I was confident that we were in good hands. On the day of, she was incredible; always there when you needed her and two steps ahead of the game. We really did have the best day and evening ever and if I had to do it again, I would absolutely have Melody be a part of it.

  • Melody was such a joy to work with to plan for our wedding at Rancho Las Lomas on September 3, 2016. She was our trusted confidante, knew the ins-and-outs of getting the big day together, and gave us so much invaluable advice! Wedding planning is stressful, but every call or meeting with Melody made it all melt away! We cannot recommend her enough! We miss her, and we're sure you will too!

  • Melody did an excellent job helping my daughter with her wedding. She had a large wedding party to deal with and was extremely organized. She made sure that the family was well taken care of and we had nothing but complimentary comments from all of our friends. If you are planning an event Melody is the person to hire.
