  • My daughter got married on June 27, 2020 after postponing her April 4 date due to Covid and they were so helpful & accommodating with the last minute changes. We used Eventhaus for the rentals for our daughter’s wedding & they did a phenomenal job. Caroline was great & helped us every step of the way. All of the staff were professional, dependable & knew what they were doing. Our rentals were beautiful & in excellent shape. I highly recommend them.

  • Eventhaus was easy to work with. They have a nice warehouse where you can see a majority of their rental pieces. They had everything we asked for and did a phenomenal job setting the venue up and doing the decorative lighting. We would happily recommend them !

  • I rented chairs and linens from EventHaus. The delivery including the setting up of all the chairs. Everything arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. Break down and pick up was after hours and also went very smoothly. Highly recommend. Delivery cost was very reasonable. Rental consultant was Erika Bailey.

  • We worked with Erica and ordered our tents, draping, and tables from EventHaus and they did a fantastic job! The tents and draping looked beautiful, I am so happy we got the draping to cover up the aluminum on the ceiling! Once everything came together with our chandeliers and florist, it looked so magical and just how I hoped it would! Erica was always very responsive and worked with us on every change and weather-related decision we made. I am so glad my wedding planner recommended they set up the day before the wedding because setting up two huge tents with draping, leg covers, connectors, etc. took several hours to get just perfect, so if your venue allows it- you should consider having them do it the day before so that the day of your wedding isn't as hectic! Thank you Erica and EventHaus for everything!

  • We used Eventhaus to rent the tents and some of the tables and tableware for my daughter’s wedding last weekend. Erica at Eventhaus was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive, helpful and nice. We asked for the tents we rented to be draped and have the martini-style pole covers and it ended up looking so good! We had many guests tell us the tent looked like a fairy tale. We rented little miniature champagne glasses that we couldn’t find anywhere else for our guests’ first course of Shrimp and Grits and it was so classy and fun! Eventhaus even came and set up the tents the day before the wedding so that there was plenty of time for our planner and florist to decorate. I appreciate them doing that and they did not charge us any extra. I was very happy with Eventhaus and highly recommend them!

  • Working with Caroline at EventHaus was so easy! We had a smaller wedding and we didn’t need to rent too much and surprisingly finding a rental company that would deliverer for us was a challenge! Caroline responded back so quickly to all my crazy emails where I changed things about a million times! My venue required rentals to be picked up the same night and Eventhaus was able to do a pickup pretty late to get everything which made things way less stressful for me!

She gave it her personal touch and added great recommendations. I will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

  • I can not say enough good things about EventHaus. I have worked with Caroline Kraich on events, big and small, and she always goes the extra mile to be sure everything is perfect. She is responsive, professional and always helpful. The delivery staff is top notch, too. They always arrive with smile, a kind word and ready to go to work. Eventhaus obviously values their clients as they work hard as a team to be sure everything is just right.   • We contracted with EventHaus to rent a tent for our holiday party. At the last minute, we knew we needed an additional tent, and on a whim, I reached out to see if EventHaus could bring us another one. Caroline and her staff went over and above!! We got a second tent delivered in record time! The delivery crew was fast and friendly too which made for an overall pleasant experience. We will definitely use EventHaus Rentals for future events.

  • What can I say, I love EventHaus! The entire team was so professional from choosing the right products to the set up and breakdown of my events. Caroline ran point on my experience with EventHaus and I can’t say enough great things about her! So friendly and helpful, you can tell she really cares about making your event design the best it can be. The set up and break down team were awesome!! They were a pleasure to work with and worked really efficiently. Always impressed with them! I have used EventHaus to do all of my large festivals. From tents to linens to VIP furniture - they really nail all of the details! My guests are always wowed! I would recommend using EventHaus Rentals as they are truly fantastic to work with!

  • My son and his bride recently had a beachside wedding on Fripp Island, SC. This being a destination wedding, we were at a loss as to where we could rent an arbor from. EventHaus Rentals was recommended and they did not disappoint. They were able to deliver and set up an arbor which included a custom drapery that looked absolutely beautiful. The arbor was picked up the following morning just like they promised. With the ocean in the background, the draped arbor helped to make my son and his bride's wedding ceremony just what they had hoped for ... it was "picture perfect."

    We are deeply saddened that you feel that our service wasn’t up to the highest of standards. Upon our offer, you declined a Rain Reserve one month before your event. You requested a tent to be added the day before your event. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate the last-minute nature of your request. All other rentals were installed and setup successfully per your approval. Please note, we stand by our open-door policy and encourage you to reach out and discuss if you have any questions on our company scheduling and enforced best practices. We agree that the Charleston area has many great event planners and suppliers and believe that our services are one of the many to choose from.
