Eliza J was very responsive through email and the payment process was easy. They delivered right on time and in the correct spot we asked. They were friendly and showed us around the bathrooms and how to use them. They came with toiletry baskets and fresh flowers and were very clean. A step up from renting porta-poties for sure!

I looked at many of the port-a-potty services on the Cape and surrounding areas. Who knew that renting a port-a-potty was such a headache! Many of the 'Wedding Restroom Rentals' wouldn't even bother to deliver unless I was renting like a $1,500 royal throne bathroom. Finally, I found Eliza J! They were so friendly, did not seem perturbed in the slightest that I didn't think I needed to spend 2000K on a restroom, and the service was fantastic. They were easy to work with and answered all my questions. Eliza was very flexible about payment as well. The port-a-potty itself got a ton of compliments! It had fresh flowers, running water, white ribbons, and a complementary basket with feminine products, deodorant wipes, lip gloss, and all sorts of stuff!! The port-a-potty felt like a real restroom, didn't smell, and was large enough that I even managed to use it in my wedding dress without fear! We rented 2 of the fancier porta potties for our outdoor camp wedding. We corresponded via email mostly. While they always responded, sometimes it was a bit more timely to hear back from them. Otherwise, we had no issues. They showed up when they were supposed to. The delivery man placed them exactly in the area we had requested. The guests liked that we put a pop up tent with curtains around the porta potties. It gave our guests just that little bit extra privacy. The units were clean and included nice little baskets with random toiletry essentials. Guests loved that they were flushable and that there was a sink. The only thing I would add to the units is maybe a big sticker indicating where the foot flusher was located. Many people didn't realize they could flush.

Overall, ElizaJ was a great choice. We used the three stall trailer and it was perfect- very clean, a good amount of space to move around in, and I also liked that you could plug an iPod into it for music. The email interaction was good- she got back to us quickly, but wasn't very personable in her email exchanges. I had asked her a number of questions regarding set-up, flowers, etc. and received the bare minimum response. I was impressed that they travelled all the way to Andover from the Cape. The trailer arrived a few days early, which was great for us! The delivery person was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would recommend ElizaJ.
