I had told Tonya that I am having a Beauty and The Beast Winter themed wedding before my fitting, and she picked out the most perfect dress for me before I even came in! I had the most amazing experience finding my dream dress at Elite Secrets. I felt so special the whole time I was there! I went to two other Bridal stores that day and none of the others compare to the experience and dress selection that I experienced at ES. The staff was attentive to me and my family members that came with me. Michaela was so much fun and was great at listening to what I was looking for in a dress. She listened carefully to my opinion and my family's opinion about each dress, but overall put the most value on how I felt! I went here during the Pronovias trunk show and the whole experience was amazing. This was my first time trying on bridal gowns so I really didn't know what I wanted or what would look best on me. I was so well taken care of and they helped bring dresses that would look good for my body shape. I walked out with a beautiful gown and I am so beyond happy this was such a great first experience all around! I'd definitely would recommend coming here!

Let me begin with, I'm not a shopper so before walking in the door I was a little anxious about having to try on dresses, let alone the dress of my dreams. I chose to bring my 2 daughters (10 & 11) with me for support, lol. As soon as we entered the store Hummera was so friendly. She even allowed my daughters to pick out a dress each for me! ESB was incredibly communicative and responsive when I first reached out via their online contact form. I had a few questions regarding openings and how many people I could bring. All my questions were answered and I even requested to come in earlier than they were available and they totally accommodated me, which was incredible. I tried on a number of dresses and the process was pretty smooth (I had tried on dresses a few times before). I ended up falling in love with a dress my friend picked out. I had another appointment that weekend at Lovely Bride Philly, so I didn't want to make any final decisions yet. But that said, I ended up coming back a few days later because I couldn't stop thinking about "the dress." They accommodated me again coming in later in the evening, so I could bring my mom and I ended up saying "yes to the dress" with my mom present.
