  • Ted from elegant was our main person of contact and he was Fantastic!! We had a tent wedding in Vermont at a private residence so we had to rent everything!!! He was super helpful in guiding us on our rentals list and walking me through every step along the way. He was very quick to respond to emails and calls, and if he received an email that needed clarification he would call as soon as he received it. He Even helped me find another rental company when we last minute needed a larger table and linens and picked those up for delivery with the rest of the equipment he was dropping off. The night before the wedding we found a rack of dirty dishes, the very next morning Ted was our first thing with an entire new set of dishes and glassware, we had plenty of extra dishes, but he wanted to make sure that this did not negatively impact our day and replaced a majority of dishes and glassware.   • When it came down to the wire, I was so stressed from juggling wedding details along with several things in my personal life! I got behind in responding to vendors, but Ted never indicated that he was frustrated aside from a gentle nudge to remind me that he needed the details as soon as possible in order to make our plans happen. He was always extremely prompt in responding, and we encountered zero issues with paying deposits or balances. All items were there as promised before we even arrived at the venue. The process was by far the easiest we encountered in our planning, and it helped immensely to relieve the stress!

  • Ted is so wonderful and Elegant Settings made planning a DIY wedding as easy as it gets. I am an event planner by trade so I took planning our wedding very seriously and was never short on questions to be asked or detailed spreadsheets to be followed but I was still overwhelmed by the magnitude of items that needed to be ordered and accounted for when doing a DIY wedding for 200+ people in a venue with no amenities and Ted was there for me every step of the way! We went to meet with him at his office which is in my husband’s hometown about 1.5 years ahead of time and he was very patient with us up until the day of the wedding and helped guide everything that we needed! He was in continual communication with our cater and wedding planner helping to adjust the order as needed for their requirements and the every changing weather in the mountain region! Ted is organized and an overall pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Elegant Settings!! 5 stars.

  • I worked with Ted, at Elegant Settings, when renting the tent and other supplies for my wedding. He made it easy to walk through and even provided me with a sample floor plan. The equipment was all clean and looked new. The crew was very nice and willing to work with me one the set-up. I would absolutely recommend Elegant Settings for your event rental needs!

  • Elegant settings was just great! We ordered our wedding ceremony chairs as well as a tent and tablets for our rehearsal dinner. They did a great job setting up the tent and adding really magical lighting to the tent for a nice touch. They were very accommodating when I realized at the last minute that I didn't order sides to the tent and had no problem coming back to put them up. Excellent service!!

  • We had a great experience with Elegant Settings! Ted was super accommodating when I changed my mind 5 million times (because what bride hasn't done that :-P) and they provided everything we needed. During our consultation he even helped me vision our table - something I had been trying to do but really couldn't see it since we were doing something that wasn't on Pinterest or anywhere else! Thank you!

  • Ted and Georgia really worked with us to address all our needs. We had a Hindu-American fusion wedding for which we definitely needed a lot of different items for the outdoor ceremony mandap, drinks station and indoor chairs etc. They were very responsive and have really good prices. They worked with our decorator and venue coordinator to accommodate everything so the we could enjoy our day and not get caught in all the day-of planning. Overall we experience great quality product and service. Will definitely work with them again.

  • Not happy with them make sure you ask about every price on the quote. Was given 2 quotes, 1 which was 5 months before my wedding and the other 1 week before and they both had missed a price for the sashes which would of added another 300 to the quote super inconvenient and instead of honoring their mistake that they made twice they just wanted to give a discount. Be careful if you choose to use their services.

    Yes.....we did make a mistake in quoting the sashes on this order (we are human). To rectify this situation, we offered to supply you with the sashes at $.50 each, rather than typical $1.90. This pricing would have allowed you to have received the items at cost. We feel that this was a fair offer to compensate you for this mistake. The timing was three weeks prior to your wedding not one week as suggested.

  • We booked tents, glasses, tables, chairs, and linens from Elegant Settings. Kristen was very friendly and extremely helpful in planning. I recommend meeting with her early on in the process of planning your wedding because she will make the whole thing easier. Only issues we had were that on delivery, her crew had not been given the floorplan/location of where to set up tents and tables. They had the tents half up in the wrong place before we realized what they were doing. The crew were very friendly and professional, and moved everything into the right place though. Kristen was also really flexible in adjusting our order throughout the process as we figured out what we'd need and not need.
