I loved working with Julie for my wedding make-up! She came to my house for my trial run and did on-site make-up at the hotel where we were getting ready the day of the wedding. At the consultation she worked with me to tweak my look so that it was exactly what I wanted, and took notes so that it would be the same on the wedding day. I loved that I still looked like myself with the make-up, it was very classic-looking and not overdone. Julie was very organized, even sending me a schedule of when each person would get their make-up done the morning of the wedding, and did a great job of working with my hair stylist to make sure their timelines fit together. And she singlehandedly did make-up for 9 of us, giving everyone a look they were comfortable with, from my bridesmaids to my grandmothers! Julie is AMAZING! Not only did she get my make-up spot on but she came ultra prepared with extra hair spray and bobby pins (which of course I did not remember to bring.) She made sure EVERYTHING was just to my liking and it looked fabulous! I had never worn false lashes before and during the trial we tried 1 pair but they were kind of heavy. Julie brought several pairs on my wedding day and suggested a different pair that was a little less heavy but still added that wow factor. I didn't even notice them while I was wearing them unless I saw myself in the mirror and thought "Wow, I look EXACTLY like what I pictured in my mind and I look HOT!" Julie was also able to do the make-up for several of my bridesmaids and both mothers. They were a little skeptical since they don't wear much make-up and they had just seen my glamorous day make-up. I hired Julie as my make-up artist on my wedding day. She is extremely talented!She arrived on time and was very organized. She provided make-up for my bridal party & even touched-up their hair too. She was great fun to be around and she kepted me calm right before I made my big entrance. She even stayed to do touch-ups after the wedding ceremony. I would definitely recommend Julie. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was an out of town (destination) bride and she was more than flexible and convenient when working with my limited schedule. Julie was very good at listening to my thoughts about how I wanted to look on my wedding day but she also was able to show me some other options to consider. She is very aware of what is going to look good in pictures as well as in person. My makeup ended up being better than I ever imagined.
