We had the pleasure of working with Andrea at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Resorts. While originally planning a reception at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort, we ended up switching to the Waldorf Astoria and could not have been happier. The ballroom is beautiful and elegant, I loved the chandlers and wallpaper. The service at the Waldorf Astoria is excellent. We had our own butler throughout the reception, she ensured we always had a drink and that we had enough to eat. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was special for both my husband and I and our guests. Most of our guests staid the weekend at the resort and we loved the options for dining and drinking on property. Andrea was very prompt at responding to our questions and concerns and we highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Beautiful! Very accommodating!

Shortly after we signed our contract, the GM of the hotel promised me a "Waldorf Wedding" and delivered on every level! We were treated like royalty. Everything went off without any trouble. There was never a question of any request being impossible to fulfill. Jane McLean and the entire team went above and beyond to make a true dream come true.

We simply could not have chosen a better place for a wedding. Our guests loved the grounds, enjoyed the ability to also stay at the Hilton in a different price point, loved being in Orlando. The hotel staff made us feel like celebrities, and we wanted for nothing. They are total pros at putting on a wedding, and have this down to a science. They were like our good friends helping us pull off an event. We had our own private butler who when we needed anything would literally RUN to get it. The grounds, service and caring and attention we got were just incredible-- all sorts of champagne and wonderful perks sent up to our room, including a chocolate confection that spelled out "LOVE" after we got married. Even the catering manager was so hands on-- by the time we were finished with our wedding we felt the Waldorf staff was our own family. Our wedding was perfect. From the moment we toured the venue with Jane we were set. The service is unbeatable. Our wedding weekend was perfect. To begin, from the moment we checked into our beautiful room everything was exceptional. Our rehearsal dinner was exactly what we wanted. Jane arranged for us to use the clubhouse for our dinner. I was a total pain about the menu and she never skipped a beat. We had italian food which was yummy!!! For the wedding night, Jane worked with our wedding planner (Weddings unique) to plan every last detail. The staff was white gloved and elegant. The food was even better. We has a roasted tomato salad, salmon in pea puree (best salmon I have ever had), and filet for the third course. For dessert we has a spread of treats include very cool ice-cream lollipops. What truly made our weekend great was Jane McLean. She is the coordinator at the Waldorf and very wonderful. Jane responded to every email and call in lightning speed. She always has a smile on her face and can help with any problem. She went above and beyond to make us happy and is the reason Waldorf Astoria is able to host such great weddings!

Amazing. Can't say anything bad about this place

The team at the Waldorf Astoria-Orlando were worth every penny! Leslie, Tony, Alex, and the rest of the team made our wedding day so seamless and better than we could have imagined. They made sure that everything went according to what was planned and made sure not to skip any detail. They made suggestions, but they never pushed their opinions on us. At the end of the night, we felt like they were a part of the family rather than just another vendor. Our friends and family are still talking about what a great experience they had at the hotel. We look forward to going back to celebrate many more occasions there!

Lisa New the Catering manager was so easy to work with, the day of the event she was present, her along with all her team made sure our wedding was an unforgettable event.
