    Yu Shen, Thank you for this detailed review. I'm sorry you weren't able to communicate any of this to us before now. We have done everything in our power to get our brides gowns in during this pandemic. I have stayed up all night finishing alterations to make sure we make every wedding date, and we have. Even with a world wide pandemic, changing daily we have not missed a wedding. Our families and stores were threatened during the riots and we still met with clients and helped in every way we could. Your gown arrived before the wedding, only a couple weeks after the quoted delivery. I promised to make sure it was altered and ready for you. Your gown wasn't ordered wrong, it was listed under a trunk show number as we don't normally have it in our inventory. It was here for the event only. Again If this is how you really felt it would have been amazing to have had some communication. Even today when you picked up your gown you were nothing but kind, to our faces. Last week when we reached out, you told us you ended your engagement "I don't need the gown anymore as the wedding is off". I then promised again to have your gown ready if you changed your mind, there was no reply. Covid has been devastating, but so many of our brides have been kind wonderful humans and we are truly thankful for them. Thank you all for the kindness you have shown us, all the cards, treats, bottles of wine and the love that we have felt. We appreciate you all so much. We will continue to go the extra mile through the incredibly difficult time in our world.

  • If I could give no stars I would. Our “consultant” was one of the rudest, most terrible sales people I have ever experienced. We went to the bellevue store on my sister’s birthday to try on wedding dresses for the very first time. “Consultant” instantly had a bad attitude and vibe from the moment we walked in the door. She was not prepared in any way for the “VIP” appointment that had been PAID FOR to possibly buy a dress from Dolce. She spent at least 20 minutes of the 90 minute appointment walking around pulling dresses when part of the “VIP” appointment is that dresses will be pulled in advance based on the paperwork that is filled out before you arrive, and I would guess that another 20 mins throughout the appointment was spent walking away and leaving our group and my sister IN A DRESS AND ON THE PEDESTAL without ANY explaination and disappeared to the back of the store.     This is unfortunate. We love our clients and wish every bride a perfect wedding. Our stylist did quit after this appointment. My staff means the world to me. I respect them and adore them just as much as I adore our clients. We are truly lucky to have amazing brides and we hope this bride finds her gown and her happily ever after.

  • wish I could show picture of how my wedding outfit came in the mail. I was expecting it to come in a nicer box but it was just wrapped in a plastic bag! Horrendous! What a disappointment!

    We would love to know more about this. Gowns are of course shipped in boxes, accessories can be shipped in smaller containers to keep costs down for customers. With no name, no photo and no information this is hard to really know how to help. It sound like the item came in perfect shape or that would have been stated. Hope your event is amazing.

  • I had an amazing experience working with Dolce Bleu on my wedding dress. First, the employees at DB made me feel so welcomed and comfortable during my fitting. They have so many options to choose from--it's a great salon for both the modern and traditional bride! When it came to alterations, they spent so much time making sure that all of my needs were met. I had to go to fittings by myself because my family is on the East Coast. All employees made me feel so welcomed and supported. They helped take pictures and videos of my dress so I could send them to my parents. Dolce Bleu is a must visit for all brides!!!

  • From the start, I loved this place. I was able to get an appointment quickly and once there, I filled out a questionnaire so the stylist knew what I had in mind. She didn't show me anything that was out of my budget, which I really appreciated. My mom, sister, and I truly received the dream dress shopping experience. From finding "the one", to the alterations, to the final fitting, the Dolce Bleu staff made sure I was receiving nothing but the best service.

  • I had a wonderful experience at Dolce Bleu! I mostly worked with Abby and she was fabulous! Also, the woman who did my alterations was so sweet and she did amazing work. I have since taken other friends back, and the glasses of blue champagne are always a nice touch :)

  • I had such an amazing time shopping for my bridal gown here! Tia was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful in helping me find the "one". The moment we walked in the door we received a warm welcome and were served blue champagne. After a brief discussion of what I was envisioning Tia instantly pulled 6-7 dresses for me to try on. While I was a little concerned that an hour wouldn't be enough time to find the dress of my dreams, I did ultimately say "yes" to a dress. Even when we were a bit short on time Tia was able to squeeze in a few extra minutes for me to retry the dress on at the end of my appointment. This place has a wide selection styles of dresses that are also reasonably priced. I can't thank Tia and Dolce Bleu enough for making my bridal gown shopping experience so fun and stress-free!

  • What a terrible experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses. The lady was very nice at first, she sat down and had me fill out a piece of paper with my information and discuss my dress preference. She went around the store and picked out a few dresses for me to try on. I went into the room to try on the first dress and she was helpful with getting into it. After the first dress, her attitude completely changed. She became very short with me and my guests. My guests wanted to look at other dresses on the floor and she got very upset and short that they were not sitting waiting. She also snapped and told my guest that they could not take pictures of me in a dress I was not 100% convinced I liked. During the first conversation she told me that she had all of these styles, I only saw 2 of those styles.   • Wonderful selection of quality gowns at vitually all price points. Excellent service with no pressure exerted by salespersons. Expensive, but excellent alterations. My only complaint is that they moved to a very inaccessible location downtown in the middle of my being fitted. They were originally at Pacific Place, which was a convenient location with parking and accesibility for the disabled. Now they are in a place downtown with no designated parking, which is particularly difficult if you have to cart your dress, veil and other accessories around. When you can find parking, it is very expensive. On top of everything else, the front of their store is a designated bus stop. It was very difficult, if not impossible to let my disabled mother out in front because the buses were always stopping and honking at you. They should have thought more about disabled and generak accesibility before choosing that business location.

  • I used Dolce Bleu to buy my dress and do alterations. Because of my schedule and mother visits to town, I bought my dress pretty far in advance and hung onto it until it made sense to do alterations. DRESSES: I loved the selection at Dolce Bleu. They had a range of designers I was interested in across a wide range of prices. I was able to find something I loved well within my budget. DRESS CONSULTANT: The girl I worked with while trying on dresses was great. She realized pretty quickly that I was attracted to having multiple fabrics/textures on a dress, not so much cut or style. Even I hadn't realized that, but she was right. I ended up with a gorgeous mermaid cut (not at all what I started looking for) with floral lace on the bodice and hips and polka dot lace from my knees down. ALTERATIONS: Here's my gripe.   • Pushy sales people and heartless store policies make this place a must go for no one. We have had the worst experience imaginable when purchasing a dress for our wedding. Now due to pushy sales folks and a zero tolerance return policy, we are stuck with a dress we don't want. Even when letting them know we don't want the dress and now must resell it to buy the actual dress we want, she said, 'this happens all the time'... strongly advise people to look elsewhere when buying a dress for their special day!

    I'm sorry we were not able to issue your fiance´ a refund for her bridal gown purchase, due to finding a new gown elsewhere. Wade was NOT at any of the 3 appointments this bride had within the 24 hrs, when she purchased her gown. He did come back with her to shop after this was posted however. Thank you for your continued business Wade, our customers are the best.

  • The dresses that I tried on at Dolce Bleu were, by far, the most unique for the price. The dress I ended up with was beautiful, but there were some problems with the fit when it arrived. There was an added bow that wasn't there when I originally tried on the dress, and it wasn't zipping up all the way. I thought maybe they measured wrong, but they wanted me to come up to Seattle to prove that I hadn't gained weight. I even offered to go to a local wedding dress shop in Portland and have them measure me, but they didn't trust anyone else. When I got up there, they immediately made it clear that there was no way I was getting a refund. Long story short, I had to drive up from Portland last minute with my sister only to have the rep snip the bow off, and it suddenly fit. I was happy they fixed the problem, but I felt as if they could have just told me to snip the bow off, since that was most likely causing the problem.
