We had DJ Topedo for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Josh is one of the coolest people that you will ever meet and made the entire process of selecting the type of music that we wanted for the day extremely easy and fun. He asked us for what kind of music we liked, what type of music that we didn't want played, and any special songs/requests. The best advice that I can give people hiring him is to let him do his job and give him as few restrictions as possible besides types of music that you like and do not like. Josh nailed the ceremony and kicked off the reception with the type of energy that gets people pumped and ready for a good time and continued this throughout the entire night. We also had his photo booth which our guests loved and you get an online galley with all of the photos as well as a book (almost like a guest book where people can write next to their pictures) with as many photos as can fit in it (a lot of... We also had Josh provide the uplighting for the reception and I would definitely recommend that as well as it really makes people want to go out onto the dancefloor and goes extremely well with the music. Finally we had the monogram on the dancefloor with our names and the date and it was beautiful. Overall a fantastic experience with Josh, he made our wedding a hit!

DJ Topedo (Josh) was a pleasure to work with. From our first interaction to the day of the wedding, we reached out to Josh about a dozen times with questions and day-of details and he was super responsive, typically answering our questions within a few hours (usually within the hour). He was completely amenable to tailoring a package to our wedding's needs. The DJ set was perfect and he did a great job of reading the crowd, with a great mix of the songs we requested and a few fun liberties he took himself. I wouldn't hesitate working with him again.

Josh rocks. Plain and simple! A total professional, his performance was above and beyond what we expected. We had some guests at our wedding that aren't typically open to dancing, but Josh had the entire room up on their feet having a blast the entire night. Josh provides you with a really good music planning app to help you prep for the wedding. You can type in your event details including the timeline of events during the night (like the first dance, cake cutting, etc.), and also space to add your preferred song list. It was very easy to use, and before the wedding we got a chance to meet with him to go through all of the details. The music flowed all night, guests danced the whole time, we barely left the dance floor. Seriously the best night of our lives so far! Josh was great, super professional, flexible and gave great suggestions when we met with him. His song transitions were perfect and he kept the party going all night. After learning our preferences, he researched songs and developed several outstanding playlists. On the day of our wedding, he arrived early to set up and prepare for the day. In addition to music, he provided uplighting and a projector. These helped to transform our venue into a beautiful and intimate space for the reception. I'm so glad to see Josh on Wedding Wire (which is what I used to plan my wedding)...because I didn't find him here when I was looking for a DJ and LUCKILY I had found him via a Google search!! We were married at Holly Hills on 9/7/2019 and he provided the ceremony music and mics, dance music, lights, and a photo booth. He did a great job. Was always very quick to respond to emails/texts. One of the most important aspects of any party and wedding is the music! DJ Topedo incorporated all of our requests and styles and added his own touch. People were on the dance floor ALL NIGHT!
