Recently booked our wedding to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica for July 2021. I booked using Destify. The site was beyond informative and user friendly. The response time was really quick, which I loved. I am currently working with wedding coordinator, Whitney Sughroue. She has been extremely helpful. Planning a destination wedding is challenging when you really have no idea what to expect. She is very patient, professional and efficient.

My friend booked her wedding to Jamaica with Destify. We worked with Chelsea and she found us flights that were ideal and better priced that what I had seen looking on my own. The room at the resort was easily booked with her help too. Then unfortunately the wedding plans had to change with all of the COVID 19 crisis. Chelsea was immediately available to help us cancel our flights and reservations and get our money back (minus the cost of the insurance). It appeared quickly refunded to our credit card, even faster than expected. It was a great experience to book with Destify.

From my finance and I, to all my guest, Nina has been able to assist everyone through any questions/ concerns we might have. With easy access to her email, text, or call. Our wedding was very special to me. We knew what area we wanted to get married in but did not know exactly the country. Cassandra Everett helped me narrow down to the correct island that would work with my partner and I for our wedding. I would recommend her, she knows what she's talking about and if she does not know the answer then she will seek it out. She has allowed me to take my time while I research everything, to then give her a call back and make a final decision. I enjoy our conversations and anything that I express some concern about she has helped ease that and give me some great alternative ideas if its not exactly what I was thinking. We found out about Destify after attending a friend’s destination wedding a few years ago. Working with our coordinator, Melissa , has been such a delight. Booking was so simple... even though we were super picky, Melissa was patient and thought of everything we may want to consider. Since our wedding was planned for April 2020, we were unfortunately impacted by the COVID-19 restrictions and had to postpone. Melissa was incredibly coordinating through this, and as a bride it made a huge difference to have her help and assistance on changing our date. I know my guests have also found Destify easy to work with! If you want a stress free destination wedding, I highly recommend going with Destify.

We’ve been working with Alison and she’s great!!! So far we picked our hotel and date. She always answers all my questions and concerns... I’m sure we will have a wonderful wedding thanks to her and Destify!

I received an email from the bride to be to sign up for her wedding to stay at the Iberostar in Montego Bay Jamaica. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of thinking this was a wedding booking through the hotel. This is a 3rd party middle man. The hotel we are scheduled to stay at with over 77 days to go dropped their price $600. When I contacted them for a price match they refused. I called the hotel and they said it was no problem, they had no cancelation fees. Their Destify rep kept giving me the run around. Trying to explain why my understanding of their own written policies was wrong. Finally it says you can change your dates and pay the current rates, so I asked to do that. They still came back with a rate much higher than the hotel. After arguing with them for a couple days I canceled and just booked with the hotel directly. Destify kept my $300. The hotel would NOT have done this. There is absolutely NO reason to pay this middle man. Please be aware they have a mandat... Read moreory $150 cancel per person no matter what, I wasn't even trying to cancel and was giving plenty of notice. This was all despite me being told directly before I booked if I needed to make changes it would be no problem. Technically it was no problem for them, they would just charge me $300 for any changes. Also, because of the virus I asked if we would get a refund if flights were canceled, the agent just sent me a link to the cancel policy instead of just being direct which tells you you DO NOT get a refund. However the hotel says it would no problem! Please don't put your wedding party through this. This company is completely unnecessary! The hotels will take care of you and take care of you better! I have never been treated so poorly by any hotel or tavel service that Destify.

If you are looking for a terrible experience and for your guests to get taken advantage of, you’ve come to the right place. Destify is extremely unprofessional with a complete lack of service. The company retained funds for services not rendered and they are blatantly exploiting customers during this unprecedented time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

I was a guest at a wedding whose hotel and transfer reservations were made by Destify. The first agent made a mistake in my hotel (she is no longer with the company). Alison took over and had me booked in a nicer hotel for my last night, made all the travel arrangements which went off exactly as planned. She turned what could have been a disaster into a good experience. Many thanks!

It was wrong for Destify to hold over a thousand dollars in deposits for a wedding they were unable to provide for our us.

Our wedding planning has been stress free and super flexible thanks to Destify and Wedding Coordinator Chelsea Tuschman! We have been extremely lucky to have her be part of such an important even for us. I would highly recommend this agency due to the great pricing, responsiveness and friendly staff!
