    • So upon speaking with Dawn I thought she was a bit crazy but I went with it. Once the day had arrived Dawn the photographer and her husband the DJ came to check the place out. She grabbed a few shots that are a good memory of what we had to experience to get the place up to par. Day of the wedding I learned a lot about how to explain things to people but even though I did get a few things missed, the day was ours and that is all that matters. Though one thing was missed that day, the both of them went above and beyond to make up for it. I recommend them as a team since it felt more natural and easier that way. Keith is super laid back and easy going with his bride Dawn as the hyper and attentive one. Have them do your wedding and you won't be sorry.

    • I had a wonderful time at the retirement party that they hosted at Roma’s in East Troy Wi. I did a duet with dawn and I was told by more than one person we did a great job on the song. Had a wonderful time and they really made me feel good about having a fun time.

They are easy to work with, always trying to go the extra mile to meet and exceed your expectations and requests. Most of all, they are dependable and honest. They make themselves available for any questions or concerns you may have. THEY LISTEN to you and DELIVER exactly what you ask for. They were able to entertain guests ages 4-80 all having fun together. My 6 year old Granddaughter requested to karaoke to the Baby Shark song. Within minutes, Dawn and Keith were able to download the request, making my Granddaughter feel like a rock star and at the same time put a smile on everyone's face. It was all about family.... and working with Dawn and Keith for 7 months prior to our wedding celebration, they felt like family.     • Dawn and Keith were the most accommodating!1 Here is why, One month until my daughter's wedding, we needed a DJ and it was to be a surprise to the Bride and Groom. This meant getting all the playlist on the sly to send to them. The couple fairly non traditional, I knew wouldn't want most of the different dances offered....but what did they want and when.? Guests were outside and inside...the venue was small, Dawn and Keith were the most flexible, easy going and fun to work with....and it felt like they were our friends at the wedding...fitting right in and taking requests....and ushered us all out the door at the end of the night. So very thankful for Dawn and Keith.

    • We had such a great time with Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy at our holiday party in Feb of 2017 that we decided to hire them again this year. I never expected it to be better than last year!! They definitely hit it out of the park!!!! They will be our 'go to' DJ/Karaoke for as long as we can book them!     • For as much organizing that was put into this there were at least 2 major flaws but being the bride I wasn’t going to let them get me down on our big day. Paid extra for the projection screen and the entire slideshow was skipping and never actually played through the whole thing, it was pretty upsetting to the creator and to myself as it was a memorial of my deceased father, and then the ceremony, the first song that my wife walked down the aisle to was supposed to be cut off and the whole song played, as my wedding party knew what was going on, they did not, even though we went through it at least 6 times before the wedding, so my wife ended up standing up front awkwardly for a whole song. Other than those 2 things all in all it was a great night!

We had a lot of fun. Pre-Wedding -- When you asked me to provide DJ services for your wedding. I was very responsive to your needs and very flexible. We also provided some music services at no fee. We gave a huge discount off of our services. When you wrote or called, we spoke often and we showed up for your consultation. We were more than happy to accommodate you. When you needed to reschedule your wedding date, we were flexible, we refunded the retainer fee (even though according to our contract, I did not have to) using it toward the new date, and I told others I was booked for the original date you booked with me, I lost money on that, never complained about it. Keep in mind, I did not ask to recover the fee that I paid to receive your lead. We understood what you wanted as we did discuss your ceremony and reception music at our consultation and went through it a couple of times before the wedding. Two days before your wedding you changed your songs, and as I have said, “It is no problem. It is your wedding!” Your program agenda said, ceremony music can be shortened as we see fit. Before your wedding day, you also said, you trust our judgment. Wedding Ceremony – Was the music for the ceremony really that bad? We played everything you asked for. I feel we were responsive. I felt your ceremony was beautiful and we received compliments about the service we provided for the ceremony. Before the ceremony, you personally asked for your song to be faded out after you were up there and after the main course was done. However, during the song your partner Jeni walked down to, someone from your bridal party had to go to the bathroom. I felt I needed to wait for everyone to get in line, so we had to make a judgment call. The ceremony music was played as we saw fit as initially instructed. We played the processional song for the Bridal parties entrance and faded out the song. Then, we played the bride's entrance song and faded out the song after you were up there and after the main course was done, as we discussed and that is what my husband did. Wedding Reception – I am truly sorry you were disappointed about the slide show. I know this meant a lot to you and your Matron of honor, as it was a memorial of your deceased father. I wanted to explain. When I had talked with you about the projector, I did mention this was the first time, I was providing a brand new projector and we would provide the use of the projector for a small fee. We invested a lot more time and money trying to make this slide show happen for your day and we never asked for an additional fee for our personal services or expenses. At first, I did mention, we were not providing a laptop for the projector, the projector can handle a simple slide show by itself. However, the format we received your pictures was in the form of a video with audio. In order for the audio to come through our system (speakers), the laptop was required. You paid for the use of the projector, not our services running it. My husband did this complimentary. For your slide show; my husband wanted to set up earlier but, we could not because the screen needed to go up onstage where the bridal party was seated for dinner. My husband had everything running fine. He had the slideshow cued up with the first picture of you as a child up until your dance. Then, the Matron of honor asked us to take the picture off the screen, as she was worried you would see the picture. This actually made little sense in that you already knew that there was a slideshow coming; it was simply a picture of you (who’s picture would you have expected to see). So at her insistence, he disconnected the video, which we didn’t realize, caused the video on the computer to malfunction. We did not expect for this to happen from simply disconnecting the video. When he realized, it was not working properly, he then rebooted the computer and the slide show played most of the rest of the evening. He tried his best to help. We did not ask for any additional fees for driving two hours to pick up the USB stick 2 days before the wedding, to make sure it would work, the additional time we put into your wedding, projection screen, we arrived early, started the music earlier for guest entrance and played all your requests and guest requests. Overall, we feel your wedding was wonderful. We believe and do feel your guests were having fun, enjoying the music and dancing. We received many compliments. We tried our best to go above and beyond. Our day was a 13.5 hours and paid for 5 hours, not that we cared, we were very honored to be part of your day. Our Opinion; our business is more focused on the DJ/MC music services, we provide for your wedding, not the projector you had rented. As I mentioned, to you from the beginning and at our consultation nothing is ever perfect, we tried our best! I am so sorry if you were disappointed! I tried to contact you to discuss your day, to see if you were happy with our services and to review our services. We did receive a tip so our services could not have been that bad. I do not feel like we deserved the low rating and feel we should have been rated on the overall higher. We wish you all the best.     • Overall you guys were very friendly and easy and great to work with, however during the wedding I would suggest talking louder and making multiple announcements for important things such as grand march all my parents missed part of not all the grand march. And our best mans name was not said during the grand entrance he was called by someone else's name who had already been called. I understand mistakes happen and that's okay! It just would've been nice if you would've said, "my bad, *name*" or something. And maybe a little more flexibility with music if it brought people to the dance floor no one was dancing half the time. So overall maybe talk louder/annouments for big events, address simple mistakes if applicable, and maybe a little more flexibility if possible to help out future brides and grooms. I am sorry, if your parents missed part of the Grand March announcement and about your Best-man's name not being said right. We made all the announcements for what you had asked for. We did go above and beyond, for your bridal party, announcing a skit, that they had asked for, giving us short notice. We had no problem with and enjoyed doing it! We were flexible with the music, most of the music was requested by you and your guests, we played all the songs you wanted and your guests requested as you requested, if it was available. Anytime, you would like to see the list of music, we played at your wedding, we have a record. As far as people on the dance floor, for the most part, someone was always on the dance floor, most of the evening. There were some people enjoying the music, who were not dancing, who were talking with others. There were a lot of people were outside and most smoking at least half the time.
