Our event was for 180 people at the James Museum so Datz helped with a western food theme. I was hesitant to have a grits bar but the guests loved it. Being born and raised in the south, I know grits but these were gourmet grits with an assortment of toppings. All of the food was delicious. The coffee and dessert bar was also a hit with our guests. It would be hard to top the terrific food but I can rate the servers and floor manager as the best I have ever worked with. Professional, efficient and friendly. They made my job for the night a breeze.
