  • Danelle's Bridal was so beautiful and easy to get an appointment at. My consultant Lindsay was amazing. She helped me find the dress of my dreams, she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the dresses I was trying on and very helpful in finding what I liked best and not putting me in something I wasn't looking for at all. I even got a cupcake with my name on it which I thought was way cool and when I decided on a my dress they gave me some great gifts for buying with them. I couldn't of been more happy with their customer service. I was also happy that I found a dress that fit me like a glove from the first time I tried it on all the way to my wedding date 6 months later.

  • Not only does Danelle's provide gorgeous gowns, but they also have a branch of Tuxedo Junction in store! When I went in for my gown fitting, my husband was able to choose his tux for the ceremony as well and put in the order to rent those. We had bride's/groomsmen from California to Tennessee and they were all able to send in their measurements and had (almost) perfectly fitted tuxes at their fitting 2 days before the wedding. With some minor adjustments, everyone looked fabulous! We rented tuxes, vests, shirts and shoes for the event and they ended up costing about $150 each. The colors were sharp and the clothes were clean and all the guys looked great! I would definitely recommend using Tuxedo Junction!!!

  • Enjoyed the more personal experience offered at Danelle's compared to the larger chain stores. The process was very easy and I walked away with my dream dress. My consultant was very good about listening to what I wanted and did not try to push me towards a dress that was not the style I was looking for or out of my price range. She also picked out the dress I ended up purchasing after I had initially passed it over! Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience.

  • Danelle's was my first dress shop and I wasn't planning on buying my dress right away. My consultant was Sadie and she was amazing. When I first met her I thought she wouldn't be able to help me. I am a bigger girl and have had bad luck with smaller people trying to help me shop. However I was totally wrong she was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience one I will never forget. I expressed to her early on that I had had a bad experience with David's Bridal and that I didn't want to buy right away because I wanted everyone to be with me. She never said anything bad about David's Bridal but instead she just listened to me and expressed that she understood. She made sure that my experience was nothing like my first one.   • I used this shop for my bridesmaid dresses, and I did find that the ladies in the shop were helpful and professional. They even helped me "wrangle" my one lone bridesmaid who hadn't made it in for her fitting or to pay for her dress, and they called her for me and made the arrangements with her directly. My only main complaint would be the quality of the dress once it was received. We were told it would take several weeks for the dress to be made, dyed and shipped back from the designer, which was fine and expected. However, when we did receive it, it appeared to have been poorly made in China (I was SHOCKED by that), because as each of the bridesmaids went to get it altered, their alterations people let them know the seams were poorly made and it looked like something that was mass produced, like you'd find at a department store.   • Danelle's is a very friendly, very bridal location. I went in not expecting much because my budget was lower than most of the options there. My mom was recovering from knee surgery and could not attend, so I brought my MOH/sister with me and we hoped to send pictures to my mom of the dress. Unfortunately, they don't allow pictures and wouldn't allow us to take photos until after we tried on about 3 dresses, and the 3rd one made me cry. I was very hopeful we could get it, but without a final "yes" from my mom, we could not. They have a deal where you get so much off ($200 I believe) if you purchase on your first visit, so the dress was just barely in the budget after that discount. After some major begging on my sister's part, we were able to take a few photos and send them to my mom who said yes, so we were able to buy the dress and take much more photos after it was officially mine.   • Danelle's Bridal definitely makes a bride feel special. I know David's Bridal has a ton of brides coming in out on a daily basis and they have some beautiful dresses but they should take note that dress shopping for your wedding gown isn't just about the dress it's about creating a memory for the bride. David's Bridal just feels overwhelmingly busy they take on too many brides at one time. At Danelle's as soon as a bride walks in their name is printed and framed in the front of the store and given some yummy infused water. Store was a lot more intimate and our consultant Sarah did a wonderful job helping us pick out dresses. Also got an adorable cupcake with my name on it and a cute garter. It's that kind of personalization that can make a gal feel special.I purchased my dress at Danelle's and also had a wonderful time.

  • I have never written a bad review about a store. However, I felt my story needed to be told for other women looking at wedding dresses. Please DON’T go here without reading. Their entire business model is to have you buy your dress on your first visit. - When you walk in they give you a surprise discount only eligible if you purchase that day. - There are no mirrors in the changing rooms. As a bride-to be you only get a chance to see yourself and figure out if you like it with everyone looking at you. Including the paid staff encouraging you to buy. - You buy your dress (or at least I had to) off of the floor model. They tell you this is because they are limited as each are from small boutique designers. Therefore, the next bride “could buy your dress.” - No pictures allowed, something that’s not un-heard of but just a warning. What does this mean for your shopping experience?     We appreciate your time in also reading our counter point to this negative review. I'm sorry that this bride had a change of mind and then felt it was necessary to blame someone else regarding her own decisions. We do everything possible to create a magical shopping experience for all our brides. We are very excited to offer our brides our love at first sight discount. Many stores offer first visit incentives and we explain that this, in fact, saves our business money and we pass this savings onto our brides. Over 80% of our brides buy on their first visit and are thrilled with their decision and savings. We also verbally discuss our no refund policy with every customer before purchase. We are very clear about our no refund policy up front, which is an industry standard. It is on every document that the customer receives at the time of payment and thoroughly gone over with one of our consultants. However, this bride seems to feel she is an exception to our policies and is upset we would not give her a refund. We carry private unadvertised gowns for a very special reason; so that our brides don't look like cookie cutter brides. We are very proud of our private collections and quite frankly, many stores are not allowed access to these exclusive lines. It has taken years to build up our business to enable us to buy deeply enough to have access to these private lines. We also sign agreements with our designers that states we will not allow pictures until the gown is purchased. This is due to the ever increasing knock off gowns that that are all over the internet. We invest a tremendous amount of time in research and track buying behaviors of brides. Over the past several years, brides are planning their weddings within a shorter time frame and designers are taking longer in cutting gowns for special orders. For this reason, in 2012 we began stocking gowns rather than relying on ordering with long ship dates like other stores.
