I am a caterer based in Lakeland who had the opportunity of catering for the first time at this particular Crystal Ballroom. It is absolutely beautiful and "takes the cake" of most of its partnering Ballrooms in my humble opinion. We had the pleasure of working with Samantha, the Banquet Manager. She exemplified exceptional service, guest interaction & problem solving skills and maintained professionalism throughout a high intensity chaotic, multiple weddings day. As a vendor, I definitely recommend this beautiful venue and the personnel. It's a great place to cater weddings. A great place to get married.

The Crystal Ballroom is absolutely gorgeous and their decorations shows that they are skillful.

Do not favorite this vendor. You can not unsubscribe from their emails and they email you multiple times a day. Spam!! I have over 100 emails from these people.

Alberto I see you continue to misdirect the issue at hand regarding my cousins deposit of $500 for the monogrammed decals placed on the back of your uncomfortable chairs that have been recycled or used many times before prior to her event on June 21, 2019. As previously stated the manner in which you handled and continue to handle it is very unprofessional on your behalf, yet you continue to try and hide behind the lies you told then and the lies you’re telling now; knowing the truth is you APPROVED this decor and inquired instructions on how to remove it yourself! Alberto perhaps you are not aware of the term depreciation or used , and quite frankly I’ll be more than happy to explain the definition of both ; you see once you unwrap , unpack, or put to use anything ie... chairs, table, linen, flowers etc it’s no longer in pristine or new condition thus the chairs in question could no longer be considered pristine or new therefore their value have depreciated. It disgusts me to know that you are not a man of your word nor are you willing to accept responsibility for your lack of proper judgment in this case, and the fact that you would rather be labeled a liar and a thief than honest is appalling and goes against professional business ethics 101. My family and friends will continue to spread the word using every means necessary as a platform for others to not become victimized by your deceitful LIES! This is the 2nd time I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with you on this level of unprofessionalism and both times I’ve had to correct you on what you previously said the days prior! Great experience, beautiful venue!

Talk about breathtaking. The ceremony space over looked a lake between two trees and was decorated to the T. The reception was even better. This wedding looked like I spent 50 thousand dollars. This venue is affordable and inclusive!

we went with the crystal ballroom Brandon location close to home the team there is so amazing great venue for an even better price. Cant wait for our wedding day.

I had an amazing experience with Jessica and her team. My wedding was out of this world. They were so sweet and attentive. Everything went better than planned.

So let’s start off to say that Jessica is a sales person across the board. This transaction is only about money. She doesn’t care for you or your wedding. She had no professionalism what so ever. She’s only worried about her sales commission.
