  • Stephanie at Cover It with Class was wonderful to work with. She had great ideas on how to balance out the centerpieces, table runner, pip and draping for behind the head table, draping for ceremony & reception, chair covers, set up and tear down. My mom and I were so worried about how are we going to set up our DIY decorations, then I found Cover It With Class, and our lives were saved! They set up and tore down all of the DIY decorations we had and what we rented for them. It was so nice to have a professional handle it, so I know it was done how we wanted it. Also, my parents, wedding party, and myself didn't have to stress about set up or tear down.

  • Steph has a wonderful selection of backdrops that we got to pick from. She did a great job setting up and adjusting to a rearrangement of our venue tables. Our band was able to set up behind the back drop with no problem (you could not see them at all during dinner). She came right after dinner to tear down and was very accommodating even though we were running behind. We can not thank her enough for all her help!

Timely communication was incredibly important to my mom and I as we were planning my wedding and we knew we could always count on Stephanie to promptly answer all of our questions. Stephanie has a great eye for design and she went above and beyond to make our wedding vision a reality! I would recommended Cover it With Class to any and every bride!

  • Stephanie is just amazing!!!!!! I told her that my vibe was the movie Princess Bride and she had this beautiful lace for our linens that everyone commented on! She also sits down with you and gives you ideas of how to further create your image!!!!!! She is such a professional, but also a wonderful person! Linens are not something you think of, but hers became the main ‘decoration ‘ at our wedding!

  • We used Cover it With Class for our linens and up lighting. She helped us pick exactly what we were looking for and gave us advice on up lighting to bring color into the venue. It looked absolutley beautiful! She was very professional in responding and answered all my questions quickly. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

  • I loved working with Cover it with class! The first reason is they are very responsive. I remember working with them at 10 at night when I found out the week before my venue did not have table length floor linens. They were able to help me with what I envisioned for my day of and were also gave some pretty amazing suggestions I would have never thought of. The day of my wedding we found out that my venue did not have matching napkins for my linens. They ran back to their warehouse and made sure to grab napkins so I wouldn't stress at all the whole day! They were easily one of the best choices I made. I would 100001% recommend them to anyone.

  • Cover It With Class created a beautiful reception for our wedding. I first saw Stephanie's work when I attended a vendor's night at Tuscan Hall Banquet Center. Stephanie turned my vision of a winter reception into a reality. Words cannot express the beauty of the room. Stephanie was easy to work with and was exceptionally creative with different options in creating my vision. Whether you are looking for complete reception decor or simple centerpieces I would absolutely recommend Cover It With Class for your decorating needs.

  • Stephanie and her employee were great to work with and very helpful right at the beginning of my contact. They were helpful with several changes that I made leading up to the wedding. As the wedding got closer there were a couple issues that occurred and communication wasn’t the best. I was overcharged for the candy bar, but didn’t realize it until after I paid in full. Once I questioned it Stephanie said she would mail a refund on October 30th. I wrote a review on The Knot on November 28th saying I hadn’t received my refund. On November 29th I received my refund and Stephanie apologized for not notifying me of the delay saying she needed to consult with her lawyer and accountant first. The thing that upset me the most was that they set up the candy/popcorn bar and didn’t tell anyone where the extra food was.     Hello Future Couples! I always appreciate honest feedback about our services and appreciate the ability to respond. I do not find this review to be 100% accurate. We strive to provide the best service possible, and are willing to go above and beyond for our clients at all times. Alex, thank you for taking the time to provide cwc with your honest review of our service. I'm so sorry you're feeling this way about your experience. I wish you would've brought this to our attention immediately following your wedding. Future couples, I had the opportunity to engage with Alex several months after she booked with us since my assistant was no longer employed with my company. I contacted Alex as soon as possible to let her know about the change and we ended up meeting to go over everything. At that time, decor was given to me for the bar. As the day came closer, there were multiple changes, making it a bit difficult to keep everything straight, resulting in an error with pricing and I did change it to reflect the proper price. I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes like everyone else. I apologize for the delay in communication at times. Communication and customer service is what makes a successful business and this is a priority for Cover It With Class. However, I'm a business owner, teacher, and a mother of two. In the summer I can communicate immediately. Since losing my assistant and going back to work along with other obligations in the evening, I try to get back to clients as soon as possible and that can take a couple days. During the same time, I was also dealing with my daughter being admitted to an Appleton hospital for 10 days and didn't want to advertise this personal matter. I put my heart and soul into my business but my family comes first and I'm only one person. As the Cover It With Class team arrived on Saturday they installed the candy bar and placed the candy out and left the large bags of popcorn in the container. The venue was going to pour the items in as it got closer to reception time. We put all the extra candy and supplies under the table and let 2 staff members know all extras were located under the table. On any wedding day there are several people doing multiple tasks to ensure the wedding is a success. Since we don't know everyone and didn't know who your attendants were and no introductions happened, we did the next best thing and went to the venue personnel so I apologize if this was communicated differently. Why didn't you have your attendants contact us with that question,as that is their job the day of the wedding? I personally made the mistake of telling Alex I would mail a check right away and that's not realistic. Regarding a refund, I should've contacted her after learning through my accountant/lawyer regarding the process and time frame. It can take a minimum of a month to get it back and the amount has to be put back the way the invoice was paid. Alex will be getting a refund by the end of the month which would be by this weekend. Finally, with the loss of an assistant and myself being a teacher, I did my best to schedule around her time and have someone there. I apologize they were 10 minutes late. After reading her review and personally reflecting, I have learned that a refund policy will now be placed on my contract for current/ future clients. I will also be adding a section about treat bars and identify where extra supplies will be so there will be no blame put on Cover It With Class in regards to communication.
