We bought my e-ring here and honestly I couldn't be happier! We had a wonderful experience working with Drew and he was very responsive with email. He quoted us an 8 week timeline for the customized ring, and it was exactly 8 weeks to the day, which was perfect since our two year anniversary was a few days after that! The ring is outstanding, the diamond is absolutely stunning, and the quality and passion this place has, shows in its products. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring!

I know it's cliche to give a vendor all 5 stars. But they really deserved it. Sam helped me design the perfect engagement ring and gave me great advice. I lived out of the state and I was only able to make it to the shop a couple times a month, but she stayed up to date with me by emails and phone calls. They set my Grandmother's diamond in my custom band and they did it flawlessly. We will be back for the wedding bands.

The entire staff was kind and accommodating, I dealt with Colin Hill specifically and he was great to work with. I went in uneducated about diamond qualities and they did a fantastic job of showing me the differences between different grades of diamonds to help me choose the right one for my budget. They had a great selection of engagement rings and wedding bands from all of their designers and also could get any ring from the designer's collection sent in to be viewed in person. Because of the fantastic service and great quality and value of the diamond I purchased from these diamond specialists, I would highly recommend this Jewelry store to anyone. They will not disappoint you.

I have been in love with Mark Schneider's style of wedding band forever and one of the few places I was able to find his bands was Cottage Hill Diamonds. I wanted to get an idea of what type of engagement ring I wanted before my fiance made such a big purchase. Cottage Hill was able to ship in two different types of band to their store so that I could try them on. It as so helpful because I would have never been able to make the decision just looking at pictures online. I also was on the fence about whether or not I wanted a diamond vs a moissanite. Everyone there was so knowledgeable regarding the stones and took their time to explain the pros and cons of both. I ended up with a gorgeous ring, 1.25 ct. moissanite stone, and a wedding band that I couldn't be happier with!

I went to Cottage Hill in Elmhurst to get my fiancees engagement ring. The process was extremely easy and the staff was overly helpful. I dealt with Collin for the majority of my experience but the rest of the staff helped as well, they were all great. If you go here I would definitely recommend Collin. Made the experience very easy, especially for guys who have no clue what they're in for like I was. I ended up going back before the wedding to get my fiancees and my band as well as a gift for her for the wedding. Whole experience was great and would highly recommend Cottage Hill.

All of the staff at Cottage Hill were extremely helpful and attentive to my specific needs and requests. From the minute I walked in the store the first time I was treated with care and respect. Joe was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured to make a purchase but was provided all of the information needed to make a decision. Cottage Hill designed my custom engagement ring, wedding band, and my fiance's wedding band as well. I wanted something unique for my engagement ring and worked with Marisa (who was fabulous and I would recommend in a heartbeat). She suggested using a color sapphire for the middle stone instead of a diamond and it ended up being the best option for us, I get so many compliments on my ring! She helped my fiance design a setting based on rings we saw in the store and in books, and it turned out phenomenal. She also helped us get a matching diamond band, and helped my fiance get the type of band he wanted in the material and fit he was looking for. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry! CHD helped me make a "love" list for my boyfriend, and then worked with him to find the perfect engagement ring that was my style and in his budget. We later bought our wedding bands from them, had inherited and neglected jewelry cleaned and serviced, and purchased several different necklace chains. Collin gave us exceptional and prompt service and has gained customers for life (though everyone there was always helpful and nice every time we called or stopped in). Couldn't have asked for a better experience and variety of options!

First time at the store was great, but after that it was a memorable disaster. We spent $XX,XXX on a ring and received not so great service. Constant run around when the ring would be done, my fiancé was even told the ring was done and showed up at the store to see that it was never put together. Just seemed like there was an excuse for everything. Also, after we got engaged the ring was to big and they resized it, however it still doesn't feel like they even resized it, and that situation was just the icing on the cake. For how much money we spent on the ring, you'd think they'd care. This problem was expressed at the store prior to getting my ring "re-sized" and honestly, he just apologized and didn't really care. All in all, we'll find another local jewelry store that cares about our business and our wedding bands and future jewelry will be bought elsewhere.
