  • This was probably the easiest vendor we had to book. Frank was willing to work within our budget and was up front and honest. On the wedding day they arrived on time in a beautiful limo. Our driver was so sweet, professional and patient. I was so happy to have him there on our wedding day. They will definitely he my first choice if i need a limo in the future.

  • What you ask for is what you get. No bait and switch here. Professional office staff and drivers. Safe, courteous, drivers. Clean cars. White glove service. Only wish I had booked earlier with them and not stressed myself over the limos. Leave it to Cosmopolitan and rest assured all will go great!!

  • I booked my limo with Cosmopolitan Coach 6 months before my wedding. We had my limo and my husband had his own limo. It was great! Everything went smooth. They did have a last minute driver switch for my limo the night before so we called the 1st driver. I really want to "Thank" her taking the job. It was raining when the limo pulled up so one by one we were walked to the car under an umberalla. Lucky for us by the time we got down to the church there was no rain and no rain to the recepition or for pictures!

  • Delivered everything as promised. Came 30 minutes early. Limo was clean, the driver was professional and extremely attentive. Couldn't ask for anything more.

  • I was told by some of my bridesmaids that our limo driver made inappropriate comments to them while getting into and out of the limo. Also, it rained on our wedding day during and after the ceremony and there were no umbrellas in the limo. We were told by our driver that they had been stolen, which in my eyes is not a valid excuse for not being prepared if he had known about this. Another complaint would be that one of our guests assisted my bridesmaids to get from the covered area at the church into the limo with his large umbrella, I'm not sure what the driver was doing. Finally, on our way to the recpetion, the air vents in our limo were leaking on myself and my husband. We were very dissatisfied with our experience. It was ridiculous that one of our guests did our drivers job and unacceptable the way the driver spoke to my friends.

  • This was another vendor recommended by our reception hall. We did get a great price for our 22 pass. limo, so no complaints about that. It was, however, very annoying that the limo driver kept telling everyone we were running overtime and it was $100 for every 30 minutes; we know the rules of the contract, you don't need to tell EVERYONE around you about it. He was very helpful at the beginning but the constant reminder about the overtime was even annoying my coordinator. It was also a little uncomfortable to conduct business when every time we went to the office there was a group of people eating as soon as you walked in. We always felt like we were intruding or interrupting their meal. I would suggest that employees eat in another room or the back of the room instead of right by the front door where potential clients are.
