  • We rented our wedding linens from Connie Duglin and were so happy we did! We used yellow and coral linens, and the colors popped against the greenery of our outdoor venue. They made number adjustments the week of the wedding without an issue, and delivery and pickup were seamless. Highly recommend!

  • Jessica was fantastic to work with. I let her know what color scheme I was looking at and the swatches I wanted and she sent me extra! I actually ended up choosing one of the extra swaches she had picked out. I loved the convenience! The box arrived in the mail. All of the linens were nicely folded and compact in the box. There is a duffle bag with FedEx label attached. After the event I popped the linens in the bag. I was getting ready to head out to a Fed Ex store, but they came to me for pickup. Loved it! Will definitely use again.

  • If anything, even minor, is incorrect you will NOT be offered a penny back. Not only that, but in trying to politely explain your issue, you will be berated over the phone by a woman named Lisa. When you get tired of her unbelievably bad attitude, be prepared for Brian's condescending attitude. In an $880 order for our wedding, we thought we should have been refunded $47 because as far as what was on the paperwork upon delivery AND knowledge of delivery person, 2 table cloths were missing. Vital since were needed for buffet tables and a different size than all the others. We quickly rented 2 from a different company in much closer proximity. The $47 then becoming $77. Those two linens, we now know, taken by the Connie Duglin pick up person after wedding. Accidentally no doubt, but should have been obvious since their linens were clearly different colors and packaged in their own bags.   • I rented regular poly linens and sequin linens from Connie Duglin. They are had beautiful rich colors. The company was very good with communication as well.

  • Connie Duglin is a great company to work with. I've used them for other events in addition to my wedding and have always had a great experience. Additionally, their pricing usually comes below other local linen rental companies.

  • We were able to receive samples in the mail ahead of time to get an idea of what we wanted and then we went into the showroom to get a visual of what our tables would look like. Smooth process, would highly recommend!

  • Great linen service! I was in contact with Jessica Nieves for my linen needs. She is so professional, and communicating with her was not an issue. I came in knowing what I wanted and she delivered. She also helped with a few suggestions here and there. It was indeed a pleasure working with her. My reception looked fantastic! Would definitely recommend this company! I also love that I got to see a sample setup of what my ideas were before hand. Thanks a lot Jessica!

  • Their service is horrible....my order was wrong the linen was not fit for a 90 inch roundtable and they wanted me to pay for additional linen after screwing up my order...if u want a PERFECT event DO NOT ORDER any products from Connie Duglin at all....The owner is something....

  • My wedding was in Naples, FL so I worked with a rep in Naples, but the linens come from the Tampa location. I received a terrible product and terrible customer service for my wedding from Connie Duglin. My main linen color was silver. When the linens arrived, all of the silver linens were extremely different from the color swatch. They were basically light blue and again, nothing like the color swatch. I understand dye lot differences, but silver shouldn’t look light blue. I worked with my rep on the Friday before my wedding and they were helpful. They had a manager in the warehouse looking at the colors and packing up the correct silver linens to ship to me via overnight delivery. The linens never arrived the morning of my wedding as promised... We called Connie Duglin (on my wedding day) only to find out that the linens were accidentally shipped via 2 day delivery.
