Austin did a fantastic job at our wedding! Our group is not the traditional "dancing" type, and we were admittedly a bit worried our dance floor was going to look pretty empty. Austin spoke to us beforehand to get a vibe for what we wanted to hear as the wedding couple, and built out a playlist with a pretty small amount of information. By the second song, the dance floor was full and he kept the energy going all night. We would recommend Austin for any wedding as he did a fantastic job at ours!

We had a great experience with complete from start to finish! They were very thorough and professional in our initial consultation and made us feel special! Dex was a great DJ. I don't think there was a single time of the night when he didn't have every one on the dance floor. We had many people rave about how much fun they had at the wedding and I can't help but think it was because Dex and his assistant provided such a fun atmosphere!

Loved getting to dance it up! I would suggest to send your own music list if you haven’t gotten to really meet with your DJ beforehand! Still had a lot of fun!

The whole staff at Complete were energetic and helpful in the planning and execution of our wedding. We had a Halloween theme wedding and they complied with the theme perfectly. Austin was our Dj, he showed up in a great costume and was there to do what ever we needed. I couldn’t be more happy with the service of Complete wedding + events

The photographers and the DJ were so professional, prepared, kind and attentive, they were all easy to work with. I highly recommend working with this company. The owner even stopped by to make sure all went well. That was impressive!

Chantelle was so incredibly fun to work with! She reached out a couple months before the wedding then again the week before, to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted with the pictures. She was easy going and patient with us (and the pesky family members who never want to follow directions)! Our wedding venue was outside and Chantelle did a wonderful job capturing the beauty of the venue. I would definitely recommend Chantelle and would happily use her again.

I can say without a doubt that Kevin and his team are truly in the business of love for ALL the right reasons. From the moment, my daughter and I met Kevin, we both knew that Complete Wedding (Austin) was the right fit for us to make her special day a magical one! Kevin's team was responsive, professional, and so fun to work with. The wedding was seamless and beautiful! Also, a special shout out to the wedding coordinator, photographer, and DJ. I have found new friends for life with Kevin and his team!

Stephen was our DJ and he did great! He was really great at getting everybody pumped up and focused when it came time for the main events. He played a good variety of music that kept the party going all night for all ages. I loved when he hopped out on the dance floor to help guide people to do the Cupid shuffle. It was a great night and the music made it that much more fun for everyone.

We hired Mel as our DJ and she was great! Super easy to work with, very organized. She is also just a fun and warm person and we loved having her at our wedding. So glad we found her!!

We chose Mel as our wedding DJ and it was the best decision! We had multiple meetings with Mel leading up to the wedding and she was so personable and made the process super easy. She helped us figure out music for every little detail and even helped with our timeline of events (including ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). The day of the wedding, she made her rounds to each of our guest tables, introduced herself and gave instructions to guests on how they can make music requests. She did a phenomenal job of keeping people dancing and having a great time. At the end of the night, I had multiple guests approach me and tell me what an amazing job our DJ did. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Mel!

Kevin Paladino has stolen thousands of dollars from us. I booked the company for an event nearly a year in advance after a representative, Jeremy called like a bill collector every day multiple times a day for months on end. After giving a deposit, they took our money and stoped talking to us. No one followed up on anything. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone and our event has passed. This place isn't a business it's a total scam. We never received any services and our money has been stolen. Stay away from this place.

My wedding was October 19, 2019 and the only thing i really wanted was video and photo. We hired Complete and hired two of their videographers. I was supposed to be contacted by the videographers a week prior to the wedding to get scheduling and locations down on where to meet. My wedding planner emailed and got no response, so I called Complete and was told that the videographers were in contact with my wedding planner and had spoken. This was a LIE no one responded to my wedding planner. 2 days prior to my wedding we’re scrambling try to make sure the videographers know where to go. The first shooter said he would let the second shooter know. I paid $1795 for 8 hours and two shooters. The day of our wedding the first shooter shows up but guess what the second shooter is missing. We get to the wedding venue to do first looks and guess what the shooter that is there misses our first look and makes use recreate it after our wedding ceremony. We go in the the reception and ceremony and my wedding planner asks in front of our photographer and DJ where the second shooter was and he said he would be here at 6:30pm... my wedding planner informs the shooter it’s 7:30. The second shooter was never going to come and they were lying to us the entire time. Once I find all this stuff out the next day. I call Complete and let them know the situation ( if I wouldn’t have called they would have never called me ) they apologize and tell me there second shooter didn’t have a CAMERA. Why would you hire someone to be a videographer if they don’t have a camera. Why wasn’t a back up sent? I am then told I would be getting a refund and someone would be in contact to work with me in the video and clips. No one contacted me until 10 weeks later and it was with the video and clips. It wasn’t what I wanted. We never worked together liked they said and after going back and forth twice trying to get what I wanted I gave up because let’s be honest there missing a lot of material because there was one shooter. Today I get a check in the mail for $300. What a slap in the face $1785 for 8 hours and 2 shooters is what I paid for. I should get at least half my money back for the terrible customer service, lies, and mediocre video. I do not recommend this company to anyone! And moving forward I hope they can be honest and more on top of the services they provide and that they hire videographers either cameras.
