Words can’t express my gratitude to Erin for transforming my Mom’s 1985 wedding gown into the perfect dress for my own 2017 wedding. Mom’s dress had been folded and tucked away in the attic, but had yellowed with time, and needed substantial mending. Beyond that, I also wanted extensive alterations to update the gown to fit my own personal style, while still keeping the vintage charm of the sweet polka-dot gown. Erin completely understood my vision for the dress, and appreciated the vintage elements. This is truly a family heirloom that will be cherished for generations to come. I would recommend Erin in a heartbeat to any bride looking for alterations to their own gown – such skillfulness in sewing/alterations is difficult to come by to begin with, but couple that with Erin’s careful attention to detail and there truly is no one better!
