  • Belle (the horse) whisked us away to our happily ever after. This company was easy to work with and asked “what else can we do to make it more personal.” We changed the location of getting on the horse and they never batted an eye. The day of the wedding, we looked outside to see this beautiful horse drawn carriage with flowers to match our theme. Both of them (driver and footman) were so incredibly nice and helpful and were a pleasure to be around.

  • The whole team is very professional and so helpful. And friendly to everyone. The carriage is decorated to compliment the colors of the wedding and the horses are what they refer to as 'white dress ready', meaning they will even put the bride on top of the horse or horses if she wishes, for photographs, and the bride does not have to worry about getting her dress dirty on her special day. It is really a wonderful way to make a very special day even more special.

  • Charges over 1k yet only gives 2 hours of "carriage time" despite additional hours only costing $50. Writes out the invoice without a detailed timeframe so they can leave early and win against a credit card dispute since lack of a time frame. Refuses to refund even partial payment for leaving early. Instead, claims legality and that I got married in an "unsafe party area". I got married at a state park and had a security guard present at venue! Also claimed that I used over the amount of time purchased. I had carriage for entrance and exit after ceremony (an hour) and then formals for an hour (which were down the street the venue was located on!) however they claim they drove all around for formals. Lies! If total cost for 2 hours is over a thousand dollars, then you're better off renting a limo! Extremely unprofessional! Don't book!

    You contracted for 2 hours. You got 3 hours without extra charge. You paid my standard rate for the distance I had to travel. You did not mention anything about working after dark on city streets which we could not do legally anyway. If you wanted extra hours you would have had to paid for the extra time. No one communicated to me that you needed the carriage after dark. If you had I would have declined your business.

  • I booked this service for my son's wedding. She charged me over $1,000 because she would have to stay for the entire evening to do send off but left after formal pictures. She said that the photographers told her she was done! First off they did not. Secondly, since when is this the photographer's call? I believe that is the decision of the client! I also told her to go around the building so that the groom and guests did not see the bride until she made her grand entrance but she pulled up in front of the groom and all guests and ruined the grand entrance. She does not put a timeline on her invoice and gives no contract so that she does not have to be held responsible. Even though I have the timeline and expected services in all emails I cannot get a refund even though she left! Don't trust this vendor!

    We performed the services that the client paid for. We charged her for our standard 2 hours of carriage service, an to upgrade to a 2 horse team and for a red carpet. We provided a carriage decorated in white and ivory flowers and accented with the wedding colors of teal and gold pulled by a 2 horse team as per the invoice. We have pictures of the carriage with the bride in the carriage being picked up in front of the hotel to go to the ceremony. After the ceremony we took the couple to various locations in Ybor for photos and it ended up being almost 3 hours before we returned the couple to the grand entrance to the reception. We did not bill the client for the additional time. We have photos to prove we took the bride to the ceremony, picked the couple up after the ceremony, did photos around Ybor then returned the couple for the grand entrance to the reception. On (prior to the wedding) 10/17/18 the client sent an email describing the services she wanted and gave us a timeline. There was nothing in the email or the timeline that indicated the carriage was needed at 10:30pm. We provided all the service the client specified in the confirmation email. We charge $50 per hour for each additional hour of service past our standard 2 hours. The client paid for 2 hours of service and received an extra 45 minutes during the after ceremony photos for no extra charge. We did not include a line item on our invoice for the additional 3 hours it would have required for us to be there at 10:30pm, nor did she pay for the extra hours. Additionally, it is not legal to have a horse drawn carriage on the street in Ybor after dark without a permit from the city that cost $350. The client did not obtain this permit. Since we had no reason to think that we would be providing more than the standard 2 hours of service so we did not inform the client they would need a night permit. If we would have known that the client would want us on the streets of Ybor (which is a party area with a street of nothing but bars) after dark we would have not accepted her business because of the risk to the horses and passengers from the party type atmosphere in the area. We have the email from the client confirming we were to start at 5:30pm and the instructions for doing photos after the ceremony. It does not mention anything about waiting for 3 hours and coming back for a send off. We also have the timeline provided by the client where the carriage is not mentioned for 10:30pm. If it had been on the wedding itinerary we would have immediately contacted the client to discuss the discrepancy between what was paid for, what was expected and let her know that we could not legally be on the street after dark without them obtaining a special permit. The client received all of the services she paid for. The client tried disputing the charges with the credit card company but we had photos of the carriage at all the locations. The credit card company sided in our favor stating your claim had no merit. You can’t get something for nothing especially when it would be illegal for us to have provided services after dark. We apologize that it was not communicated to us you wanted an additional service that we were unable to legally provide. We could not provide a refund for the extra service the client wanted because the client did not pay for extra services.
