Circle Oak Ranch was so perfect for mine and my husband's special elopement. We had every detail planned for a large wedding at the venue, but due to COVID, we rearranged to be just a small, private elopement in May. Big or small, this venue is just stunningly gorgeous with so much outside space (more than others in the area!) since it offers distinct, separate areas for you to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything is spread out to allow for different decor, look & feels for each. I worked very closely with Jennifer (the owner) and her team throughout the experience and Jennifer is by far one of the most organized, sweet, and attentive people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's truly the best!! Highly recommend this venue for your big day and the amazing, talented team of vendors that comes along with it!

My husband and I got married at the ranch about 3 months ago, and the entire day was an absolute dream! We could not have picked a better wedding venue. Not only is the property beautiful, but Ron, Jennifer, and their staff help make everything as stress-free as possible. Jennifer is extremely organized and makes herself available to answer questions throughout the entire planning process. Ron and Jennifer work hard to keep their property beautiful and are always making improvements and updates. Their kindness and hospitality made the experience that much more enjoyable for us and our guests. They genuinely want your wedding day to be the best day of your lives, and they go above and beyond to make that happen. Circle Oak Ranch is the perfect wedding venue!

My husband and I were married under the giant oak trees of Circle Oak Ranch back in October 2019. On our first visit to the venue, we were immediately greeted by the warmest and brightest smile, belonging to none other than the owner, Jennifer. The grounds were gorgeous, and they are always being maintained and even improved (thanks to the other owner Ron, Jennifer's husband), and the layout of the property takes guests on a beautifully seamless journey from the welcome pergola, to the wedding ceremony, up to the cocktail hour, and arriving at last to the reception space under the stars and string lights. Best part was, while guests are enjoying the cocktail hour, Ron snuck us away to the "top of the hill" spot on their property, which overlooks the back country of Fallbrook. All our guests couldn't stop talking about the food, the DJ, everything. It was all perfect, all thanks to Jennifer, Chelsea, Ron, and the rest of their team. I felt like I did all the fun wedding planning parts you dream of doing as a young girl without any of the stress from details experienced by way too many brides as adults. It truly was a glorious day of ease, enjoyment, and celebration of my husband and I's marriage. The day felt effortless, and that is primarily because the vendors are all so well-organized thanks to the communication skills of Circle Oak Ranch, which I experienced in the months leading up the wedding, and even afterwards. Jennifer and Ron truly want to give you your dream wedding day. I cannot recommend Circle Oak Ranch enough!

I recently got married here in August of 2018 and I can not say enough. From touring to the day of, everything went perfectly. At least it felt that way because if anything did come up, Jennifer and her team took care of it before I even knew it was a problem. For example, our marriage license was accidentally left at the venue and run over by a car. Only later did I learn that she searched the property, found it, and mailed it herself. The venue is thoughtfully designed and beautiful. My guests came up to me all night asking "How did you find this place?." Jennifer and her husband, Ron, are constantly investing money back into their property to keep it in tip top shape. Their pricing is very transparent and we were never surprised by any hidden fees. If you are seriously thinking about booking this place, do your self a favor and do it! It was the perfect place to celebrate one of the best days of my life.

Hands down the best, most beautiful wedding venue in Southern California!! It flows so nicely from ceremony, to cocktail, to reception. Jenn and Ron are the sweetest and so great to work with!!And the ranch is alteady gorgeous and they are always working to make it even better. It makes the most beautiful backdrop for your wedding and was everything we dreamed of!

From the minute I stepped foot on the property at Circle Oak Ranch I knew this was the perfect place for our Country Vintage meets Hawaii wedding. Jennifer is SO professional and organized. She was always one step ahead of me in planning and helped make our day run smoothly and worked with us to create the exact feel we wanted. She and her husband have this DOWN and my guests were so impressed by the amenities on the property and how incredible the place was. Booking a tour with Jennifer was so easy, and she was so accommodating - I came with my fiance and my parents. She thoroughly explained the venue, as well as listened to what we want (where I feel so many venues push what THEY want rather than listen). Other than how beautiful Circle Oak is, I love that Jennifer has two packages - one where she does it all if you want, or one where you have to freedom to choose. And even with the freedom to choose she still helps out a lot! I am absolutely SO excited to be having my wedding here in 2018 and I definitely recommend taking a tour to check it out!

When we were in search of a wedding venue, we were not finding any place that gave us "the feels" until we came to tour Circle Oak Ranch. We were blown away from the moment we turned into the property. It is so peaceful, unique, beautiful, and private. Circle Oak Ranch is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic. We LOVED that we were able to bring in our own vendors. This was super important for us because we wanted to make our wedding personalized and special to us. Jennifer and Ron are AMAZING. They really take care of their property, and they are so easy to work with, plus they are SO NICE. They allowed us to come multiple times to the venue to show family, and do walk throughs. We hired Jennifer as our day of coordinator and that was one of the best decisions we made. She is so organized, calm, hard working, and sweet. She knows the property like the back of her hand (since they lives there) and she has seen so many weddings happen there. She was able to work with us and all our vende... My (now) husband and I found Circle Oak Ranch through Wedding Wire and immediately fell in love. We went to view the venue in person and we were sold. We booked shortly after and realized very quickly that we had hit the jackpot. Not only is the venue breath-takingly gorgeous, the owners, Jennifer and Ron, are absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and accommodating from the very beginning and throughout our entire wedding process. Jennifer was so quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the year of our wedding planning and on the day of, both Jennifer and Ron were helping us set things up and helped tear things down afterwards! We honestly don't think our venue choice could have been better. My only advice to anyone planning to book with them would be to book an extra hour! 5 hours flew by and we would have loved that extra hour to soak everything in! I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. The venue is absolutely stunning and our guests loved the location. It is truly something very special. Ron and Jennifer were amazing to work with and every vendor we met at bridal shows, in interviews or general conversation, loved working at Circle Oak. The place is great since ceremony and reception are all in one location. We choose to purchase a package through Circle Oak which took care of alot of the items such as food, bar service, DJ and coordinator and we were very pleased with all vendors that we worked with. Our guests loved the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. You can also purchase just the site only and bring in all you own vendors so they are very flexible. The owners are constantly making new improvements to their property and can tell they really love their location and care about every couple that gets married there. I can't say enough of how much my wife and I loved having our wedding at Circle Oak Ranch. The owners Ron and Jen went above and beyond in helping us with our wedding day and making it special. Jen was really helpful in responding to our questions and concerns and made our wedding planning be so much easier with her help. The venue is so beautiful and if you are looking for a country vibe this is the place for you! The best part is you can bring in your own vendors if you please and for us that was what we were looking for. Not many places allow you to bring in your own vendors these days. The day of our wedding was perfect both Ron and Jen helped us make sure our wedding day went without a hitch and it did. Once you visit the grounds you won't turn back. Not only is the venue magical but the owners are also just as amazing and deserve a round of applause. Jen and Ron were great to work with and were always quick to respond or help us with whatever it may be. We were torn between a beach wedding or a naturesque wedding so we researched quite a few venues and then came to Circle Oak Ranch and that same day we booked the venue because it was just so stunning. I know that when you think of a ranch you might think your theme needs to be somewhat country and rustic but mine wasn’t at all and it still went really well.
