This couple’s wedding contract was cancelled, at their request, less than 2 weeks before their event. After notifying me of the cancellation, they immediately filed a chargeback claim with their bank. Once the bank was contacted, the timing of the refund was out of my control. A full refund was processed on 11/8/19. After the holidays, I sent them a note letting them know I wished them the best. Their engagement session was included in their wedding package, and in the note, I included a photo from their engagement session as a gift, to let them know they were no hard feelings after their late cancellation. They must have really loved the photo because they asked for the entire gallery. I let them know I would be more than happy to send over the full gallery if they wanted to purchase an engagement session, since a full refund had already been processed. When they learned they would have to purchase the photos, they responded with this review. I reached out again to see if there was anything I could do to make it right for them, but they did not reply. Still, I wish them only the best!
