Chelsey did a terrific job with our invitation suite. We had a very detailed set of requirements, from a full map of Lake Winnipesaukee complete with landmarks, directions, etc. to brunch card, escort cards, invitation, RSVP, menu, and she really came through. We did a custom hydrangea design as our theme was rustic glamour with a mix of textures and flowers, mostly hydrangea. We met with her for coffee to kick things off. I had a clear vision for what I wanted and Chelsey got it right away. She nailed the look and feel. You are paying custom invitation prices, but the quality of work doesn't even compare to what you can get through Wedding Paper Divas and similar sites. Another HUGE plus is that she deals with you one on one over email, turning proofs around fast. I can't tell you what a relief it is to not have to log into a system where you're trying to tell a designer what you mean, etc. The one on one over email allowed me to mark up the PDF or just write comments back to Chelsey.... I am absolutely stunned at how beautiful my invitations turned out. Chelsey is beyond talented and has been one of the most pleasurable people to work with. When you look at the designs, you will see how modern and fresh they are. I came to her with one of her invitations and ideas on how I wanted to change elements (and not just fonts) to make them fit into my vision. She brought everything I wanted to life and delivered way beyond anything I could have ever expected. On top of the design and quality of her work, the value you receive is in my opinion is excellent. If you look at pricing and quotes from invitations vendors, you will realize quickly that her pricing is competitive. I went for flat printing because of the size of my wedding, but her letterpress pricing is also just as competitive. We opted to go with Chelsey after searching for forever for a simple wedding invitation, since the majority of wedding invitations out there are super cheesy, gaudy, or both. We chose the Grayson invitations design and made just a few modifications to the language and font color. Working with Chelsey on our invitations was really great—she was always extremely prompt in responding to emails and questions. Her turnaround time for the proofs was really fast—usually a day or less. Our invitations look simple/classic, yet beautiful, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The quality of the paper she uses is really nice and the printing looks amazing. She made the experience really easy and stress free. I would recommend her services without any hesitation.

Chelsey did a beautiful job on our wedding invitations, which also included an inner and outer envelope both with typed names/addresses, a response card and an insert for the rehearsal dinner. She was so flexible and incredibly responsive. She was so patient with minute edits that I requested. She never made me feel like a burden and was so easy to work with. Chelsey designed our wedding invitation suite, as well as our save the dates and thank you cards. Everything was perfect. Chelsey is extremely easy to work with and very responsive. Any emails I sent to her were always responded to within a day. It was great being able to customize our invitations to exactly what we were looking for. We were able to mix and match different pieces from all her suites. We spent more than we initially planned to on invitations, but it was well worth it! I am the kind of person who loves paper and stationary and so the wedding invitations were really important to me. My fiance and I could not agree on anything, from the font to the design to the size to the enclosures. For months we were dealing with this. We chose Chelsey Emery because we loved her design aesthetic and felt that it was very much in line with what we hoped our wedding would feel like: modern, simple, and warm. In addition, she provided us with incredible customer service (which unfortunately is not common across all wedding vendors). She responded to all of my questions in an incredibly timely fashion and was so wonderful to work with. In addition, we were able to see all of the different pieces itemized so that we knew exactly what we were spending our money on. I highly recommend Chelsey Emery's services. Chelsey went out of her way to ensure that my invitations were just how I wanted them. She is extremely easy to work with and provided my invitations very quickly without sacrificing quality. My invitations were beautiful and I am still receiving compliments!

After research upon research of invitation designers/printers in town, online and available through Etsy, I chose Chelsey for our invitations primarily due to the high quality of her service for the amount you pay per invitation. I started with one of her available templates on her Etsy website (which I had purchased the sample listing of from her Etsy sales listing) and she was completely flexible with what everything I wanted to customize. When I was trying to decide on envelope colors, she even sent me a sample of the ones I was considering to help with the decision. Since I purchased a sample, the amount spent on that was applied as a credit to my final invoice :) I work in a very detail oriented field and my one picky comment is when she would send a round of revisions to a proof, there would sometimes be subtle modifications made that hadn't been requested. One example of this was changing the wording on the reply card from "by the Seventh of September" to "by September 7th" i... Read moren the second proof without it being requested. Again, I know I was being really picky about subtle changes like that but it ended up resulting in an additional comment in the next round of revisions, and you only get so many revisions with your purchase without paying additional (although she waived the fee for one additional round of edits). it also means you have to re-review everything with each round of proofs to make sure it's still exactly as you wanted it and didn't change. One great thing Chelsey did during the overall customization process was send me two versions in one proof, one showing font/alignment changes I had requested and one with a comparative but slightly different font to help me see how it might look with a different option. It helped make the decision a lot easier without going through even more additional rounds!
