We usually DJ here 3-4 times a year and it is one of our favorite venues! Beautifully remodeled, gorgeous huge landscape for photos, and no interference from other weddings unlike other venues with paper-thin walls (so often overlooked!). Initially my fiancé and I went to see the venue expecting it to be expensive. We have both been there for events in the past and were shocked with how affordable the packages were. We left and ended up coming back the same day to show our parents because we were extremely excited. Booked with Lauren who spent time going over packages and options. If she weren’t there we may not have had such an awesome experience. She has authentic energy and it helped us decide this was the best decision.

We got married in the outdoor pavilion, it was gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The grand ballroom was where we had our reception. Everything was beautiful and the people that worked with us were helpful.

We absolutely fell in love with this place. We had our wedding on 9/15/18 but were planning our wedding for about 2 years. During those two year with got to work with the staff and everyone we got to work with was amazing. The whole team was just so helpful. Nick, one of the managers, was very helpful and did his best to accommodate our needs and ensure his day of staff was ready. Lynn was one of the day of coordinators and she was just phenomenal. She took care of is the whole night. We are absolutely thankful to the entire staff that had a role on making our wedding date great. We would highly recommend this venue.

We love working with Chateau Bu-Sche they have always delivered great service and has always accommodated our needs. They run a well organized reception hall to keep your evening on course so that the couple enjoys their wedding. Looking forward in working in many events to come! We just had our wedding at Chateau Bu-Sche and it turned out wonderfully!! We had our ceremony in the atrium, dinner in the ballroom, and dancing in the atrium. We received many compliments from our guests on the venue, the food, and the service. The wedding coordinators were always very prompt, friendly, and helpful. I think I spoke with all of the wedding coordinators at one point or another and they were always on top of things. I probably worked the most with Caryn, who was great and always accommodating (even when guest counts changed a few times). Special thanks also to Lynn, Nick, and Adam for all of their help on the day of the wedding. Lynn the on-site coordinator made sure I had a drink in my hand and that everything was running smoothly according to our expectations. I changed my mind about 5 times as to whether to have the doors open for the ceremony and Lynn was ready to open/close the doors, turn on the heat (on on otherwise pleasant day in April) and do just about what... Read moreever it took to make sure that day was exactly what we wanted. We had been planning to take pictures outside in the evening at the gazebo but ran out of time with the photographer. Adam helped us to get the nighttime pictures that we wanted without having to take too much time away from our guests. We also brought in our own sound system for the ceremony and Nick helped us make sure everything was set and ready to go; one less thing to worry about that day. The wait staff was also very attentive. A lot of friends/family told me before the wedding to "expect at least one thing to go wrong" that day. I am happy to say that really nothing went wrong! That is certainly in no small part due to the exceptional service at Chateau Bu-Sche. The garden/grounds were also very lovely for pictures. Even in April, lots of beautiful flowers blooming! I can't want to see the pictures. Overall a gorgeous venue with outstanding service conveniently located in the suburbs. A+

The service was outstanding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The food was outstanding and they could not have done a better job with making sure the communication was open. From the bar staff, to the floor manager walking around to the man at the door directing everybody. The Ceremony was breathtaking with the open doors to the garden!! Better than a fancy downtown wedding, especially when you can have the same venue and even more beautiful views right here in Alsip...I dreamed my whole life for my daughter to have her fairytale wedding..and she absolutely did!!

My wedding will be held at the Chateau Bu-sche next year in 2020. I'm so excited! After touring other venues nothing stood out quite like the Chateau Bu-sche. My finace and I are looking forward to our dream day!

I booked the Chateau Bu'Sche for my wedding. The service provided was awesome. The coordinator that was assigned to me for the event was outstanding. Also from the beginning sales associate Karen was awesome. I always wanted to have my wedding at this venue and they did not disappoint.

I'm not sure if anyone has rated this company based on heart. My family suffered a tragic lose in transition from moving homes we live in Augusta, GA. We paid our 1st deposit with a problem and had ALL the funds need for the second one. This happened (refer to pic). I struggled to get my family back together, but we are safe and comfortable now. Thank God. The time for my second deposit came up and I explained my hardship. Didn't want money back just a month and a half to recover. My wedding was scheduled for 8/8/18 (today is 6/26/17). My wife pleaded on our behalf and they said if we don't have it by 1pm you loose it all. Sad, but they have no moral fiber. There are better venues with better souls. I wasn't offered even a partial refund or any sort of offer to help the situation. I don't know if that makes them good or bad, but here's my experience. Don't be too impressed by the pictures of decor. You do about 60% of it yourself. I'm just saying. They have 4 stars on Google, but 2.3 o... Read moren Yelp. I think they only beg there happy customers to review on Google. Many negative reviews.

They were amazing with everything from food to customizing the chairs and tables.

Being the Mother of the Bride you can only hope that the special day will be perfect in every way. I cannot express enough how wonderful the service was on that day. Not only the service, the food, every last detail. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, always making sure everything was in order throughout the evening. We used the outdoor area for the wedding and the setting was beautiful, the newly remodeled interior was just as perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple that is looking.

I was very happy with our choice of vendor for our reception. We reserved the crystalline room with dancing in the atrium. It was very beautiful! We received many compliments on how beautiful our reception was as well as the grounds. The food was very good. A downside was talking to a different coordinator every time you called in but everyone was very nice and accommodating. They also kept very good notes in the computer so they had a record of our requests. Overall it was amazing and I can't wait to get our photos back!
