Windsor Golf is a beautiful location which speaks for itself. What you can't see is how delicious the food is. But the real gem of this venue is the coordinator, Liz. Liz is a master of her craft and can run an event like no one else. I spent almost an entire year bugging her with questions, emails, etc. She was so kind and accommodating. She's completely dialed in, and makes an event flow so smoothly. My groom and I were left to simply enjoy our wedding while Liz and her lovely staff worked with our DJ and kept the whole event rolling seamlessly! We couldn't have had a better experience, and that was thanks to Liz and her staff. I highly recommend Windsor Golf if you want a beautiful venue and a stress-free fabulous event!

The Windsor Golf Club was a beautiful location for our fall wedding. The staff was so incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. Not to mention the food was outstanding! All our guests were raving about it. I would highly recommend this venue for your event.

Liz Glass was our wedding event coordinator. From the beginning, she made me feel 100% at ease and rest assured that everything would be taken care of. From my initial impression of the kind of care and service she would provide to an event so important to me, it was easy to make the decision on our venue. She took the time to meet with me on several occasions and answered all of my questions, concerns & inquiries. In the days leading up to our wedding, and especially the day of, she was right there for me. From sun up, to sun down, the last person I talked to before walking down the isle and the last person left at the end of the night. Planning a wedding is no easy task, and I was unpleasantly surprised at the amount of OTHER vendors who were disappointing from the start. Liz Glass at Charlie's stood out to me immediately. Because of her extraordinary talent as an event coordinator, I have already referred a few people to Charlie's for either a wedding or special occasion.

I was hired as the videographer for a wedding on May 1st, 2016. Liz was the coordinator and she was the most unprofessional coordinator I have ever worked with. I had to contact her 4 days before the wedding asking her for a timeline and she never had one made. Instead, she blamed the DJ, saying it was his responsibility to create one. Last time I checked, the job of the DJ is to provide audio and music and the job of the wedding coordinator is to coordinate the wedding. Every wedding coordinator I have worked with has sent me a timeline at least 2 weeks in advance. So since I did not have a timeline, there were some shots I missed because I had no idea what was happening when or where. At dinner, she did not have 2 seats for my assistant and I but thankfully for the great family the bride and groom had, they made spots for us at a table. When one of the family members asked one of the caterers for plates of salad for us, the caterer went up to Liz and she responds with "I will deal wi... Read moreth them later" and never returns. There are so many better coordinators out there, I would HIGHLY recommend not to book with Liz at the Windsor Golf Course.

Our son's wedding was held on 9/13/15 and it couldn't have been a better choice. The ceremony site was outstanding (and one of the key reasons the bride & groom chose this spot) as it was a large, private area filled with flowers, rose arbor, and green grass. The reception area (inside) was conveniently located next door (and serviced by Charlie's Restaurant). It also provided an ample dance floor outside in a covered patio area which also served as our cocktail reception area. But the real bonus was the quality of the food (healthy and delicious buffet) and the special attention from LIz Glass, the Event Manager. I can't tell you have reassuring it was for the bride to have LIz as her assistant and advisor throughout the process. All combined to make the wedding a great success and special memory.
