  • I had my appointment with Amy on 2/23/20. She was excellent. She was patient and listened to all of my requests, answered all of our questions, etc. She ended up finding me a gown that is just so perfect. It wasn't something I may have picked out myself on my own, so I am so grateful to have her help and perspective. She also happily helped my girlfriends open a few bottles of bubbly we brought. The shop is beautiful, they have a great selection. I cannot wait for my dress to come in! It's a really fantastic local business I am happy to support.

  • I got my wedding dress from here back in September, and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly face and felt at ease the entire time. They really listen to what you want and how you feel about the dresses, and pulled the perfect dress for me. I would recommended this place to any bride who is looking for a personal experience when looking for their wedding dress!!

  • I have been working with Chantilly Place for a few months- between myself and my MOH looking for a dress we have had nothing but AMAZING service. The women who work there are so kind, warm, patient and know how to get you the perfect dress while having a truly fairytale experience. Even with any hiccups associated with the COVID-19 crisis Colleen and her team have been so helpful and communicative and have done a fabulous job of navigating such a stressful time. I would recommend everyone and anyone to shop Chantilly!

  • I had the best experience here. I made an appointment via email, which was extremely convenient. They were quick and polite to respond! I had been putting off dress shopping because it stressed me out, but I had the most calm experience! They give you a private changing room, and I believe there is only one other appointment happening, but I honestly didn't even notice it! The entire experience felt private, and they truly listened to what I wanted, liked, didn't like, etc. They were so good that I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about going here, and I'm excited to keep working with them!

  • Chantilly Place is just wonderful, I can’t say enough about how easy they made everything. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or worked with was very informative, helpful, and lovely. I went there for my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. I would highly recommend going here for all your bridal needs, they know their stuff! I had a unique vision of my dress and Colleen and her team made it happen, I was in love with the final product. They also did an amazing job with my bridesmaids dresses, we were so happy with everything. Thank you again for making part of my wedding planning so easy and fun!

  • I wouldn't highly recommend Chantilly Place to anyone looks for a bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses or MOB/MOG dress. Everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel special.

  • Even though I did not get my dress here, I had an amazing time. It was my first time looking for a wedding dress and Amy made me feel very comfortable. She grabbed all different types of styles and we narrowed it down. She was attentive, listened to what I liked and didn't like and was great with my family too. I highly recommend going to see her if you are thinking about Chantilly place for a wedding dress.

  • Choosing Chantilly Place to find my wedding dress was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. When I first went there to find my dress I was immediately comfortable in their boutique. The shop is located in a beautiful brick mill building with a fairytale like effect. When I had gone it was around the holiday season and was tastefully decorated with a festive touch and had lovely Christmas music playing faintly in the background. It was a very special day that I will cherish always. I found Colleen and her team to be such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and immediately put you at ease. I knew I was in good hands. The boutique has a beautiful selection of dresses, a team of experts in the wedding industry and an amazing tailor to help you find the perfect dress that any bride would dream of.   • I cannot recommend Chantilly Place enough! I went in on a Sunday with my family and we had the entire place to ourselves. I had an absolute blast trying on dresses while my family sipped on champagne. My bridal consultant new exactly what I wanted before I even knew. I went in with a specific silhouette in mind, but when it wasn't working my consultant pulled a completely different dress and it ended up being PERFECT! My dress came in the promised 4-6 months and I cannot wait to get married in it!

  • I worked with Amy and Colleen. They were both so awesome. Amy helped pick out my perfect dream dress, and Colleen fit it to me perfectly. No problem at all I’d recommend this place to everyone! I used them for the bridesmaids dresses as well and the dresses were beautiful!!

  • Stay FAR away if you want your dress to fit properly and not be charged extra unnecessarily!! My best friend ordered her bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from here (I was part of the bridal party). Every single dress was ordered a full size up from the measurements taken, making every member take their gown in (a ploy to generate more income for the alterations department). One of the bridesmaids was pushed (very needlessly) into a plus size gown, which Chantilly charged an additional size fee for—Jasmine Bridal, the designer, does NOT charge a plus size fee on bridesmaid dresses. This was money stolen from their customers. Most importantly, the bride’s gown DID NOT fit. She was talked into “ordering” a size up when she was actively loosing weight. The gown was never ordered fresh—there was clear damage to the lace appliqués, missing beading, and destroyed button loops. Damage like that only comes from a dress taken off the rack.     Sarina, I am the owner of the shop and I am sorry but I truly do not know what you are talking about. The brides dress did fit her when she came in for her final fitting and she stood in the dress and talked with me while wearing it with her mother, there was no discussion of her not be satisfied with the gown and how it fit, yes she had a significant amount of alterations on the top of the gown but that was because of weight loss. We also absolutely did not give her the floor sample, I have proof of that from the designer that I can supply if the bride would like to see and I still have the floor sample of that gown in my shop. We do not and have never ordered gowns big intentionally to make money off of alterations, the seamstress is a separate department offered here as a convenience to our customers but we do not make money off of her charge for alterations, we are paid rent for our space by her and that is all. We would be more then happy to talk with the bride about her concerns with the dress and see if we can come up with a solution as we never want to hear someone is unhappy and we certainly don’t like seeing such negative reviews. We have been in business for over 10 years and take pride in our reputation, we would never intentionally scam a customer to make money. We look forward to hearing from her to resolve the situation.

  • So my bridal party purchased dresses from this salon. They were nice enough when my bridesmaids were buying $300+ dresses, then we were told I (the bride) would get a call when the dresses came in. My wedding is April 2019, the dresses came in in February and they never called. So fast forward to March and i find out that the dresses sid come in and they "called me". Well my call records show that they didnt (i always answer and check voicemail since I'm in the process of trying to find a new job). I called for an explanation and was told that they were "sorry I felt like I didnt get a call". But I didnt, but they wouldnt take responsibility for not calling and then not checking back in after no one came to get their dresses for a month... Fast forward to my bridesmaids picking up their dresses... all of them were HUGE on them. Every single girl needed extreme alterations, even the one bridesmaid who fit PERFECTLY into the sample dress. Her dress came in and it was huge on her! Now ... Read more

    I am sorry that you feel this strongly that we were out to cause a negative experience. I assure you I would not be in such a high stress business for over 15 years if that was the case. We do not order gowns intentionally big, We love when gowns come in and don’t need alterations as it is not about making money for us. our alterations are completely separate and she is her own cost we do not benefit from it we simply offer it as a convenience to customers. I truly apologize that no one called you, that is not acceptable. But I assure it it was not an intentional thing. Our policy is to always call girls when their gowns arrive so it is very out of character that we didn’t and I am sorry that it happened. I hope that you would reconsider your review as I don’t think lack of a phone call is worth such an absolutely horrible review but I respect your decision and do appreciate your business even if you felt it was a negative experience.
