I loved working with Chandelier Ballroom! Michele was so responsive! I had so many questions and she answered every single one! The venue is beautiful and large enough for 200 guests. I would definitely recommend Chandelier Ballroom to any future brides!

The venue is beautiful and spacious. A lot of room to be creative and just very gorgeous. Michele is very nice, helpful and responsive. Anytime you email her for questions, she will respond within 24 hours or sooner no matter what day it is. The food there is also really good. We had such a wonderful wedding there. =D

Michele and her team were fantastic! I was told about the Chandelier Ballroom from a coworker who was getting married prior to my now husband and I even getting engaged. I showed him the photo of the ballroom and he loved the idea of hosting our reception there as much as I did. Like all engaged couples, we looked at other venues, but each time we came back to deciding on the Ballroom because nothing else compared to it's natural beauty and the politeness of Michele and her staff. At our receptionist, almost every guest we spoke with asked us how we found the Ballroom and complimented on how naturally beautiful it was. Not only that, but people RAVED about our meal. Chandelier Ballroom has an in-house kitchen, with the menu made by Michele herself. It helped with having one less thing to do (booking a caterer) and made for a delicious dinner, which was one of the most important factors to us for our day. I can't say enough how happy we are that we decided to have our ceremony and reception at the Chandelier Ballroom. The venue is probably the most unique one we've ever seen, and we fell in love with it immediately. We also loved the director, Michele, who was our contact from start to finish and sooo responsive to every single email (and I sent a lot because I kept forgetting things I wanted to ask) and so polite and kind. The Ballroom was super accommodating to our every need with everything leading up to and during the wedding. The food was amazing, our guests made friends with the awesome bartenders, and Michele anticipated everything before we even knew we needed something. Ah I just love this place! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! They made our wedding day go so smoothly and we are so, so grateful.

Michele was the most amazing point of contact for this gorgeous venue. The food was amazing, we're still getting compliments on it! The service was stellar, Michele was responsive and extremely helpful. The recommended vendors sections were great, and the bar staff amazing. We would recommend the Chandelier to anyone, it's a gorgeous historical venue!

AMAZING! From the second we stepped foot into the ballroom we knew this was our venue! It's large and elegant and gorgeous! The high ceilings and the chandeliers really set the tone. Michele was absolutely amazing to work with from day 1 up until the big day. Extremely friendly, prompt and professional. She was a joy to work with! On the big day the room looked amazing and Michele greeted the party bus at the door. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue! And the food!! Who knew wedding food could be so delicious?! Side note: you MUST get the Mac and cheese... our guests are still raving about it! Absolutely wonderful experience all around!

The Chandelier Ballroom is an absolutely beautiful place and the best place for our wedding. Michelle and all the staff were awesome in organizing and being on top of every detail of the day. They really know how to make sure everything runs smoothly, without any worry to us on our wedding day. We could not be more happy with the service and the price at the end of the day. What a steal! This venue is just the best bang for your buck. Period. The historic ballroom has so much character all on its own that you really don't need to spend time or money decorating. A few odds and ends to make it your own, but that's all you need. It has a fun history too, being an old dance hall. My husband's grandmother used to go to dances at this ballroom when she was younger as did his mom and dad. This venue has a wonderful balance between that familiar "supper club" vibe and the elegance of a ballroom. It was picture-perfect. Perhaps even more important, the director, Michele, and her staff are the best. Michele is so knowledgeable and can answer virtually any question you may have about planning a wedding. She almost serves as a sort of wedding planner. She is there on the day to make sure that everything is being set up and torn down appropriately, and that everything is to your liking. The food was absolutely delicious (we did in-house catering) and dinner service was efficient and their timing was on-the-dot. There were so many personal touches along the way. At the end of the evening, the staff gifted us with a beautiful tote bag and bottle of wine (the kind that I had been drinking that night) and the bottle label had cranes on it, which was one of the elements of our wedding motif. I know it's a small gesture, but it was really meaningful. Michele and the ballroom staff made our wedding incredible. It literally could not have been a better day and the Ballroom made that happen. The staff know what they are doing, the ballroom is beautifully restored and well-managed, and you will not find a better value near the Milwaukee area. The dinner that was served for Sussex-Hamilton High Schools prom was excellent, food was cooked all the way through, very clean, Staff were really nice to all of the students and staff that came, the parking lot was very accessible for all of the Buses to park that brought all of the junior class to Prom.

We attended my niece's wedding and reception at the Chandelier Ballroom and were overly impressed with the entire venue and service! We particularly want to mention Michele, who went way beyond for us! She took extra time to help us locate and print a missing speech for the maid of honor. She also answered emails and returned calls on her day off to assist us in finding missing items from the reception and mailed them back to us! She is amazing!

This is such a beautiful venue and very accommodating for large or small groups. The coordinator, Michele, is such a pleasure to work with and really helped make our reception go smoothly!

The event coordinator at this location was very helpful and informative. Yet, there were a few things that turned me away from this location. The ceremony area had houses in the background (pictures would have houses in them) and the smell inside the venue was old. There was not a designated bridal area.

I want to compliment you all on what a beautiful wedding day we had at your venue. The hall looked amazing, the staff was so accommodating, the food was exceptional. I could not be more pleased with how wonderful my daughters wedding reception was. Michelle was so easy to work with and truly cared about our needs and making sure everything went smooth.
