  • They were perfect vendors for our wedding. Answered all my questions multiple times and were flexible when we changed our order due to changes in guest headcount. Had a great time working with them and can't recommend them enough!

  • Extremely nice people with great wedding rentals! We used the natural wood chairs and they looked amazing with the sage brush and juniper tree background. Extremely timely with pick up/drop off and patient with us when we goofed on how to prepare the rentals for pick up the next day. Would highly recommend!

  • Central Event Rentals was excellent. From the first communication to the drop off to the pick up, John and Janeen are fabulous. They sent us a price list with pictures, helped us with the details and even allowed me to add something sort of last minute. I was not there when they dropped things off, but my mother said that John was an absolute pleasure and was pleased to drop off bright colored linens (we had royal purple, ocean blue and bright pink). The chairs came folded down on a stacking crate and it was extremely easy to do the set up and take down. My highest review point comes from the pick up though. The catering company failed and took the napkins from Central Events. John had said that he also had to return the linens back to the company they get them from. In a way it really was not his issue as it is not his problem if another vendor takes his materials, but up to us to get them back.   • This is a great company and we are very pleased with our experience. We rented tables, chairs, a dance floor, linens and a grill for our wedding of 60 guests. John and Janeen are a delight to work with and they really know their stuff. Totally recommend!

  • CER was absolutely wonderful to work with! They were so accommodating with meeting us at our venue to make sure the items we wanted to rent went well with the space. And as our wedding approached we were making changes left and right and they were so flexible with all changes. Highly recommend using their services!

  • Central Event Rentals was incredibly helpful in fulfilling all of our rental needs! They had everything we needed available and were able to deliver and pick-up with no problems. They were incredibly responsive to emails and were willing to send me pictures of anything I asked to see.

  • John and Janeen were just what I needed for my wedding. They were timely, flexible, helped make a field into a grand event, and gave us tips on napkins, chairs, and overall how weddings go. They were very responsive and helped with iteration after iteration of our invoice. I highly recommend their services. :-)

  • Central Event Rental was absolutely amazing! I live in Las Vegas but had a perfect June wedding in central Oregon. This family owned company did not only answer all of my questions but they also gave me the best advice on how to save money. They understood planning a destination wedding is not easy and even included other vendors in the area. I found my hair, make up, photographer and DJ all thanks to Central Event Rentals!   • These folks are amazing to work with and very professional. They have great contacts within Bend so are perfect for a distant bride. They also have so much experience they can help you with any questions you have and can look at a new place (our wedding was at a home) and know exactly what could work best. I would definitely recommend them!

  • I enjoyed working with John and Jeanine! They were very helpful in helping me plan my wedding reception! They even recommended a catering company! Super friendly, genuine people to deal with. They suggested different options for the reception when I felt overwhelmed and just not sure what to do. They were on time with delivery and pick up. No complaints and would recommend them to everyone!

  • This is such an awesome Rental Company! They are a husband and wife team who are totally down to earth, friendly and helpful! I am so happy with their products and willingness to travel to deliver for our Wedding day. They have the best prices in town, I'm sure of it cause I searched high and low! Not to mention, you can relax knowing that they will come through for you on your wedding day!
