  • Patti and Tom from Celebrations Design group are incredible!!! They got my "wedding vision" more than I did and ended up blowing us away! Everything from the flowers, lighting, tent draping, table linens and decor was beyond perfect and way more than we had every imagined! They were reasonably priced and helped us stay in buget while giving us the fairy tale wedding I have always dreamed of. Thank you thank you thank you Tom and Patti. We look forward to telling our friends and family about your amazing work and using you in the future!

  • They created a fairy tale wedding. Everything was perfect! We cannot say enough about how wonderful Tom was to work with in helping us create the vision. It was a definite WOW!!! They did everything from the draping of the tent, to the flowers, the charges, the candelabras, and even 2 chandelier, etc. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

  • The flowers and centerpieces were amazing. The team was so supportive and patient throughout all of my stress and indecisiveness. I didn't have a clear vision, but Tom was able to take the things I liked and turn it into more than I could have hoped for! We wanted something different from the balls of flowers on top of tall vases. Tom and his team were able to create Manzanita trees that looked like they were growing out of the table. They had flowers at the base and flowers in votive holders hanging from some of the branches. We also had vases with flowers submerged in water on other tables to give interest. There were four different designs in total - all were up lit. They were so great! Our guests kept talking about them and taking pictures! I would definitely recommend Celebrations - and totally trust Tom's vision! :)

  • I was an out of town bride, living in GA getting married in PA, we also had a 7 month time frame. I had a limited number of visits to get everything done. Patty did a great job coordinating when I would be able to come in for my consultation. So three months before my wedding I met with Laura. She was wonderful in helping me choose what I really wanted and we used many of my ideas that I brought with me. She also was able to use her expertise and make my ideas even better. They worked with my budget and the outcome was fantastic!! Laura was also able to recommend great hair and makeup people. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

  • The flowers on my wedding day was absolutely breath taking. I am not a very artisitc person and have a hard time envisioning how the final product will look. A few months before my wedding I sat down with Tom and described what I wanted. He made my vision come to life and exceeded my expectations. The first time my mom saw the venue and how gorgeous it looked it brought her to tears. The venue was draped in over 1,000 red foses. The whole night and to this day I sitill receive compliments over the flowers. In addition, to the final product Tom and Linda were a pleasure to work with. Anyone that is planning a wedding or has planned a wedding knows how time consuming and stressfull it can be. It was so nice not having to worry about the flowers. Tom delivered the flowers to my house and made sure everything was the way I envisioned. I would recommend Celebrations Design Group to everyone. I couldn't have asked for a bettter florist.

We were so happy to create designs which far exceeded Ashley's expectations. By using three different varieties of red roses, we were able to achieve the full and luscious look - which hopefully was very memorable!

  • Celebrations was amazing! Unlike many brides I went to the initial appt with Tom with only a picture of my gown and the color of the bridesmaids gowns. I was uncertain what I wanted except that I wanted it to be "clean, romantic, classic, and simple" He came up with the ideas for the tables, church, and the flowers for the wedding party. IT WAS ALL PERFECT. My flowers were exactly what I envisionsed in my head if not more beautiful! Laura, was wonderful. I made a few changes over the 6 months prior to the wedding up to the last minute and she was responsive and allowed for a smooth experience! It was truely a flawless experience and the flowers were perfect for my perfect day!

We love when a bride uses the word "perfect" - thank you so much for the compliment! You were wonderful to work with and helped us "see" your vision so we could bring it to life. Changes are inevitable so accommodating them is just good customer service, which every bride deserves!

We were so relieved the rain held off so the ceremony could occur outside! Red roses are always so striking and luxurious and we thought the touch of bling throughout the wedding looked fabulous.

  • Celebrations Design Group was the preferred vendor for my venue, so I chose to use them. I'm so happy I did! Tom and Laura were both wonderful! My husband and I met with Tom to discuss flowers, colors, our preferences, etc. He was so helpful and very much in tune to detail - in our conversation I had mentioned that hyacinths were my favorite flower because I loved the smell. Well, on my wedding day, I was holding my bouquet before the ceremony, and I smelled a familiar smell - I had hyacinths in my bouquet! Laura was also great to deal with - she would call me to check in and make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She also communicated via email to make sure they were on target with what I wanted. I appreciated the number of times she reached out to me! I thought everything was wonderful, and I received many compliments on the bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony decorations. I highly recommend Celebrations and I think they were worth the extra money (for those who like to shop arou... Read more

  • The entire decor was more beautiful than I expected. I still can recall the feelings as I was walking down the aisle-the flowers, the bouquet- the altar. Everything was elegant and WOW. Thank you for a job well done. CD.

  • I wanted to let people know my horrible experience and extreme dissatisfaction with Celebrations Design Group. I was forced to get an estimate because my centerpieces were included in my package that I booked with my venue and if I chose another florist I received only $15 credit per table. Brides planning a wedding know $15 doesn’t get you much so I was left with no choice. When we met I found out only certain centerpieces were included. So I ended up paying $500 to upgrade the centerpiece flowers. I did not go with them for the rest of my wedding flowers because their pricing was $1,300.00 more than the florist I went with Petal Pushers. Like other brides who have posted on here I worked with Laura and it was very hard to get ahold of her because she was only in the office about once a week if that because she worked reduced hours. Every time I tried to call to see if she was in the office she was not there and was told to send an email. After a month of emailing back and forth ... Read more

It’s imperative to respond to untruthful claims such as Erin’s; and so we refute her posting by pointing out her total bill with us was $465.00 for 25 tables (that included rental glassware and light discs plus delivery and pick-up) proven by the contract she sent Wedding Wire when we initially disputed the review. Readers can decide how much service should accompany that investment. $500 is the 1st misrepresentation Tom met with Erin and offered a quote (which she declined) of $1,809 for all her bridal flowers. She’s categorically mis-stating the facts in her post for dramatic impact. Our quote was NOT $1,300 more than who she chose; in that case, she got flowers for herself, 8 bridesmaids, all the boutonnieres and corsages plus church arrangements for $509. Does that seem realistic? The centerpieces we delivered were alternating 8 beautiful white calla lilies in tall glass vases or 5 stems of distinctive white dendrobium orchids in bud vases that replicated her picture exactly.  There was no subjectivity involved. To comment that the flowers “were just okay” is being vindictive and we will not tolerate such insolence without pointing out we provided specifically what she requested; bloom for bloom. We reiterate posts like this that pollute our great reputation won’t continue since we eliminated economy weddings moving into 2013 so we can concentrate on doing what we do best. Unfortunate that budget couples were so unhappy in the end. It is regrettable that we compromised our level of skill and service in the attempt to help during the downturned economy. We didn’t need this aggravation.

  • Update: We certainly would have paid extra for the elevated centerpieces, however the contract itself was vague in that we paid for upgraded glassware. One could easily assume that would translate to high glass, hence the confusion. Truthfully, I can understand the miscommunication aspect, but for Tom to say that because they got the limes we requested in there everything else should be forgiven is absurd. Folks, all it boils down to is read the responses to all their other dissatisfied customers. Not once do they admit any wrongdoing. That speaks volumes of their business accumen. A business who strives to better from their mistakes will always take better care of the customer than one who believes they never make any. You may get a good experience with them, but do you really want to gamble on your event? CDG provided the flowers for our wedding. Prior to the event, getting in contact with CDG was always a challenge as the office is only open two days a week. Even during said hour... Read more

We gratefully acknowledge Eric’s positive feedback regarding what was designed for the ceremony yet are disappointed and frustrated with his disparaging impression of the company. His choice to misrepresent the most recent conversation is contemptible. Tom told him that the worksheet which results from the initial consult might not always be accurate & that’s why the opportunity to make modifications is provided. The couple did not pay for elevated centerpieces - why would they have been expected? Somehow there appears to have been a colossal miscommunication and that is regrettable. This outcome puts the company on the defensive. If they did not understand the description in the quote received months in advance, and saw that they were not being billed a substantial amount for any upgrade, it was never questioned before the wedding. Ludicrous to now blame CDG for not getting what they anticipated. In this instance, it is completely unfair to get blamed after the fact. Flowers are extremely subjective since they are custom designed; not as cut and dry as their meal choice at DoubleTree or photographer packages. He paid $15.00 ea. to put the arrangements in glass cubes with sliced limes for 1/2 the table count. That was Tom’s fun idea to help express their personalities and the wedding colors with a novel twist. No other detail was listed on their worksheet about centerpiece upgrades. A puzzling conclusion regarding bridal flowers. The wedding coordinator at the hotel put them directly into the cooler since they were delivered early and it was hot. We cannot explain why they were so hard to find. We’ll never let that happen again; we’re always working to improve our logistics. We’re event designers; and strive for everything to be perfect. We ARE attentive to the details to the point that we discovered when making confirmation calls the week of the wedding the church changed 2 weeks prior to the wedding (when Eric overpaid the final balance) and CDG was never informed; the bride & groom should be exceptionally grateful that the oversight was caught. Of course, CDG refunded the overpayment. It’s been mentioned in other situations, but bears repeating: While we thoroughly respect how much couples decide to spend on flowers, we’ve eliminated budget weddings from our line of services since they only pollute the reputation we work so hard to maintain. For as hard as we work and the value we give, a soured impression on this site in the end is so exasperating. Our goal is to foster a pleasant experience together with a phenomenal outcome (as numerous others have documented).
