We loved our cake! We had 3 tiers, all different flavors. The cake was moist and the fillings were delicious.

The cake tasted DELICIOUS! We had 3 different flavors and this was the only bakery we did a tasting at that would even bother making red velvet wedding cake. They did the exact design we wanted and delivered on time. People absolutely LOVED the cake and went back for seconds.

Cassie is such an artist. She took our fragmented ideas and turned them into a masterpiece. Her cakes are so moist and fluffy they practically melt in your mouth. The only part of the wedding I got choked up about was the cake! She is the lady to do your cake if you're anywhere on the Central Coast!

We ordered our wedding cake from Cassie's Custom Cakes in Atascadero. They were very helpful and offered free cake and icing tasting with cake deposit. They were very professional and made a prompt delivery. The cake was PERFECT, it turned out exactly as we requested.

I LOVED my cake from Cassie's Custom Cakes! Not only was it beautiful and delivered on time, but it was also very very tasty! Hands down the BEST carrot cake I have ever had. We even got one for my dad for Father's Day because he loved my wedding cake so much!

The cake exceeded our expectations! I had an idea of what I wanted for a design and she executed it well. I wanted something unique and so we had a hexagon shaped cake and because we wanted to keep cost down but wanted the look of a three tier we did two tiers but she made the icing design look as though it was three! The taste was fantastic, it had the right amount of buttercream and a thin enough layer of fondant.. we had the best of both worlds. Everyone loved how it looked and tasted my only regreat was that we didn't get to taste it other than the piece we fed to one another when we first cut it. Great service!

Cassie did a great job listening and helping me with what I wanted. We did other desserts, and therefor only wanted a small cake to cut. I brought in a picture to her, and she was flexible and willing to help me create a beautiful cake. The Lemon and Raspberry is great!

We had a top cake for cutting and a cupcake tree for our cake! It was absolutely perfect...exactly how I imagined it! We received tons of compliments on how pretty it was and how tasty the cupcakes were! Very professional and helpful!

The cake cassie provided my husband and I for our wedding was far beyond anything we could have ever imagined. I had a very detailed and elegant wedding dress and had requested that she matched it. She had me take pictures of each area of my dress front and back that i wanted to incorporate. I really left it open to her to use her best judgement on how to tie it all together. It was a 5 tiered (6" double, 9" triple, 12" double, 16" double, and an 18" single. The cake itself servered 266 however we were expecting 300 so we also ordered a 1/2 sheet. It was all done in the most deliciuos, moist Red Velvet cake with a cream cheese and raspberry filling with rolled fondant frosting. It was absolutely to die for. Every tier of the cake incorporated lace and beed work from the dress as well as the lace up back. (Ask her to see a picture) People to this day are alwayse telling me how wonderful the cake was and that they had never seen anything created quite like that. It was a wonderfu... All in all my experience with Cassie and her amazing staff was so pleasant and they really worked with me on designing my perfect cake. I would never and will never go to any other bakery on the central coast. They blew our minds away completely and put the cherry on top of the most memorable day of our lives. My husband and I are both sci-fi nerds. We wanted a rustic and elegant wedding but figured the cake would be our opportunity to geek out. When we met with Cassie at the cake tasting, we were impressed with just how good everything was. The cake was moist and airy and the frosting wasn't sugary but light and fluffy. When we we told her our idea for the wedding cake, she didn't hesitate. Flash forward 8 months, we walked into our post-wedding dinner party and there it was, in all it's glory. Han Solo's Millenium Falcon! Only a picture can express how magnificent this cake was. People thought it was a sculpture someone gave us as a gift. It was truly unbelievable, more perfect than we imagined. Not only that, it tasted awesome (red velvet!) and there was barely any left to save. I can't thank her enough for topping off our day with such a great tasting showpiece. And I'm proud to say she'll be featured in the next Star Wars Insider magazine for her efforts!!! Cassie was awesome to work with! Our cake was delicious! It didn't look exactly like the picture I sent in, but she did a good job replicating a cake from a small picture!

The cake was excellent, great price, and looked exactly how we wanted it to and meshed with our decor. Definitely who you want to use for you central coast wedding.
