John at Carolina Calligraphy was one of the best business I have ever found on line through a google search. His outstanding ability to listen to what I wanted, his amazing artistic work, attention to detail, working tirelessly to meet a short deadline, his extremely pleasant and effective communication and professionalism are second to none. Quite frankly he undercharged and was therefore under paid. I came away from the experienced Blessed with a wonderful new business relationship that will most certainly consult for future personal and business projects. As a side note I have been in the people/customer service business with top Resorts and Private Clubs in the world for 25 years. John not only emulated but exceeds any of the service levels provided by the companies I have worked for over these years.
