Wedding planning is hard enough and once you throw in a pandemic, well, planning a traditional wedding is out the door! Nicole and her team at CMR were able to accommodate our smaller, outdoor ceremony for our day and it couldn't have been any more perfect. Our close family and friends were able to witness and enjoy our ceremony while still being safe and adhering to social distancing guidelines. When we initially booked CMR, we thought we would have our ceremony AND reception, but of course plans changed. Throughout the whole process of trying to figure out if we should postpone, cancel, or go with a ceremony only, Nicole walked us though our options and always answered the inquires we had (which was a lot!). We couldn't ask for anything more from CMRE and the entire staff. They were flexible the day-of when we had to shift some plans due to rain (thank goodness that they have so many different indoor and outdoor spaces!). Our guests still talk about how good the food was. The serving team was so prompt. Our guests seemed to finish their meals at about the same time, regardless of which table they were seated at. The whole team was professional and friendly - it felt like they were really celebrating along with us. I would absolutely recommend this venue, especially if you're looking for a place with indoor and outdoor spaces or a venue where you have plenty of space to get ready on-site!

My husband and I had the honor of having our wedding at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate last September (2019). We had looked at about 6 venues before we saw CMRE... and to be honest, the moment we parked in the lot and walked to the front of the building, I immediately knew this venue was the one! I fell in love with this venue the moment I saw the french windows with gorgeous mountain views. I wanted an indoor venue as I was having a winter wedding in San Diego's wettest month, January (it actually poured on my wedding day so thank god I chose this venue). The room was spacious enough for our 160 guests and the service was amazing. PLUSSS the food was actually hot, cooked perfectly, and so tasty. Talissa was our coordinator and helped execute everything flawlessly! Would 100% recommend this dreamy venue to anyone!

Our wedding dreams began 2 years ago when we booked Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club as our venue. Words can’t describe how amazing CMRCC’s team was for our wedding, but I’m going to give it my very best. Long story short, if I could plan our wedding all over again we would go with CMRCC 100% and recommend it to everyone we know! Food: most common comment from guests “that was the best wedding food that I have ever had in my life, and that includes my own wedding!” We had a beef, salmon, and mushroom entrée with the shrimp and tomato hors devours. The chef snuck our sweet heart table extra entrees and the staff made sure to bring out the hors devours to me while I was taking photos. Perfect rating on both food, service, and value. Any time I needed a second opinion, she was there. She event coordinated everything while having a baby! How amazingly dedicated can someone be! We eventually hired her to be our day of coordination and she had the timeline under wraps and corralled everyone very well. Our wedding was so very smooth thanks to Nicole’s fantastic coordination skill and experience.

Our daughter was married at CMRCC October 1, 2016. A HUGE and RELAXING success, as noted by all who attended (85 adults, 5 kids who probably had more fun than anyone). Wow! Nicole from Carmel was amazing to work with. We planned a destination wedding in San Diego from Chicago and were recommended to Nicole by another vendor. We had our ceremony and reception at Carmel. The outside gazebo area is beautiful and in sunny San Diego you can't go wrong with an outdoor wedding. We needed minimal decor to vamp up the gazebo. The inside reception area was perfect for our 70 person wedding. We upgraded to gold and ivory chivary chairs and added fancy linens and this transformed the inside venue. It looked so elegant with the large windows and gold chandeliers. I love that it didn't look like a typical hall but instead it was so elegant and classy. The PERFECT wedding venue! It has it all, beautiful landscaping, amazing views, elegant details and outstanding service! Talissa was our coordinator and we couldn't have pulled off a more perfect day without her and the rest of the CMRCC staff. We booked the venue a year in advance to lock in our June date. She kept in contact throughout that time and walked us through every step of the planning process. She used her extensive wedding planning experience to help us pull together all of the details at the end. My husband and I got married at Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club in June 2017. We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole (who was also our day-of-coordinator). From the tour to the food tastings to the rehearsal, everything was great. Nicole was quick to respond and handled an error like a champ. Our wedding day could not have been more magical. The venue is like a fairy tale. Gorgeous gazebo in a greenery area and then a reception inside a beautiful window filled room with large gold chandeliers. Our guests are still telling us how amazing our venue was and we could not have been happier. Nice staff, delicious food, gorgeous (and affordable!) venue... what more could you want??

You do not need to look any further. This venue has the convenience of your ceremony and reception being right next to each other. Plus free parking just steps away. I loved that they included the cake and the food. The room is so beautiful that you do not need to do a lot decoration wise. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every time I would go back to visit the venue I would fall more and more in love with it.

Looking back on our wedding day, I don't think we could have picked a better venue. From the staff, to the food, to the amazing look/feel of the place, our day could not have been any more perfect.
