Kate and her team were unbelievable! Everything from the initiation planning to the day of the wedding went perfect and smoothly. My wife and I experienced a terrible lost during the week of our wedding (grandmother passed away 6 fays before the wedding), Kate was completely flexible taking over our minor last minute details and putting our minds at ease. Thank you Kate for making our day unforgettable and making a nervous two brides feel welcomed and accommodated.

Cape May Convention Hall was always my dream venue and it did NOT disappoint. As a young girl, I always dreamt of my wedding day being on the beach of Cape May where I grew up. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing venue or staff to help make my day perfect. Several family members and friends (who have had their own kids weddings) have told us that our wedding was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Everyone got the chills when my husband and I did the surprise curtain reveal entrance. Ask Kate about that if you are interested in an amazing entrance as the first time as Mr. & Mrs. Thank you isn’t enough to Kate and her staff. She was 7 months pregnant and went above and beyond. I thought I would be so sad when my wedding was over but everything was so perfect I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you so much Kate and Cape May Convention Hall!

Simply put, Kate and the beachfront ballroom team were incredible! Since day one of booking the ballroom, Kate was super helpful and responsive checking in with us and recording all of the details that we wanted. For the day of, they made it a breeze (literally, we had a super windy beach wedding day haha) for us by coordinating with all of our vendors. You know these guys are serious when they have walkie talkies to keep everything organized :) The venue is perfect for a big wedding, we had ~220 guests and felt it was just right for seating and dancing. One of our favorite parts was the surprise entrance! We loved getting married here right on the beach and can't recommend it enough!

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we visited! From there, Kate and her staff were extremely accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend to happy couples out there who love the shore!

I cannot even begin to express how amazing my experience was with the convention hall. When we chose the venue, we worked with the coordinator and thought he was amazing. When he got a new job we were stressed out that it would not be a smooth transition.... however, we were shocked at how amazing the person taking over was. I cannot imagine my wedding day or even the build up to my wedding day without Kate! We absolutely loved Kate and cannot wait to visit and keep in touch with her. We loved the staff and they did a more than fantastic job making sure that every aspect of our wedding was perfect. I did not have to worry about anything going wrong because the staff was on top of every issue that came up. They layout was exactly what we wanted, the weather turned out perfect, even though we weren't afraid of the impending rain, because the staff was willing to switch the outdoor ceremony inside, where we would have been placed in front of the gorgeous view found through the windows. My husband and I just had our wedding May 12 and Kate was a pleasure to work with during the entire process!! Our wedding day was everything we could imagine and we can't thank the staff enough for making our wedding day dreams come true!

Nick and I walked into the Convention Hall in June of 2016, as soon as we saw the breathtaking views we knew that we had to have our wedding there! They have a gorgeous glass window that overlooks the beach along with a very nice deck to get married on. Lori, Kate and the staff are so amazing. From the first day we met them all the way until our wedding in May of 2018 they were so helpful. They made sure every little detail was covered and were always there when I had questions or wanted to stop in to see something with the hall. Cape May Convention Hall Beachfront Ballroom is the most wonderful venue I could have ever dreamed to have my wedding in. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for that perfect wedding!

We were married on October 28, 2017 at the Cape May Convention Hall. We met Pat Devlin, the wedding coordinator, on our first visit to the Hall, as we sat on the rocking chairs on the gorgeous back deck, more than a year before our wedding. From the moment we met Pat to the day after our wedding as we said goodbye, he and his staff were an absolute joy to work with. Pat always encouraged us (and our families) to pop in and look at the space, he provided invaluable information about the area/vendors, always passed along photos from weddings at the Hall for inspiration, checked in with us often to see how we were doing/how the planning was going, was always willing to accommodate any and every idea we had (my brother and sister in law created incredible lighting for the reception space and Pat did everything in his power to make the whole vision come to life ), and most importantly made us feel at ease and taken care of. We were lucky to have absolutely gorgeous weather on our day but the wind made it impossible to go through with our original plan. After we gave him the ok, Pat and his staff and Kevin McFadden (at Kevin McFadden Catering and his staff) seamlessly worked as a team about an hour before the start of our wedding to move the ceremony inside, in part of the reception space, for "Plan B". The arbor was facing the beach windows and (without knowing that I would mention the rocking chairs at the Hall in my vows) Pat added a precious, romantic surprise touch, two rocking chairs sitting side by side, perfectly in line with the center of the arbor. We chose the Cape May convention hall after a short but long search of shore venues for our wedding. Once we arrived to take a tour, we knew this was the place for us. The curator Pat Devlin, could not have been more inviting, genuine, and helpful. He addressed and answered all of our questions, and helped us throughout our entire process. And that process can bring a lot of stress! One thing we never had to stress about was Pat and the venue. Perfect venue if you have a large or smaller wedding, we had 120 guests, which left a ton of space to move around and have a great time. The sunset was amazing! Weather was perfect!

Cape May Beach Front Ballroom was by far the best wedding reception venue that my husband and I looked at. The moment we walked in and saw the views, we knew we did not need to keep looking at venues. We had our reception there on September 9, 2017. Pat Devlin, the wedding coordinator, was incredible! He was extremely outgoing, knowledgeable, and overly generous with offering us ideas and suggestions- anywhere from the BEST entrance (as our guests tell us) to decorations to vendors to sunset pictures! Pat was easy to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner. We had a wedding party of 30 and a guest list close to 300, and we are still getting texts and calls about how our wedding was so perfect! I would highly recommend Cape May Beach Front Ballroom to any bride and groom who loves tons of fun, amazing views, and pleasant, outgoing and easy to work with staff!

Cape May Convention Hall is a BEAUTIFUL place to get married!! While you have to bring in your own vendors for catering and alcohol, they provide tables and chairs and are very accommodating. Kate is EXTREMELY responsive and willing to help her brides with everything and anything! We were so happy with everything and would highly recommend it!

Absolutly amazing! Kate did an EXCELLENT job organizing the night and keeping everything on schedule! Her team had the venue looking amazing and were very speedy moving everything into place. Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone! My guests all said they were speechless and have never been to a better wedding!
