It's easy to see from the photos of the hotel that their spaces are beautiful and the terrace is no exception. Everything is neat, clean, and well kept, and it feels extremely intimate and private above the busy streets below. My review, though, is really about the responsiveness and flexibility of the team. I worked with Karina who was amazing. She emailed back and forth with me almost everyday to arrange an event plan for my birthday that worked for my group (and budget!) and offered flexibility given COVID and weather concerns (the terrace is uncovered). Luckily, I was able to celebrate my birthday as planned, with enough room on the terrace to remain separate from other diners and give my group of 11 some space to social distance from one another. Karina sectioned off my space with a velvet rope, a happy birthday sign, and a balloon! It was a nice celebratory touch and made me feel welcome. We couldn't decide which cocktails we wanted (so many options!) and he answered all our questions and had great recommendations! I was most surprised by the food (appetizer style). It was really good and felt substantial. Perfect for munching throughout the night. The crab cakes and panini were big hits. We also loved the tomato mozzarella flatbread! The team also worked behind the scenes with my husband to hold on to a cake he ordered and helped him surprise me near the end of the night! I'm so happy to have a beautiful hotel like this, with beautiful outdoor event space, in my neighborhood!
