  • We had an amazing experience at Cambria Pines Lodge for our wedding reception. The venue is so beautiful, with lush, colorful gardens and lights strung above. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The food was great and they even accommodated our specific dietary needs by modifying menu items. I would highly recommend Cambria Pines Lodge for your wedding, or any other event or celebration!

  • Our microwedding went so smoothly, and the lodge really did help make it that way. Communication on questions was delayed frequently, but on the day of everyone showed up with their A game and everything went off without a hitch, we could not have asked that things went better. The property is absolutely stunning, the grounds make for amazing pictures and all of our guests enjoyed the weekend in this sleepy little coastal town. I would definitely recommend this be a place to consider your wedding at!

  • We had an amazing wedding and everything was gorgeous. The only downside is that the staff changed 3 different times and they were hard to get a hold of. It was a bit stressful. Other than that we had an amazing wedding and everything was just perfect.

  • In the beginning it was stressful because it seemed like every month we had a different wedding coordinator. Then Katy Ringler was hired and unfortunately she came in to her position with an upset bride to deal with. The previous two coordinators promised me things that Katy could not honor. But Katy did her best to be accommodating and was very good with communication. She did a wonderful job leading up to the wedding and also day of. I hope she continues her position at Cambria as she is a wonderful coordinator.

  • We recently had our wedding at Cambria Pines Lodge and were so happy about how everything turned out. Jollyne and Jayce were the two that really made sure everything was all planned for the wedding and they were extremely responsive and professional. The staff ensured that everything was set up for the wedding and even when there was a possible chance of unexpected rain the day of, they had a backup plan. Our pictures turned out gorgeous, the gardens are such a beautiful backdrop and the gazebo is gorgeous as well. We stayed in the bridal suite for two nights and it was super spacious and comfortable. Several of our guests stayed multiple nights as well and all were very happy with their stays.

  • We had the most beautiful gazebo garden wedding at the Cambria Pines Lodge. The party didn’t end once our dinner was over, their lounge had a band and there was even more dancing available for my guests to enjoy. The food was wonderful and the staff was so attentive. The only negative was that the rooms are not air conditioned (because of the naturally cool climate) and it was unseasonably hot on my September wedding weekend. Other than that, my wedding was the best wedding I ever attended. Thank Uou Cambria Pines Lodge, we will be back!

  • We had the most amazing wedding here, we had our wedding in the gardens and it was magical. Everything was set up perfectly and the staff was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this place.

  • This has been such a pleasant experience due to the attention to detail and quality of service. The photos on line do not do this venue justice. I can honestly say it has been stress free from day 1.

  • Cambria Pines Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding. Katy and Saul are the best. They went extra mile to ensure our wedding day was perfect and stress free. We are extremely grateful for the referral to the amazing vendors they recommended. The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious. Everyone had a good time. Thank you Katy and Saul!

  • We just got married at Cambria Pines Lodge On May 12, 2018. Everything was so beautiful, we had the best help from Saul and Katy! I couldn’t have imagined it turning out any better. I asked for lights above the gazebo area where we had the reception, and I got my lights! Katy was so flexible with our last minute details and decisions. The gardens were more beautiful than I could have anticipated! So happy with my experience!!

  • We, in good faith, called 1 week after our oct. event to make sure we didn't owe anything more. No response. Now in mid-Dec. they emailed us a bill. And they CHARGED OUR DEBIT CARD WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. I asked to have the charges reversed so I could pay them another way but they refused. They promised to call us and never did! Right before Christmas!! I'm very disappointed in how we've been treated by the event staff. Beware!! If you think you're paid in full they may add fees and charge your card without your knowledge months after you think it's all paid. Not cool!!

    Hi Debbie, we understand that this can be a stressful time of year. I do show that our General Manager emailed you and our phone logs show we reached out to you several times since your event. In the contract you signed it does state that the final payment is due at the end of your event. We actually graciously waited while trying to reach you, however we need to square up our accounts and the payment that was overdue since October needed to be collected.

  • Katy whom we HAD to work with did little to nothing. She was 45 min late to a mtg we let her pick the time for (since she was very late to the 1st mtg with my daughter and her fiancé). Then we sat there watching her key/input our file. We paid $600 to have the ceremony in the amphitheater and the seats weren’t even wiped down. My daughter specified no sweetheart table at the meal. The guests were crammed into the room at one long table placed corner to corner (that alone was odd) and the wedding couple had a sweetheart table. I gave the final guest count well in advance. If the room wasn’t large enough we should have been given options. The chairs were not even the same height. I switched with my husband because he had an unusually high chair and mine was unusually low. I canNOT recommend the Cambria Pines Lodge for a wedding.   • My husband and I were married at the Cambria on November 10th, 2018. The affordability along with the garden setting was extremely appealing to us along with the initial impression of professionalism along with a personable touch is what made this such a charming spot for our special day. Unfortunately, there were so many unpleasant incidents that occurred that we cannot give this venue a good review, and the majority didn’t occur until it was too late for us to find an alternate and more suitable venue. Katy, the Event Coordinator guaranteed that there would be no other weddings held simultaneously during ours. However, there were two others booked during the same time as ours which greatly interfered with our cocktail hour and ceremony. We had guests from the other party coming into the Butterfly Garden during our cocktail hour and rudely telling us to turn our music down.     Hello Tina, On behalf of Cambria Pines Lodge, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our customer service from our office here at the Lodge. I have read and reread your review with a heavy heart. I am disappointed in myself as the head of the Sales office to read that I and my staff have failed to make your wedding day as special as it should have been. At Cambria Pines Lodge, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met. I am not certain which manager was reluctant to meet with you, but need to let you know someone in the office should have acknowledged with at least a quick reply as a simple courtesy. I know that we have let you down, and for that I am very sorry. In speaking with Katy regarding the issues you experienced, she acknowledged that she should have been more diligent and attentive with you to make sure issues were handled properly. We do our best to train each of our representatives on how to properly handle our customers’ issues, including how to be more timely with our responses, coordinate booked event times in our many venues on property and avoid problems that you feel they were unable to assist with. We are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not repeat itself. I want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.   • Great venue, great day of staff, gorgeous location. There were so many compliments on the beauty of the location. The gazebo was amazing, and the inside reception room as well. Perfect spot for us, wooded, but near the ocean (though you couldn't see it from the venue), and the winter lights display is fantastic. Sales staff were accommodating, but not amazing at getting back in a timely fashion. We received the 30 day out bill the day it was due at 11 am, and not a day before. food was decent. Nothing to write home about, but tasty enough.
