Allison, the Head Caker, was amazing to work with every step of the way. She was very responsive and able to accommodate a tasting at a convenient location. We chose three flavors of frosting and three of cake. The hardest part of the whole experience was deciding which flavor to choose because they were all amazing! We provided pictures of what we were looking for decoration wise, and she developed a cake more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined. It was truly a work of art that tasted amazing. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn and I would recommend Caked LLC to everyone!

We loved working with Allison. She was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We didn't make our final design choice until sort of the end, but she stuck with us. We did her cannoli cream filled cake, plus several dozen lemon cupcakes with raspberry buttercream, and even though we ordered extras for late night snacks, only ended up with a few cupcakes leftover--our guests devoured them. I would highly recommend Allison!

The cake was absolutely perfect in every way! It was beautifully detailed, made exactly how we asked and it was delicious! The services provided were exceptional as the cake was delivered for us and she was flexible with the time change of our wedding!

When I need a cake made, I don't have a first, second or third bakery to chose from. I always chose Caked, because I have never seen or tasted a better cake in my life. I am actually very surprised that Allison does not have her own TV show. My wedding cake was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what I asked for, which was a lot. Caked replicated my favorite girl scout cookie Thank You Berry Much, which is unfortunately discontinued into my wedding cake. I ate the second tier entirely with my husband on the first night of our honeymoon. I read online while researching wedding plans, that most people won't eat cake at the wedding. That it's 50-50 with who eats the cake. That was not the case at my wedding. My guests were coming back for seconds. I was surprised at first and then remembered this is not just any cake. For the most beautiful, well detailed, yummiest butter cream, soft cake and sweet mouth watering fondant (yes even the fondant is so incredible) Caked is the best choice for any event in Connecticut hands down. If you don't like your cake, I'll buy it from you. They're that good.

Allison was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job providing our wedding with delicious cupcakes and a cake. She offered us a free tasting of cupcakes to help us decide which flavors we liked. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding how delicious the cupcakes were. My husband and I enjoyed our wedding cake so much we ate the entire thing in 2 days... hands down the best cake we’ve ever had! Not only was the cake delicious but it was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Allison is professional, talented, and exceeded our expectations. We used Allison and Caked for our wedding this past June. She was very attentive, and worked carefully with us to make our perfect wedding cake. We sat with her and tried all of the different fillings, and all were delicious. But none were as delicious as the outstanding mocha cream we ended up using. The cake looked amazing, but tasted even better. We would highly recommend using Caked, not just for weddings, but for any event.
