  • Had a great experience shopping online with such a great variety of items and styles to choose from. Was able to find some great traditional black pants and a jacket as well as some colorful bow ties and pocket squares for accent pieces. Highly recommend for wedding apparel for whole groomsman party, but will definitely use for other formal occasions and be shopping here again!

  • My husband and the rest of our wedding party got their suits for our wedding at buy 4 less tuxedo- We were very impressed by the look and quality (especially given the price of the suits). The boys looked fantastic! The suits fit everyone true to size and they shipped very quickly! so much better than renting- for about the same price as renting he now owns another suit he can wear again (and it will remind him of our wedding!). Would highly recommend buy 4 less tux!!

  • I just got married and this website made my already stressful wedding planning SO much easier! Kristen was such a HUGE help. I was so nervous about getting the sizing right for each of the groomsmen and she was so accommodating and patient with me throughout the whole ordering process. I received everything I ordered quickly which was nice. I will 100% be recommending this site to my sister in law who will be getting married next year!

  • I was in need of a new tuxedo and when this company caught my attention. I tried on the jacket and pants, they fit perfectly. I'll need to get the waist brought in and the pants hemmed. I would highly recommend this company for any formal event. Customer service and respond time was a pleasure to deal with.

  • As my hubby and I were planning our wedding, we came across Buy4LessTuxedo.com online as we were looking for a website to purchase tuxedo to dress our groom's men line up. At 1st we were very skeptical to go the online route to purchase the tuxedos, but we were blessed to have taken that leap of faith and go with this site. Since it was a large order, we chose to deal with just one of the customer service representative. The day I called I got Andrea Crespo! (she was just God sent) she was very informative! patient with me and all the gazzilion questions that I had as I started placing the order. She took all he guyz measurements, and made sure the tuxedos were shipped out to their various destinations IN A TIMELY FASHION!!!!   • I ordered the Hunter tapestry vests for my wedding which, as you can see from the pictures, is a green vest with a darker green tapestry print. what I received looked nothing like this, as it was a shiny gold with green tapestry print. When I called about this discrepancy, I was told that this was due to slight differences in computer images!?!?!? As you can see, this is nowhere near the same color as pictured on the website. I have since returned all 4 vests (since there is no exchange policy) and must wait 10 business days for a refund. I was told (by the same customer service representative) that there is only one person processing returns, and they are being done in the order they were received. How many refunds do they get? I'm guessing quite a few based on my experience. If I get the refund, I will be using the money elsewhere to get vests - hopefully in time for the wedding in about 5 weeks!   • This website is a front for a larger company that services multiple separate eCommerce platforms for tuxedos called Cardi International and their back end inventory is a complete mess. Therefore they have no idea what is in stock when you order on the website. I ordered two tuxedo jackets, pants and a shirt. four business days later I receive a call from Buy4less customer support informing me that none of the tuxedo jackets are in stock in the size I ordered (one was not in stock at all with no word on a re-order date) and the pants that the website advised me would match the jacket would not have matched either jacket. Thankfully she allowed me to cancel my entire order on the spot. If you decide to take a chance on this company, be sure to allow for multiple weeks to get your stuff in the likely case they do not have what the website says they have.

  • Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get the order to go through for the tuxedo. The next day I messaged "Andrea" who asked me to call her. I was not put on a lengthy "hold"; she was right there to explain that their server prefers to use Chrome, then she worked carefully with me to get exactly what I wanted at the least expensive price possible. I'm looking forward to receiving the order so I can rate Buy 4 Less Tuxedo on the delivery, quality of product, etc.

  • This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in a long time. Over half of the items i ordered for my wedding were out of stock. They failed to mention this until after they charged my card. The customer service was terrible as well. This company has like 15 websites all operating out of the some stock of goods. When I asked about keeping an accurate inventory or checking orders before my card was charged, they claimed "its hard maintaining 15 websites" and discourteously ended a chat session when I asked for my money back. This is a business model designed to fail at best, and bait and switch at worst. Avoid at all costs!

  • So I ordered a full tuxedo Jacket,slacks,shirt,vest,suspenders. 11 days ago! First I get an email saying the suspenders were not in stock so I needed to choose a different color. Not a big deal right? Wrong! Just keep reading. So I receive a little box in the mail with the Tux accessories but the jacket and slacks were missing so I tried tracking them on Buy4LessTux website and the site said order complete no tracking info. This had me confused seeing how the most important items haven't arrived yet. So I sent an email to Amanda explaining the issue I was having and requested the tracking number for the Tux jacket and slacks. Amanda was who emailed me about the suspenders inventory issue earlier. After waiting a week and never receiving an email response from Amanda I called their customer service number and luckily enough Amanda answered the phone.
